One of the High-ranking government officials of the Fire Nation, appointed by Firelord Ozai himself to " Negotiate " with Japan and United States for Peace, in return the JTF coalition must turn-over and surrender the Avatar and his allies, alongside with the Fire Nation soldiers that were captured by the JTF and in exchange they will release the Hostages, however not all enslaved Japanese and foreign citizens were still remain in Fire Nation's custody as a reminder of Japan's Historical revisionism and denials of their War Crimes along with America's atrocities for being Racist, xenophobic, anti-semitic and slavery of Black people, including the citizens of Turkey for being a resident of a Muslim-majority country and denying the Armenian Genocide for killing the Armenian people.

Furthermore, Ambassador Han is also a Warmongering man, a Fire Nation supremacist and Ultranationalist, willing to commit any Atrocities in order to achieve his goal. He literally wants to starts a war against the Japanese and its allies from the JTF, he is willing to use Force of Violence just to achieve his goal to make Fire Nation win the War against all Four Nations in Earthrealm, he also likes to use his Threathen anyone who stands on his way, especially from the Commanders of the JTF who were trying to help Aang and his allies. The diplomat himself also crossed the line when he executed an Royal Earth Kingdom Army soldier who was also amputated by the Fire Nation Army, in a following that he was burned alive in front of the JTF troops and commanders. Prior to his Political career, he was a former Fire Nation Royal university scholar and Political professor, he is also supports the spread of Propagandas against the Earth Kingdom and Water Tribes, in fact he is one of the Messengers* sent to the Earth Kingdom's capital city of Ba Sing Se for a Peaceful surrender of the Earth Kingdom, unfortunately they refused to surrender and the following event is the Fire Nation launched an assault to the Earth Kingdim's great walls led by General Iroh, until his forces were forced to retreat after the death of his son. Despite of the loses, Han become one of the Governors of Fire Nation's imperial colonies of the Northern territories, he even establish a Slave labor camp for the Prisoners of War both Benders and non-benders, they even includes Fire Nation citizens who were branded as traitors too as well. He even supported the weapons project of the late Naval commander/Admiral Zhao of the Imperial Fire Nation Navy, which will change the tides of the War, the introduction of Guns. Indeed, he was impressed with the weaponry created by the greatest Craftsmen and blacksmiths from the different areas of the Fire Nation Empire with the help of their Slaves.

In the aftermath of the Battle of Umeda and the Battle of Wu Yang Hill, Han was officially appointed as the Ambassador of the Fire Nation in order to negotiate for peace between Fire Nation to Japan and other countries of Earth, if they refused... Han will orders the Army to execute the Hostages or attack Wu Yang Hill if the Avatar has not yet returned to Earthrealm. Despite not being a Military officer, he has a knowledge of Military tactics shared by the commanders of the Fire Nation's Armed Forces, he even supports new Tactics that used by the former Imperial Japanese Army to attack the JTF " Honorably ", meaning it was a Back-stabbing attacks and ambushes which was considered as War Crime, but this was an ironic twist because they condemn Japan for denying their War Crimes and yet they are using their atrocious tactics during the Second World War just to win.

On the other hand, Ambassador Han and other High-ranking officials of the Great Empire of the Fire Nation despite how evil they were, somehow they show their sympathy to the victims of War, violence, genocide, hatred and many more but in a bad way, by Blaming the perpetrators on their crimes. Indeed, the Fire Nation's Ambassador and other officials were all disgusted on what Japan did in the past like on how they denied all of their War Crimes and atrocities during the 2nd World War like the Nanjing Massacre where the Imperial Japanese Army soldiers killed if not hundreds but thousands of innocent Chinese soldiers and civilians, to make matters worse the Japanese choose to deny that event, they even erased it on their History books along with other crimes such as Comfort Women, the Pearl Harbor attacks, Bataan Death March, killings of American and Allied Medics, Torture, Inhumane experiments by the Unit-731 and more, while Honoring those War criminals in the Yasukuni Shrine. Han was also disgusted to the Mass genocide of Jews along with other Ethnic groups perpetrated by the Nazis known as the Holocaust, even worse that the said Genocide was also denied by the Anti-semitic groups like Neo-Nazis, Hitler Apologists, White supremacists and Muslim-majority countries and yet the irony they make Conspiracy theories and supports the Genocide of Jews which shows their Hypocrisy, he was even disgusted to the Belgian's (under the rule of Leopold II) enslavement of the Congolese people which gets to the point that they must cut off, mutilate and severe their hands just because they weren't get any enough Rubber or the America's atrocities such as Racism, slavery and invading other nations. Even worse that he is willing to enggage in Islamophobia to justify his hatred on Muslim countries as he accused them for Religious oppression and Terrorism, he even calls Islam as a Disgusting religion along with Christianity as well. Speaking of Christianity, the Ambassador himself was also disgusted on Christian Europe for the so-called Witch-hunts, the colonization of countries in Asia, Americas and Africa all because of Natural resources by using Religion or the former communist Soviet Union for the majority of their atrocities commited against the Russian and Soviet people such as the Holodomor, the Religious persecution via Forced conversion to Atheism/Anti-religious campaign, anti-Democratic propagandas and pro-Starvation. The same thing applies to Communist-controlled Mainland China indeed ever since they overthrow the democratic Republic of China after being weakened by the Japanese as the CCP oppressed it's people from Great Leap Forward, Cultural revolution, the Tibetan persecution, Anti-religious oppression, thanking the Japanese government for invading Mainland China and the infamous 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre which the CCP denies the Massacre happened in June 4, However, the Fire Nation is also a hypocritical empire because they deny all of their atrocities while pointing their blame to Earth's countries instead by using both Whataboutism and Victim blaming. One of the twist of irony that Han despite being Xenophobic and racist is somehow objects and denouced all types of Racism, he viewed all races as either Slaves or useful assets for the benefits of the Fire Nation, he also denounce both Japan, US, European nations and other nations for being Racist, xenophobic and bigoted, but in a twisted way.

Han's own Goal is to bring the Fire Nation into Victory and invade more lands from Earth's countries, including the Falmart in the world beyond from the first GATE. He is also expressing the use of stolen technology from Japan and US to destroy their enemies and force them into submission, if not they will be Executed on sight.
