You were laying in bed, staring at the ceiling, as the clock ticked to ten at night. You took a deep breath as your arms were covered in cuts and bruises. You made the cuts, your mother and father made the bruises, while your older brother was an angel six feet under.

You sniffled sinced your parents were getting a divorce soon, meaning they would fight over who gets custody of you. "(Y/N)? Are you ok?" You turned over to your side to see Lucifer, a skeleton who looked like a dark angel.

"Do you think I'm ok?" You asked, knowing he's been watching. "You're so good at hiding your feelings, it's almost scary. Answer my question." Lucifer insisted before you looked away before shaking your head. Lucifer crawled into bed with you and wrapped his arms around your upper torso and waist.

You nuzzled yourself into his chest before sighing softly. "It'll all be ok soon. I promise." Lucifer said before gently tapping his forehead against yours. "How do you know that?" You asked as you started to get teary eyed. Lucifer just kissed your forehead before nuzzling you.

"I don't know that, but I can't lose hope on it." Lucifer said before you smiled a little and drifted to sleep. Lucifer wrapped a wing around, making it act like a blanket, before he fell asleep as well. The clock struck ten thirty when you parents came home and went into their separate rooms to sleep.

Emily: This was basically me and Zoey last night since we decided to stay at her house for the night... but... that kiss on the forehead may have landed somewhere else... >////<

Zoey: Y-Yeah... IF YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT W-WE'RE TALKING ABOUT! I-IT WASN'T INTENTIONAL! WE SWEAR!
