Like many wolf packs, Emily was going start a new pack since she is a female. But due to her being a cript, Jeremy would be the one to carry on the pack

Jeremy was literally perfect

The wings never messed up his shoulders. He also gained the ability early on in his life, impressing his father and the elders.

Due to him being mostly wolf, fire magic never overheated him. He quickly learned the skills of a master, leading to him becoming one of the masters.

His children would most likely be perfect hybrids, not cripts. This means he'd carry on the genetics as an alpha father.

All of this pushed Emily into a deep bit of her father's disappointment, leading to Emily's treason.

She escaped to the city and told Asgore all of the important documents.

This lead to the genocide of half of the pack (Roughly 50,000 monsters and hybrids).

Jeremy, Zoey, and (originally) a group of vampire like monsters were going to take down Emily and Asgore's army.
