DESCRIPTION

brielle and chandler have been best of friends their whole lives....which is a complete surprise to people who meet them because of how different they are. they were complete opposites with personalities and even in the relationship department. brielle was a player while chandler hadn't had much luck in the relationship department. when he starts to have feelings for her, he freaks out because she's way out of his league and he wonders if he will ever get his hollywood ending with her.

SUMMARY

Brielle and Chandler have been best friends since childhood, a dynamic that surprises anyone who meets them. Their personalities couldn't be more different: She's bold, confident, and has always had a knack for charming those around her while Chandler is more reserved, awkward, and has had little success in the relationship department. Brielle is the life of the party, always surrounded by people, and enjoys the thrill of flings without any desire for commitment. In contrast, Chandler has always been a hopeless romantic, quietly longing for a deep connection but never quite able to find it. Despite their contrasting qualities, their bond has remained unshakable, a friendship built on years of trust, shared experiences, and mutual respect.

As they navigate their early twenties, something begins to shift in Chandler. Over time, he starts to notice Brielle in a way he never has before. Her laughter, her bright smile, her carefree spirit, and the way she lights up any room suddenly become more than just characteristics of his best friend. Chandler realizes he has developed feelings for Brielle, but he's terrified of what that means. His romantic history is sparse, and he's plagued by doubts about his worthiness, convinced that someone like Brielle could never see him in the same way. He finds himself caught in a whirlwind of emotions, not sure how to handle the sudden intensity of his feelings or whether he even has a chance with someone as confident and sought-after as Brielle.

Brielle, on the other hand, is blissfully unaware of Chandler's inner turmoil. She's always seen him as her steady rock, the one person who's always had her back. Though she's had numerous flings and is known for her lack of interest in anything serious, Brielle values her friendship with Chandler above all else. But, as Chandler's behavior starts to change—his nervousness around her, his odd silence at times—she begins to wonder if something deeper is brewing beneath the surface. Brielle doesn't know how to process the idea that Chandler might be developing feelings for her, especially since she's never thought of him in that way. She's comfortable with their current dynamic and the thought of complicating it with romance makes her hesitant and maybe even makes her start to think things differently about him. 

As Chandler struggles to reconcile his feelings for Brielle with his self-doubt, he starts to question whether he's deserving of a happy ending with her, much less a "Hollywood" one. He feels as though he's living in a world where Brielle belongs to a different league entirely, one that's out of his reach. But as the tension between them builds and their friendship starts to feel like something more, Chandler is forced to confront his fears. Will he be able to step out of his own way and tell Brielle how he feels, or will he continue to hide behind the safe walls of friendship? As the line between friendship and love blurs, both Chandler and Brielle must come to terms with their feelings and decide if their bond can survive—and thrive—when it evolves into something deeper.
