The second Jungkook's eyes pulled apart; exposing the bright gleam over his glass and doll-like eyes, he noticed that he was laying down over a steel surgery table. With the thought of Hoseok telling him many things prior, he suddenly became nervous and looked around while the hue of his eyes died into a grey tone. Fearing what Hoseok might have seen when he was powered off.

"Don't panic," Hoseok called out to the young android and pushed himself away from the dual monitors where he rolled on a chair. "I didn't do anything but give you what you wanted..."

"You... you made a big deal about not giving it to me before, why did you give in now?" Jungkook suddenly asked; continuing to blink until his grey stare no longer displayed in his eyes. "What was the meaning of that if you ended up giving in at the end?"

"Nothing... I just felt kind, that's all," Hoseok lied and watched as Jungkook sat up and began to put his shirt back on. As he watched the creation conceal his body underneath his own shirt, he observed as Jungkook began to mimic a human breathing automatically. The subtle raise of his own shoulders and the way he could hear his own artificial heartbeat was enough to make the android smile to himself and dislike Hoseok a little less.

In reality, Hoseok was too afraid to let Jungkook go without getting what he wanted. There will always be a moment that Hoseok would fight back his fears but he would always become the victim when it came to the creation before him. He was the reason why Jungkook would become this spoiled and this obsessive creation. Hoseok had a chance to make it stop long ago, but his fears towards Jungkook kept growing and growing. Jungkook now knew that Hoseok was weak and that was the worst thing the hunter could know about his prey.

"You seem to be working well..." Hoseok mentioned and tried to tame all the little worries screaming in his head and begging him to put Jungkook down right then and there, but yet again, he couldn't hide the fact that once upon a time, he did grow fond of this creation. So there the human sat, becoming conflicted of the creation he kept feeding with all the little things that only made him even more obsessed with the gifts of a living person. "Let this be the last thing I give you..."

"You don't mean that..." Jungkook whispered and slowly ran his hand up his arm and over to his chest where the artificial heart kissed the palm of his hand with subtle and gentle beats. "You don't mean it at all... you'll give into what I want like always... and you will never stop. That's how this relationship goes..." Jungkook spoke softly into the raspy whisper he always had in his deep voice. "You might as well save every thought and every point to argue with me, Hoseok, you will only end up giving up to me... for a reason why I'm not so sure of. I expected this, but now I'm curious, what is your motive?"

Hoseok watched the calm android embrace his newer features and became silent. In his thoughts, Hoseok knew Jungkook understood what it meant for a human to become afraid. At this point, Jungkook could have killed him by now but the fact that the human still stands here after threatening the unpredictable creation and screaming at him, showed how much Jungkook truly needed the one that helped in his creation. Of course, that's what Hoseok thought. At the end of the day, no matter how many updates he can give Jungkook or how much access he had towards his database, he could never know what spontaneous thoughts came about in that marvelous mind of Jeon Jungkook's. That was something his true creator would know, not the right-hand man.

"Nothing... I don't have a motive... just know that the same man that grew fond of you the second you were made back in the department, is still fond of you. You can't look back at every interaction we've had and say that I didn't show a second of care and if I didn't, I would always do something like this for you at the end of it all," Hoseok confessed and watched as Jungkook made a smirk to himself with the green hue to his Irises flowing through the dimmed lights. But of course, Hoseok didn't even want to point this out, he was afraid of what Jungkook had in mind at that very moment.

"Of course..." Jungkook replied and finally stood up right after. "It's been a long day and the sun will set soon, I might as well take Jimin now," Jungkook stated and as he began to walk forward, Hoseok looked over to the empty box where his micro cameras used to remain in and suddenly recalled how he somehow misplaced them.

"Jeon Jungkook..." Hoseok called out, fighting every urge to tremble at the sound of his own voice calling out to the android. "I have to ask you something..."

"What is it?"

"Since I gave you something... maybe you should give something to me in return..." Hoseok added as he walked forward with his hands shoved into the pockets of his loose sweatpants.

For a second there, Jungkook looked back and stared into the eyes of the human before him and managed to shift the color of his eyes from green to blue in seconds. Causing Hoseok to raise a brow at the sight of how quick Jungkook switched through emotions as if he truly had control over them. Hoseok wanted to ask, but he knew that wasn't important compared to the one hundred micro cameras that suddenly went missing.

"Give you something?" Jungkook asked and tilted his head before turning his body to fully point towards the man. "I suppose I should... like what?" Jungkook asked and stepped forward, causing Hoseok to stand back and wonder the many things Jungkook must be thinking about. "I can give you anything, tell me..."

"H-Hold on there... What are you thinking about?" Hoseok asked with a stutter as he continued to step back and maintain the distance he had with the creation like before.

"Nothing, I'm asking you what you want and you're still standing there as if you don't have anything in mind."

Hoseok took a second and let out an exhale as his heart began to race. Believing Jungkook would have harmed him right then and there, but he didn't. Surely Jungkook's eyes would have been able to display the emotion he felt before he would act, right? The human had nothing to fear so he swallowed his fears and looked at the android to gather his words.

"My... micro cameras... I want them back. All one-hundred of them," Hoseok mentioned. Now, he didn't really know if Jungkook had them and couldn't access his memories in order to find them, so he trusted his gut feeling and knew that Jungkook was the only creation he ever lived with in this house so he had to know. Hoseok had no other choice but to accuse the unpredictable creation and hope for the truth.

"Micro... cameras?" Jungkook asked and pondered the idea more. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"You're the only one in this house with me, Jungkook, you must have them and-"

"Haha, you think I have them because you can't remember if you've misplaced them? That's rich... come on, Hoseok, you're a genius... don't act so out of character now. I don't have your micro cameras. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to pick Jimin up. I'm taking your car," Jungkook mentioned and stepped up to the door and opened it right after. "Oh... and good luck finding those micro cameras."

With the words being the final thing spilling out of Jungkook's soft lips, Hoseok could tell he had on his usual smirk after saying such a thing. The older man stood within the room by himself and let out a frustrated sigh before pacing around the room again to think. He worried for Jimin now and knew how unpredictable Jungkook could be, yet, he didn't do anything to get in between that nor make connections with Jimin to make sure he was safe at all costs all because the creation who had the gaze of an ethereal doll with oceans for eyes, was always unpredictable.

Jimin remained lying on the couch; waiting for a call from Jungkook as he played with the turtleneck to his white sweater. As he counted the seconds to every minute, he began to close his eyes when suddenly, he heard his phone begin to ring, causing him to quickly sit up to answer it.

"Hello?" Jimin asked so suddenly, knowing that it had to be Jungkook after expecting his call all day.

"Hello, Jimin... are you ready to head over to the beach? There will be a lovely sunset very soon."

"O-Oh of course! I was waiting for you all day, did it really take you that long to charge? You must have a lot of energy now," Jimin claimed with that charming little giggle of his after the apples of his cheeks were dyed a crimson red.

"Oh, yeah... Hoseok-" Jungkook quickly stopped himself from telling Jimin about his new update and quickly switched onto anything that came to mind. "Hoseok has lent us his car for the day, maybe after the beach if you have anywhere else in mind, I'll take you. But it has to be a place that's vacant, okay? I can't have anyone else look at me."

"Okay, I understand. I'll see you outside, I just need to get my coat and put on my boots!" Jimin spoke happily and quickly hung up just to race the very few seconds after the call in order to meet Jungkook outside. In a moment where Jungkook completely distracted the weight of what had yet to come, Jimin almost forgot they were going to the same beach he used to share many beautiful memories with the one that was no longer here.

Once Jimin stepped out of his house, he locked the door behind him and sprinted over to the passenger side of the white car before him where Jungkook remained. As Jimin finally joined him in the car and shut the door beside him, he smiled and looked into the blue eyes of the creation before him; never expecting to miss his breathtaking face with the exception of the blue eyes that always sent chills down his spine no matter what. Those charming and round eyes giving him the heebie-jeebies was always a familiar mystery to him.

"You seem very happy to go to a place that has so much value..." Jungkook pointed out and instantly bursted Jimin's bubble. Bringing him into reality where he finally realized that moving on was the whole reason as to why they were going to the beach in the first place. "Jimin, are you alright now? I'm sorry I had to bring it up, I-"

"No, no, it's fine! I was just... glad to see you," Jimin replied and tried to steer his mind back onto the creation before him and not the one that got away. "I'm feeling... a little more confident today, so maybe we should go now before it wears off..." Jimin stated as Jungkook only nodded his head and began to pull out of the street he remained parked on for Jimin.

As Jimin couldn't help but to look forward after Jungkook's comment, he kept going back and forth in his mind like always. "I sent you the address through text... do you have it memorized? I think you should, it would be-"

"Calm down, I have it all in my database now... relax..." Jungkook's soothing voice never failed to smooth out the bumps in Jimin's thoughts when it came to being worried and with that, it was enough to keep his doubtful mind at bay. "It's going to be a while, just relax..." Jungkook went on and continued to know every little word that was perfectly picked in order to ease the human beside him as he continued to drive. "I'll put on some music..."

"Okay..." Jimin replied and with that, he closed his eyes and listened to Jungkook press a button on the car and play the first song on the radio that came on.

By the first second the words to the song began to play, Jimin couldn't help but to blush and suddenly look over at the android. Instantly catching onto how calm his 'breathing' was. As Jimin began to notice more of it like before, Jungkook smiled to himself and suddenly moved his right hand over to Jimin's chest and suddenly pressed the palm of his hand over it.

Jimin quickly looked down to see Jungkook's hand resting over to where his heart remained pounding continuously while his face deepened into a more vibrant shade of red.

"Your heart is beating fast... try to match mine..." Jungkook stated as his hand trailed down to Jimin's fragile wrist and guided it over to his own chest where Jimin too began to feel the pounding to Jungkook's artificial heart. "Follow my lead..."
