Foreign Minister 2:What piqued our interest was this photograph that was taken of the UAC ship. It's an all metal ship with no sails! And magic detectors didn't register it!

Foreign Minister 1:According to the name on the hull it's called the "Ticonderoga" it's pretty big! According to the UAC, this is a Cruiser.

Myrus:If they are using magic stones for propulsion. The magic detectors would have told us- I can only assume that UAC and MHLE is using a method similar to our internal combustion engines! There are a few things i don't understand- for example. It's only armed with a single cannon... this "Cruiser" would be no match for againts our battleships!

Myrus:What's the Mikasa? Is this Mikasa a battleship in UAC? Is it similar to our battleship "La Kasumi"?

Vincent:Well yes for the Battleship and No for ownership, The IJN Mikasa was our Ally, the Empire of Japan's Battleship till it's ownership is now in the hands of MHLE and The Retrofit did not dissapoint, and a few classified things we can't tell. It was built almost a century ago, it's still in service. Sanjae, show him the IPN Mikasa

Myrus (Mind):This is the Mikasa?! It definately looks like the La Kasumi, but more advanced! Could this be the MHLE Flagship?

Vincent:By our Standards, we still use Battleships, Battlecruisers and Dreadnoughts, while the MHLE has our Outdated ones and got the upgrades to meet the modern standards and got some new thing which is classified, and holds the Biggest Navy.

Myrus (Myrus):So they're saying the Battleship that Japan built was sold to the MHLE and Upgraded, as well as the UAC giving some of their own Battleships to the MHLE, and they all got the Retrofit upgrades?! And the classified part? What is it? Why can't they bring their Battleship instead of that lightly armed Cruiser? No wait... i couldn't jump such conclusions! UAC's and MHLE 's technological levels cannot be measured by our own standards! This could be a problem!
