Zoey entered a new AU and smiled. It the surface of Browntale. Zoey walked around before seeing herself in a gothic outfit, which she thought was a little weird. Zoey shrugged it off before darting across the street and shouting her name.

"Hey Zoey!"

Zoey's copy turned to her with a rose eyebrow. "Hi there! I'm you from-" Zoey started before her copy huffed. "A happier AU? Yeah. I know. Call me Midnight." Midnight said before starting to walk away. "Ok... I just want to ask if you can show me around Midnight!" Zoey said, rushing to catch up to the gothic fox.

"What's there to see other than Hell?" Midnight asked sarcastically. Zoey flattened her eyebrows before taking a breath. "Can you at least show me your family? Gaster? Jeremy? Emily?" Zoey said before Midnight stopped. Zoey stopped as Midnight growled.

"Leave me alone." Midnight suddenly snapped before walking away. "Wait- what!?" Zoey said before following Midnight. "Hold on! Midnight! What did I-?" "ARE YOU DEAF? LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!" Zoey stopped in her tracks as Midnight kept walking. "What did I do? All I asked was to meet your family!"

Midnight stopped before walking towards Zoey. Zoey gulped as Midnight started to roll up her sleeves. Midnight stopped about two steps away from Zoey before sighing. "We had to put Emily down, Amòr and Leo were erased, Gaster is depressed, Jeremy is long gone." Midnight started to answer before showing Zoey her forearms.

Zoey froze at the deep cuts in her skin. It was obvious that Midnight stopped the fur from growing. "I have this to deal with. Now, beat it." Midnight finished before walking away as she rolled her sleeves down. Zoey stepped back before walking away. Zoey entered the portal, hoping her furture wasn't going to end up like Midnight's present.
