The scene changes where Dorothy, Garfield, Odie, Vic, Scarecrow and Toto walk down the yellow brick road next to the field that was made up of apple trees. The Wicked Witch of the West watches them from behind the tree, then she left when the lot got close.

Garfield said "Finally somewhere to relax." Vic and odie sat down under one of the trees

Dorothy Gale said "Oh, apples! Oh look!" She walks up to the apple tree as Garfield was trying to relax next to Vic and Odie, then she picks one off but the tree grabs the apple and slapped Dorothy's hand as it slapped Garfield, Vic and Odie off the trunk as they rubbed their backsides "Ouch!" "Hey!" "What gives?!" "Bow!"

Apple tree asked angrily "What do you think you're doing?"

Dorothy Gale replied "We've been walking a long ways and I was hungry and..." then she realized "Did you say something? Oh right, if my cats can talk..."

Apple tree said "She was hungry!"

Apple tree 2 said "She was hungry!"

The Apple tree asked Dorothy angrily "Well, how would you like to have someone come along and pick something off of you?"

Dorothy Gale said "Oh dear! I keep forgetting I'm in not Kansas."

Garfield said "But we're not in Kansas, but we are going to be back into Kansas very soon."

Odie nodded agreeing.

Scarecrow said "Come along, Dorothy. You don't want any of those apples."

Odie, Garfield, and Vic raised their noses up in the air and said 'Hmph.' As they also flicked up their tails in sass. As they were about to leave the field and go back to their original way.

Apple tree asked "Are you hinting my apples aren't what they ought to be?"

Scarecrow replied "Oh, no. It's just that she doesn't like little green worms!"

Garfield said "Exactly, the worms make the apples taste weird. And you don't know that the worms are there until it's too late."

Apple tree then said angrily, as they begins to attack them "Oh, you!" The tree tries to grab Dorothy which causes her to scream. Odie then bit one of the trees making it scream, and let go of Dorothy.

Scarecrow whispered to Dorothy "I'll show how to get apples." Then he makes a face at a tree which causes him to throw apples at them "Hooray! I guess that did it! Help yourself." Then they grabbed a bunch of the apples that were thrown at them, they ran off away from the angry apple trees.
