Forcing our people in northern Khan Yunis and eastern Deir al-Balah by the criminal Zionist occupation army to move to the so-called "humanitarian and safe areas" is nothing but another means to deepen the collective punishment and genocide that our people have been subjected to for more than ten months.

The occupation uses displacement as a weapon in its war against defenseless civilians, in an attempt to break their will and increase their human suffering.

We have seen, and the entire world has seen, how the occupation forces have targeted these "safe areas" many times, and committed the most heinous massacres against innocent people.

The Israeli occupation does not only seek to evacuate the areas, but through this systematic policy, it aims to pave the way for new massacres against our steadfast people, and to perpetuate its crimes against humanity, which are clearly classified as war crimes under international law.

Forcing thousands of civilians to repeatedly displace has led to their overcrowding in harsh conditions that threaten their lives and exacerbate the humanitarian crisis, in flagrant violation of international humanitarian agreements and laws.
