In light of the lies of the criminal Zionist occupation and its allegations of the presence of resistance fighters and combat equipment in Kamal Adwan Hospital, north of the Gaza Strip, we would like to emphasize the following:

- We categorically deny the presence of any military appearance or the presence of resistance fighters in the hospital, whether from the Qassam Brigades or any other faction, as the hospital was open to everyone and international and UN institutions that know the hospital well.

- The enemy's lies about the hospital are to justify the heinous crime committed by the occupation army today by evacuating and burning all sections of the hospital, in implementation of the plan of extermination and forced displacement.

The "Israeli" occupation army continues to commit its horrific, brutal crimes against the Palestinian health system in the Gaza Strip, as the occupation army burned and destroyed Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip Governorate, put it out of service, and then took hundreds of medical staff, the wounded and their companions to an unknown location, threatening their lives with killing, torture and arrest.

The occupation army - after a tight siege since the morning hours - sent robots loaded with huge amounts of explosives to blow up the hospital's surroundings, followed by a barbaric storming and blowing up large parts of the building, after a horrific massacre that claimed the lives of five medical staff members during the past twenty-four hours.

The most prominent serious violations committed by the occupation army included:
- Detaining more than 350 people inside the hospital, including 180 medical staff and 75 wounded and sick people and their companions.
- Forcing those present to take off their clothes at gunpoint and taking them to an unknown location.
- Completely cutting off communication with the hospital administration and its staff for many hours.

This blatant attack is a full-fledged war crime and a flagrant violation of international laws and norms, and aims to completely eliminate the health system in the Gaza Strip, as part of the policy of genocide practiced against our Palestinian people.

We condemn in the strongest terms and denounce this criminal attack carried out by the occupation army, targeting the infrastructure of the health system and endangering the lives of thousands of innocent people.

We hold the "Israeli" occupation, the US administration, and the countries participating in the genocide, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, fully responsible for this crime and its humanitarian, legal, and moral consequences.

We call on the international community, international and health organizations around the world to break their suspicious silence and take practical and immediate steps to stop the crimes of the "Israeli" occupation in the Gaza Strip, especially its crimes against hospitals.
