"A failed experiment?" Jimin thought and raised a brow to the sound of the Android's voice repeating it in his head. There was no way Hoseok would say something about an android as sweet as Jungkook. Jimin couldn't pinpoint anything off about Jungkook enough to justify that comment, so he sat there and became curious. "You're not a failed experiment... In fact, I think you're way better than the other androids. You're fully functional and helpful... intelligent and very kind. Maybe Hoseok didn't mean it."

"I would like to agree with that, but he and I tend to go back and forth all the time. He would call me a flawed creation." Jungkook answered. "We're like an old married couple..."

"Aren't you two a couple?" Jimin asked teasingly as Jungkook tilted his head at the sight of Jimin and raised a brow.

"Please don't say that, he's more of a parental figure to me," Jungkook mentioned with a chuckle as Jimin began to laugh at the way Jungkook responded. "Ah, now I can't seem to get that idea out of my head, you actually managed to poison my database with that thought, haven't you?"

"Well I've read many books and watched many shows were the roommates fall in love with each other, so I just figured that-"

"Please stop, you'll give me a defect!"

"Alright, I'll stop!" Jimin continued to laugh as Jungkook did the same after their conversation managed to lighten up the mood. However, Jungkook did a great job covering up and changing the conversation they had before, Jimin almost lost grip of it until he returned to the idea once more.

"Okay... the two of you aren't so close... is he scared of you?"

"I don't think he is. There were many times he stood up to me, not a fear in his eyes when he would do so. He knows my differences, he knows my flaws, but he's not afraid. He just knows that I don't fit in and believes I'm just a failed experiment. At the end of the day, I don't know if I am so I hide. Introverted... and very concerned about going out to the public," the android confessed and kept his gaze locked onto the ground. "You... don't think of me that way though, that's why I feel like I have a purpose with you. You give me purpose..."

"I'm glad that I do," Jimin replied.

Seconds after he said that, the conversation grew short as Jungkook was lost in his own thoughts, thinking back at the time Jimin said that Seokjin was the creator of all androids yet, all he ever knew was that his creator was Hoseok himself. Jungkook tried not to think too much of it, yet his mind never stopped generating new thoughts after another. He became trapped and silent as he contemplated this while Jimin himself began to think of things as well.

"A flawed creation... Why does that sound familiar?" Jimin asked himself as the first thought that came to him was Namjoon and how he confessed the issue he had with a flawed android that harmed him before.

Of course, this was just a small thought that was kept in the back of his mind, but he just couldn't keep the idea of dwelling on it further. Jimin let out a sigh and shook his head. He didn't like the idea of connecting the two, surely that abomination was destroyed a while back since Jungkook was different. He just had to be.

"I hope you're not thinking about Hoseok and I..." Jungkook broke through the silence as Jimin continued to laugh. "I should have known."

"Ah, I'm not!" Jimin laughed and tried to die down his giggles. "I'm not thinking about it, I promise!"

"Good," Jungkook replied and continued to look at the ground, still pondering many things which didn't go unnoticed by Jimin.

"Are you... thinking? Is that even possible?" Jimin asked as Jungkook turned his head to point towards the human. "You look like you are..."

"I am.... I'm capable of doing so. But that shouldn't be a surprise to you, right? I thought I told you this before... did you forget? I'm not like other androids so I behave differently..."

"Oh... it must have slipped my mind. I know that now. But, I wonder what goes on in that head of yours," Jimin asked curiously as Jungkook only smiled and continued to look at the human in his eyes. "Is it anything I should be concerned about?"

"Not yet~"

"Jungkook!" Jimin let out another giggle as he watched the android continue that deviant smile. "With communication skills like that, I'm sure you would be able to make a lot of friends and a partner, I don't know why you tend to be lonely," Jimin brought up another conversation. "Surely it can't be all on the fact that you're an introvert..."

"Jimin, look at me, I'm different from any android out there. Of course I wouldn't want to meet with anyone as a partner or a friend. You, on the other hand, were the only exception... I was able to feel like we could connect. From my observations, you never left home, so I decided to form a friendship with you. I never had a friend before nor a partner, so I doubt my chances in making a group of friends would be successful..."

"Ah... no way, you've never been in a relationship before? You're an innocent android! Untouched from the world and-"

"I know how to fuck, Jimin, I'm not as innocent as you may think," Jungkook spoke out so suddenly and made Jimin laugh out of nowhere. "We've been through this before, I'm built to know every little thing about humans, don't make it out to be like I'm a saint."

"You're so shameless! How could you say that?" Jimin asked and continued to laugh as he watched Jungkook's smile resurface at the sound of his contagious laughter. "You enjoy this, don't you?"

"I just enjoy your reaction to what I say, it's entertaining to me," replied the android.

That night they conversed until Jimin drifted off to sleep. Jungkook remained sitting up right across from Jimin the whole time and only when he closed his eyes, did the android move closer just to tuck him in with the bed covers. Jimin's energy always surprised him; he noted down every little thing the boy said and observed the way he reacted to certain things. Jungkook did all of this only because Park Jimin piqued his interest and he longed to learn so much more from humans just like this.

As he watched Jimin lay on the bed silently, Jungkook began to mimic the way the human before him began to breathe once again. His eyes followed the way Jimin's chest rises and falls so elegantly with a soft exhale, the android could only hope to follow the same way Jimin did. There, Jungkook recorded the action first and began to do it on his own as he laid right by Jimin's side. Keeping his distance from the human as their breathing fell in sync. As Jungkook's chest raised and fell with Jimin's, his eyes began to glow in a pink hue and this time, he didn't want to hide it, only when Jimin was awake and aware, he longed to conceal it.

By sunrise, Jimin opened his eyes to find out that he was sleeping on Jungkook's chest, his pelvis was pressed against Jungkook's as he buried his face within the Android's neck. Through this, the creation stayed awake; staring at the ceiling while his hands were pinned against the bed. However, Jungkook remained there, respecting the human enough to keep his hands to himself. Once he felt the gentle brush of Jimin's lashes to his beautiful eyes pull apart against the skin of his neck, Jeon Jungkook smiled to himself and hid the pink color in his eyes.

Softly, Jimin pressed his pelvis forward before he could stretch until he noticed that Jungkook's crotch was right in front of his own. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" Jimin screamed into his own mind and hesitated to move a muscle to indicate that he was completely awake. However, Jungkook already knew Jimin too well to even fall for that. Besides, he noticed the moment Jimin's crotch brushed against his and that action alone left his eyes to blow wide.

"I know you're awake..."

"I-I'm sorry! I like to hug in my sleep and the pillow I always hugged, you moved it away and... and I WAS STRETCHING I PROMISE, I'LL GET OFF OF YOU I-"

"It's okay," Jungkook answered and watched as Jimin quickly moved his hips off of the android before his upper body, but that was the moment Jungkook finally raised his hand to rest it over Jimin's back carefully to keep him from moving away. "I didn't want to move you away when you first crawled onto me..."

"W-Why... not?" Jimin asked and acknowledged the way Jungkook's hand was set over his upper back and caused him to stop pulling away. He froze at that moment as his gaze slowly met with Jungkook's blue stare right after.

"You're like a cat, Jimin. If a cat lays on you, you can't move at all. I didn't want to disturb you so I laid here and allowed it. But don't worry, I didn't move you at all. My hands were set on the bed the whole time. If you don't like this, I can push you off the second you crawl onto me, but just know, I'm not very gentle... I could mean to push you off softly but then I might shove too hard."

"A-Ah, that's okay! Maybe just a pillow to stop me from crawling onto you like that. It's a habit... I'm sorry... When I was with Yoongi, I used to cuddle with him a lot and now I just can't stop. I normally hug a pillow and-"

"Don't worry about it, you don't have to explain yourself to me. I understand completely!" Jungkook assured and eased Jimin with another bright smile.

The seconds they took looking into each other's eyes engraved into their memories as something that was irreplaceable. Jumgkook's hands were carefully fixed onto Jimin's back to hold him in place while Jimin's hands were stuck on Android's soft chest. They were a perfect fit in each other's arms and they knew it all too well, but didn't say a thing. It was their own language where they both acknowledged these things but didn't point it out because they knew the other was aware and that pointing it out the obvious wouldn't add onto it, but only, take away the still moment they shared.

"This... isn't how friends treat each other..." Jimin thought as Jungkook slowly brushed Jimin's black silk bangs back to expose his forehead. "This isn't friendly at all... no other friends would do this and he knows that... I know that... but here we are... waiting for something to happen," Jimin went on in his head and blushed at every second Jungkook took, counting the strands of Jimin's hair carefully.

"Jimin..." Jungkook whispered so tenderly.

"Yes?" He replied in the same volume of a whisper that left Jungkook smiling.

"Are you okay with this? If not, I can stop..."

"I'm... I'm okay with this," Jimin confirmed. That small infatuation he had towards this android kept growing and growing the more he laid there and looked into the uneasy glare of the man before him.

Even if he knew enough about Jungkook, his eyes never stopped from giving him those cold chills and constant flashes of danger to his soul. But with every chill, Jimin broke out of his comfort zone and only dared to stand before that constant strike of danger. He wanted the challenge and his infatuation only pulled him towards it every time.

"Do I make you feel safe?"

"Yes..." Jimin replied instantly and watched as Jungkook moved his head in closer and continued to plant his hypnotic gaze at the man above him.

On the other hand, this was as far as he could move and refused to take things a bit further. Yet, Jimin anticipated anything that had yet to come. He had his head in the clouds and Jungkook knew it. But he only wondered if it was all too soon before he could move his head any closer. He was only hoping to test the waters first before he could dive in and oh, did Jungkook hope to do so in order to experience this new feeling he never acknowledged before in his system.
