"Yo Hargrove, I have to get Dustin home soon isn't your shift almost over?" Steve yelled up to Billy as he sat in the lifeguard chair.

Billy looked over at the clock on the wall and saw that his shift was indeed over for the day before looking down at Steve with a smirk.

"Yeah it is pretty boy, give me a second to get down." His smirk staying in place when he saw Steve's cheeks dust pink at the nickname.

Steve rolled his eyes as Dustin laughed. "He called you pretty boy." He laughed, showing off his missing front teeth.

"Shut up Henderson." Steve mumbled as he gently shoved Dustin by the back of his head.

"Your blushing man!" Dustin laughed even harder making Steve's blush darken in embarrassment.

Before Steve could reply however, Billy wrapped his arms around his shoulders and leaned heavily against him causing Steve to stumble back some as he caught him.

"Aww, little Steve is blushing for me? That's adorable~" Billy purred into Steve's ear as he looked over at Dustin before sending him a wink.

Dustin continued laughing even harder then before, now weezing after seeing how flustured Steve had become.

"Shut up both of you. Go get changed so we can leave." Steve said, saying the last bit of his sentence to the boy leaning on him.

"Fine dad." Dustin huffed as he calmed down.

"Yeah, fine daddy." Billy whispered against Steve's ear before leaving to the lockerroom to go and change.

"Oh my God he has issues." Steve muttered with a shake of his head once Billy was out of earshot.

"Your just now learning this?" Dustin asked with a raised brow only getting a sigh and the shake of his head in responce.

Soon enough Billy came out of the lockeroom, changed and in his normal clothes aka a white tanktop and some shorts.

"Took you long enough, I have to take Dustin home, at this rate him mom isnt going to allow me to hang out with him anymore. Do you realise that you may be costing me the ability to hang out with my favorite child?" Steve ranted as they all began to walk to his car.

"Aww I'm your favorite?" Dustin teased even though he was actually kind of touched on the inside though he wouldn't want to show it on the outside.

"Well yeah Henderson, I thought everyone knew that already?" Steve said as he unlocked the car, everyone going inside of it; Steve in the driver's seat, Billy in the passengers seat and Dustin in the back.

"Aww look at Steve being a big softie~ I never thought I would see that happen." Billy commented as they began driving to Dustin's house.

"Oh shut up." Steve said for what seemed like the thousandth time that hour.

Billy chuckled lightly as he smiled admiringly at Steve.

He always admired the man, he was always great with all of the kids in the group, they all loved him. He was attractive and nice, and he was always one to put others first infront of himself.

The rest of the drive went pretty calmly, the radio playing softly in the background as everyone was left to their thoughts.

Once they got to Dustin's house, Steve parked in the driveway and got out before opening the door for Dustin and then Billy.

"Such a gentleman." Billy teased with a smile as he got out of the car.

"Yeah sure whatever, don't make us look bad infront of his mom or I'll leave you on the side of the road somewhere instead of taking you home." Steve said before they began to walk into the house.

"You already know I would prefer that so that's not much of a threat." Billy muttered bitterly under his breath before going quiet when Dustin yelled for his mom.

"MOM! I'M BACK!" Dustin yelled loudly as he walked towards the livingroom, finding his mom petting her cat.

"Hello dear, who are these boys?" His mother Mrs.Henderson asked trying to stay polite yet she still sounded confused and slightly concerned as to why her son brought two older looking boys into her house.

"Oh, this is Steve the dude I hang out with the rest of the gang and this is Billy, Max's stepbrother. Steve's his ride home." Dustin explained getting a nod of understanding back.

"Oh alright, well it's nice to meet you both." Mrs.Henderson said as she reached her hand out to shake both of their hands.

Each of them shook her hand before Steve spoke up.

"Its nice to meet you too, I wanted to come in and appoligise for keeping him longer then normal, we were at the pool and lost track of time." He said politely as Dustin's mom sat back down on the couch.

"Oh your okay sweety, as long as he's here in time for dinner I don't mind." She replied with a smile before continuing, "Thank you for telling me though." She finnished getting a smile back.

"Well we better be going, I hope you have a good rest of your day." Steve said politely, Billy waved bye after.

"Alrighty, well you two be safe." Mrs.Henderson said as Dustin began to walk them to the door.

"See you later Steve." Dustin said getting a smile and wave back before he shut the door.

"Why'd you cover up the fact that we were late because of me?" Billy asked when the two got into the car.

"What?" Steve asked as he began to pull out of the driveway.

"You said that we lost track of time instead of telling her that we were late because of me." Billy answered as he looked intently at Steve.

"Because why not? A little white lie never hurt anyone." Steve replied before continuing with his afterthought; "Oh and I'm taking you to my place tonight. I figured you could stay the night and we could hang out." He finnished making Billy's eyes widen.

"Don't fuck with me, you know what kind of a shit show my house is with my bitch of a father. Don't say that your letting me escape that for the night if you don't fucking mean it." Billy snapped, his gaze turning into a sharp glare.

"I know that and I actually mean what I said. I figured we could watch a movie or something, eat some Domino's and then go to sleep." Steve replied calmly as he pulled into his driveway before turning the car off.

"Why? I thought you were going to drop me off on the side of the road or some shit like that?" Billy asked before Steve got out of the car to open his door for him.

"That was a joke and because I want to hang out with you. I don't think we talk enough and I think we both have quite a few things in common." Steve answered as Billy got out of the car.

"Now quit asking dumb questions and get inside, I'll order some pizza while you pick out a movie." Steve said as he unlocked the house door, kicking off his shoes before walking over to the phone.

Billy only nodded in agreement before walking over to the t.v., finding a horror movie on and deciding to leave it on that.

Once Steve finnished ordering the pizza he walked into the livingroom where he saw Billy curled up in a blanket, his knees pulled up to his chest and his arms wrapped around his knees.

"What did you pick?" Steve asked as he sat down next to the boy.

"Motel Hell, I don't know it's some horror movie." Billy shrugged before wrapping his arms around Steve's shoulders, bringing him into his chest.

Instead of protesting Steve allowed Billy to pull him closer and cuddled into his chest as well.

The two stayed quiet, cuddled up in each others embrace as they watched the strange movie.

Eventually the pizza arrived and Steve had to get up to get it.

He paid the guy and took the pizza before walking back into the livingroom and placing the box down onto the coffee table.

"Thanks, how much do I owe you?" Billy asked as he sat up properly so he could get himself a slice.

"Nothing, it's on me." Steve answered before talking a slice himself.

"No, how much did you pay for it? I'll pay you half so it can be even." Billy attempted to deny only to have Steve look at him with a look that said "Shut up and take the food".

Billy sighed in defeat and ate his pizza.

Once the two finished all they wanted out of the box Steve went and put the rest into the fridge.

"Hey, do you want to sleep in the guest room or with me in my room?" Steve asked guessing that Billy would want to stay in the guest room but he decided he would offer anyway.

"Wow already asking if I want to sleep with you? I mean we did kind of have a date soooo why not?" Billy responded before getting up and walking over to Steve with his classic charmer smirk.

"Oh shut up, you know I didn't mean it like that." Steve said as he rolled his eyes, already walking to his room.

"You know with how much you say shut up to me and how much I disobey that you would do something about it; like I don't know... make me?" Billy hummed as he came up from behind Steve, wrapping his arms dangerously low on his waist as his head rested against his neck.

Steve's breath hinched for a second as he tried to stay calm.

"Come on Harrington, make me~" Billy whispered into Steve's ear, biting at his earlobe gently.

The next thing Billy knew, he was over Steve's shoulder before being thrown onto the bed.

"Oh I'll make you alright."
