For eighteen days, the Zionist occupation has been refusing all international requests and appeals calling for the entry of fuel, food and medicine to hospitals, and it also refuses requests to rescue those trapped under the rubble. The bodies of martyrs and the wounded are on the roads, and ambulances are being prevented by fire from reaching them, which has led to the death of hundreds of patients and the wounded, and created inhumane and unprecedented conditions that threaten the lives of thousands, and prevented any chance of life for about 150 thousand citizens who remained in their homes, which makes them vulnerable to slow death.

The corridors extending from the north to the south of the Gaza Strip - which the occupation claims are safe - have also turned into a trap to target our people, including women and children, for field execution, arrest or brutal torture. The occupation practiced lies and deception as usual and directed the displaced towards specific roads and killed them there.

During this period, more than 700 martyrs have been killed, not counting those under the rubble or those who cannot be reached by ambulances, and the number is likely to rise, in light of the escalation of the occupation army in all types of genocide and massacres.

The latest of these horrific massacres was the occupation targeting a UNRWA shelter in Jabalia camp, targeting displaced people in the streets of Beit Lahia, killing more than 12 citizens, and the brutal shelling with artillery and drones of the displaced, where about 50 martyrs have been killed in the Gaza Strip since dawn today, including more than 26 martyrs in the northern Gaza Strip.  In the face of these brutal crimes that this Nazi army is persisting in committing against our people in northern Gaza and against all the components of human life there, we affirm the following:

First: The crime of global silence towards the genocide committed by the occupation in the Gaza Strip before the eyes and ears of the world is a stain of shame on the foreheads of all those who are silent, inactive and negligent in taking action to stop it, and the continued silence on the support of the US administration and some Western countries for the occupation with money and weapons makes them partners in the crime of genocide against our people.

Therefore, we renew the reminder that the credibility of the international community and its international institutions, headed by the Security Council, the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice, is now at the test of the charters and values upon which they were founded, and that they must assume their role and responsibility in stopping the genocide against the Palestinian people.

Second: The repeated crimes of genocide committed by the Zionist enemy in the entire Gaza Strip, as a tool to implement its aggressive plan, are carried out with the full support of the US administration and some Western countries, as confirmed by Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories.

Here we say clearly: The US administration, which gave the occupation a month to consider the mechanisms for bringing in aid instead of pressuring it to stop the crimes and aggression immediately, confirms that it is giving it a time limit to commit the crime in its worst forms without consequences, which deepens its responsibility and full partnership in this aggression and war of genocide against our people, and it will not be isolated from political, legal, humanitarian and moral accountability, no matter how long it takes.

In this context: With the talk of a new tour by US Secretary of State "Blinken" to the region, which represents an additional American step to provide political cover for this crime, and in light of the talk about discussing the so-called "day after the war", we reiterate the emphasis on:
