History: Designated as the Strategic INternational Treaty Organization (SINTO), it is 'technically' the military arm of the UCN, and it was formed in response to the terrorist organization known as the Franco-British. An intergovernmental military alliance that unites the world's militaries under a single chain of command, the organization has indeed proven to be successful.

Instead of working with a single, universal doctrine, the organization encourages the national militaries to stick with their original tactics and doctrines. This means that one national military unit may behave and function in a manner that is radically different from another. SINTO commanders feel that this will help keep their enemies off balance and allow for more specialized deployments.

This made the organization successful as their diversity in military strategies and units allowed them to win successful battles against the Franco-British.
