For the first time in days, I walked out of my room. Out of my home. Into the wonderful Phoenix Drop. The first person to see me was Laurence. "Garroth! You feel better!" He said, dropping his sword and jogging over to me. "Heh, yeah I suppose you could say that.."  I reply. He glanced down and noticed that Aphmau and I were holding hands. He gasped, then grinned. "Garroth, you sly dog! And how did that happen?!" I must've blushed a maroon red. "Does it matter? The fact is, I beat you to it!" He replied. "Hang on, Laurence, did you know about... well, you know..?" Aphmau asked him, confused. "Haha! Aphmau, everybody but you did! He was horrible at hiding it!" Laurence replied. I elbowed him. "What? It's the truth! Well, I gotta go, see y'guys later!"

        After Laurence ran off, Aphmau looked up at me. I wasn't sure what to say, so I just looked at her. Then, without a word, she kissed me. At first I was surprised, but then I put my hand on the side of her face and placed the other one on her back. She put both of her hands on the back of my neck. I didn't care that anyone walking by would see us. Then, I heard distant voices of Zoey, Lucinda, Kiki, and Kawaii-Chan. Of course, they suddenly all fell very silent. I could practically hear them all fan girling. Aphmau must've too, because she pulled away. "Take a picture, it'll last longer!". I couldn't help but grin at this. "Okay!" Laurence said, falling out of a tree, with a camera. Then he ran off.

        "Did he just-? Where did? What?" Aphmau asked, laughing. I chuckled, and put my arm around her. "Come on, let's go."

        We walked into the plaza, and everyone basically applauded us. It was quite fun, but me and Aph were blushing like crazy. We finally got to Aph's house, as Levin and Malachi were hungry for breakfast. I held Levin. " Daddy? Daddy here?" He said. Aphmau giggled. "Yes, sweetie!" Aphmau said. then Malachi came down. "Hi Mom-- Garroth? Did you finally tell her?!"  Now that's embarrassing. I chuckled, trying to laugh it off, and Aphmau just smirked at me. 

        "That's just sad, Garroth!" Aphmau said giggling. "Yeah, yeah, whatever!" I said. "Don't you have breakfasts to make?" Malachi snickered. "Ah! I see how it is now!" She joked, putting her hands on her heart. "And yes, I do." She said promptly, laying bacon on a tray. I chuckled. "I better get to my post, see ya later." I said. "Aw, okay. I suppose that it's something you have to do." She said dissapointedly "Bye, Aph. " I said before walking out the door. I walked to one of the guards' towers, where Brian was waiting. "What are you doing here?" I said to him. "Well, I couldn't just not ask about you and Lady Aphmau!" He said grinning. "Ugh, not this again!" I said. "So, what happened! Tell me all the details!" He said excitedly. "You're such a girly-girl!" I joked. "Hey! I'm a boy!" He replied. I laughed.

I missed this place.
