Izuku has severe anxiety and a phobia of being touched. From his fathers abuse and bakugous old habits Izuku has always feared and contact with another human being. His father left about two years ago (also dis the first year of ua) and bakugou hasn't hurt him this year. You noticed that when Uraraka hugged him he had a full on panic attack and now most don't touch him at all. Izuku felt safe with you for some reason(if your doing bakugou hes a bit more jumpy)
