May Allah have mercy on Sheikh Saria, he departed this world in a foreign land far from his land, homeland and family, emigrating for the sake of Allah, and perhaps he will be honored - God willing - with the honor of those mentioned in the noble verse (And whoever emigrates from his home to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him, his reward has already become incumbent upon Allah).

Sheikh Saria grew up in the care of his father, the scholar Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Rifai, may Allah have mercy on him, and next to his older brother Sheikh Asam, and that upbringing had an impact in qualifying him to be a distinguished working scholar, well-versed in advocacy, jurisprudence, Islamic work, social and charitable work, and a supporter of all the issues of the nation, foremost of which is the Palestinian issue.
