Regarding the "Tripartite Statement on Ceasefire Negotiations"

🔻 Since the beginning of the aggression, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has been keen to make the efforts of the mediating brothers in Egypt and Qatar successful, to reach a ceasefire agreement and end the war of genocide against our people, and affirmed its support for any effort that achieves a cessation of aggression.

🔻 Hamas has engaged in several rounds of negotiations, and has provided all the necessary flexibility and positivity in order to achieve the goals and interests of our people, stop their bloodshed, and stop the genocide against them, in a way that opens the way for a prisoner exchange, relief for our people, the return of the displaced, and reconstruction of what was destroyed by the aggression. In this context, the movement agreed to the mediators’ proposal on May 6, 2024, and welcomed President Biden’s announcement on May 31, 2024, and UN Security Council Resolution 2735 in this regard, which the enemy met with rejection and continued massacres against our people. It continued to emphasize its position that it was not serious about a permanent ceasefire, and its aggressive practices against our people were practical evidence of that.

🔻 Although we and our mediating brothers in Egypt and Qatar are aware of the true intentions and positions of the occupation and its prime minister, the movement responded to the last agreement on 7/2/2024, which the enemy faced with new conditions that were not proposed throughout the negotiation process, and went on to escalate its aggression against our people and commit more massacres, leading to the assassination of the movement's leader, the martyr leader/ Ismail Haniyeh - may God have mercy on him - in confirmation of its intentions to continue the aggression and not reach a ceasefire agreement.

🔻 Even after the announcement of the tripartite statement, the enemy committed a heinous crime and committed a massacre against the displaced people in the Al-Tabi'in School in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza while they were performing the dawn prayer on Saturday 8/10/2024, which led to the martyrdom of more than a hundred civilians and the wounding of more than 250 of them.

🔻 In light of this, and out of concern and responsibility towards our people and their interests, the movement calls on the mediators to submit a plan to implement what they presented to the movement and approved on 7/2/2024, based on Biden’s vision and the Security Council resolution, and to oblige the occupation to do so, instead of going to more rounds of negotiations or new proposals that provide cover for the occupation’s aggression and give it more time to perpetuate the war of genocide against our people.

🔻We demand that the various media outlets that dealt with the narrative of the immoral occupation "army" amend their statements and conduct professional and independent investigations, as the occupation "army" publishes false statements, misleading information and fabricated narratives, as part of attempts to justify the massacres and slaughters it commits around the clock against civilians, displaced persons, children and women, the latest of which was the false narrative published by the occupation about the massacre it committed in the Al-Tabi'een School in Gaza City.

🔻We confirm that the occupation's narrative regarding the presence of gunmen in the Al-Tabi'een School is a false narrative and has no basis in truth, and that those who were present inside the school were civilians, children and women, and that the occupation has completely failed to prove the truth of its false and fabricated narrative.

🔻The occupation "army" committed the massacre of the Al-Tabi'in School in Gaza City, which claimed the lives of more than 100 martyrs, including 32% children, women and the elderly, in addition to the loss of 3 entire families whose bodies have not been found yet. It seems that the bodies of the members of these three families were completely evaporated due to the intensity of the explosion of the large, internationally prohibited bombs that the occupation army dropped on the displaced people in the school, which suggests that the number of martyrs will rise to more than 108.

🔻The occupation claimed that it killed 19 "terrorists" during the massacre of the Al-Tabi'een School. This is incorrect and contrary to the truth and reality, as the occupation published false statements, stories, and fictitious and fabricated positions about this massacre. We confirm that the names published by the occupation include those who were martyred in other places, and those who were martyred on other dates. They are all civilian and displaced figures, including a group of university professors, and civilian government employees. All of them have no military affiliation and there are no militants among them, as the occupation claimed.

🔻This reminds us of the Nuseirat massacre, in which the occupation claimed that it killed 17 "terrorists" in the Nuseirat School, but we in the government media office refuted the occupation's narrative and announced the names of 14 children, not "terrorists", who were killed by the occupation, and not as it claimed.

🔻The statements of the occupation leaders about this massacre were probabilities and expectations, and it seems that they did not have definitive and proven intelligence information, and this indicates the randomness of the bombing and deliberate killing, and that achieving the principle of genocide and killing the largest possible number of displaced persons and civilians is the goal that the occupation army was striving for behind committing the massacres, and not what the occupation falsely narrates about the presence of weapons and soldiers in these centers and schools.

🔻The occupation "army" did not take any measures or steps to prevent this huge number of martyrs and wounded, but rather it knew that this school contained more than 6,000 displaced civilians, all of them, and that all the martyrs were martyred while performing the dawn prayer, and not while performing military duties as the occupation lies and promotes.

🔻We reiterate our condemnation in the strongest terms of this massacre committed by the occupation army in cold blood, and we call on the entire world to condemn this massacre and hundreds of other massacres committed by the occupation within the framework of genocide and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people for the eleventh consecutive month.

🔻We call on the United Nations and the international community to form international investigation committees to visit the Gaza Strip and visit shelters and displacement centers, especially schools, and to verify the overwhelming field facts that crush the narrative and lies of the occupation.
