Step one, remove most of the clothes from the person you wish to wear a kimono~

Er....um....Step 2, get the kimono ready

Step 3....get a robe looking thing in the belt section ( I don't know what it is, and don't care really, you'll see what it looks like)

Step 4- Get the Kimono onto the person you want!
