DESCRIPTION

ember scales didn't have the best childhood growing up as part human and part dragon. but she had her best friend deuce gorgon by her side through all the ups and downs. she doesnt know what to do though when she falls in love with her best friend so much it tears her apart.

SUMMARY

Ember Scales is a young teenage girl who has always felt like an outsider, torn between two worlds. Born to a human mother and a monstrous dragon father, Ember's childhood was filled with struggles. While her father's dragon heritage gifted her with fiery scales and incredible strength, her human side left her with emotions and vulnerabilities she couldn't fully understand or control. She often found herself in conflict with her own identity, never quite fitting in either world. Her dragon instincts clashed with her desire for acceptance in the human realm, and she spent much of her life isolated, longing for a sense of belonging. However, through all of this, Ember had one constant: her best friend, Deuce Gorgon. Deuce, a son of Medusa, understood the challenges of living between worlds, his own struggles with his Gorgon heritage giving them a common ground. 

They spent years supporting one another, leaning on each other through both the darkest and brightest times. Deuce was her rock, the one person who always seemed to know how to calm her raging emotions or encourage her when she doubted herself. But as Ember grew older, her feelings for Deuce began to change. What once was pure friendship blossomed into something much deeper, something she couldn't ignore. She found herself falling for him in ways she couldn't explain, her heart aching every time he smiled or looked at her. The bond they shared grew stronger, but so did the pain of unspoken love. Ember didn't know how to navigate this new reality—how to deal with the overwhelming feelings that threatened to tear her apart. She feared the risk of ruining their friendship, knowing that Deuce might not feel the same way.

Ember's heart burned every time she looked at Deuce, her feelings growing stronger with every smile, every glance, every moment they shared. She longed to confess her love for him but feared losing the precious friendship they had built over the years, torn between the desire to be honest and the fear of ruining everything. As the days passed, the weight of her emotions grew unbearable, and the silence became suffocating, each moment spent pretending to be just friends feeling like a lie. Loving him so deeply was slowly tearing her apart, but the thought of saying nothing was just as painful, leaving her trapped in a cycle of longing and fear. Ember knew she had to make a choice and soon—take the risk and confess, or continue to live with the ache of unspoken love, knowing that staying silent would tear her apart more.

-drake scales is her father (you can come up with a fc for him) & you can come up with the info of her mom & fc for her too just make sure she looks similiar to ember's fc

-i had planned to base these fits (1&2) off of the animated series & add those characters in that the live action movie didn't add & didnt even mention so please be sure to do that too (like clawd, lagoona, gil, etc) (also planned on having no clawdeen & deuce thing in these fics of course, not even sure why they did that in the movies cause that never happened in the animated series)
