A/N: Ài mǐ lì AKA "Emily"

"Senpia! You didn't wait for me at the sign like you promised!"

You glanced over from your locker to see the tsundere snow leopard snapping at the well known golden wolf. "Sorry Ài bǐ-chan. I was in a rush." Ài mǐ lì said.

"Don't let it happen again! Baka!" Then the snow leopard stomped off before you hugged your books with one arm. You were with Ài mǐ lì in most of your classes, so you considered yourselves good friends. You walked over and tapped the wolf's shoulder.

Ài mǐ lì turned around, making sure not to hit anyone with her bag, before seeing you. "Oh. (Y/N)-kun. I was kinda hoping to talk to you." Ài mǐ lì said as she closed her locker. "R-Really?" You asked, hiding your face slightly. "Yeah... Follow me." Ài mǐ lì ordered calmly.

You both went onto the roof before Ài mǐ lì took a deep breath. "Do you... ever wish people didn't like you?" Ài mǐ lì asked. "Not... really... why?" You replied, slightly concerned for your popular friend. "It... just seems like people only want to be my friend for popularity..."

You frowned before walking over to hug your friend. Ài mǐ lì perked with a slight blush before hugging you back. "I-I'm so sorry y-you feel that way... but I would never use you like that." You said before Ài mǐ lì smiled. "I know." She said before kissing the top of your head.

"Now, let's get to class."
