That night, Rodney opens a hatch on his arm and looks at the photo of his parents. He closed it and started to work on Wonderbot until he heard a fart sound. Garfield, Odie, Rodney and Jax turn to look at Fender.

Fender said "I know that sounds bad, but I'm just doing musical arm farts." He arm-farts to a tune "You know how to do those? They're hard to do, because we're metal, but that's where the skill comes in. I'm real close. Listen." He makes an arm fart "No, wait." He makes another arm fart "No, wait, wait." He makes an arm fart "You can't tell me that didn't sound like a... Like an old man."

Garfield, Odie, Rodney looked at him confused, while Jax felt unamused.

Rodney said "You know, I'm a little tired. Maybe tomorrow."

Jax asked "Kind of a rough day, huh?"

Rodney said "Kind of. My dad's probably sitting by the phone... ...waiting for his brilliant son to call... ...and tell him what a big success our first day was. I know it's not your problem. If you burden your friends, you won't have any."

Fender asked "What are you, a fortune cookie? "That's what friends... " then he realized "You consider me and Jax a friend?"

Garfield asked "Sure, what else would we consider you?"

Fender replied "An embarrassment, a way to rebel against your parents... a desperate cry for help. The list is endless."

Rodney said "Let's just stick with friend."

Fender said "You know, even though you had a discouraging day, remember... There's another one coming tomorrow."

Jax points to the window "You know, our last roommate jumped out that window."

Rodney said "Hey, Fender."

Fender asked "Hm?" Rodney does arm farts. "YEAH, BABY!!!! LET IT RIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Jax said "Good one!"

Rodney, Fender, Garfield, Odie, Jax, and Wonderbot are doing arm farts. Outside...

Crank said offscreen "Hey, guys, come on. What are you, three years old? This is how a man does it."

Crank does arm farts.

Piper said offscreen "You guys are SO gross! Besides, this is how you do it." Piper does arm farts.

Ragatha asked offscreen "Oh, yeah?" Ragatha does arm farts.

Gangle said offscreen "That sounds like fun!" Gangle does arm farts.

Cat said offscreen "Get a load of this!" Cat does arm farts.

Dog said offscreen "And get a load of that!" Dog does arm farts.

Norbert said offscreen "Oh, ho, ho! Take this!" Norbert does arm farts.

Daggett said offscreen "And take that!" Daggett does arm farts.

Daggett said offscreen "Oopsie, daisy! Excuse me!"

Norbert shouted offscreen "DAGGETT!"

Daggett said offscreen "Just kidding! I just use my arm"

Norbert said offscreen "Oh."

Stimpy said offscreen "I wanna try it!" Stimpy does arm farts.

Ren said "I wanna try that, too!" Ren does arm farts.

Zooble said offscreen "Yeah... I'm not doing that."

Kinger said offscreen "And I don't have any arms."

Aunt Fanny said offscreen "Hey kids, get a load of this!" She does a huge fart which rumbles the entire world and sighs with relief; Everyone is grossed out as car alarms went off.

Rodney shouted offscreen "Open the window!"

Piper said offscreen "Aunt Fanny, we were using our arms! Eeeeewwwww!"

Aunt Fanny said offscreen "Oh.....excuse me."

Garfield shouted offscreen "It's like after eating at Botco Bell!"

Crank shouted offscreen Ugh, light a match!"

Ragatha shouted offscreen "No, do not light it, it'll burn the house down!"

Lamppost sniffed it then coughed "Lady... please! See a doctor!" It then passes out as the light went out.

The next morning, there was an outline of the passed-out lamppost by the house. Inside...

Aunt Fanny said "Breakfast. This will perk everyone up. Some of Aunt Fanny's fresh-brewed grease."

Rusties said "Yummy!"

Stimpy said "Oh, joy!"

The Rusties grab their drinks.

Aunt Fanny said "Careful, it's hot." They poured hot grease all over their bodies while Wonderbot sips it like soda. Rodney, Garfield, and Odie arrives at the kitchen.

Rodney asked "So, what are you guys doing today?"

Fender replied "We're doing it."

Piper asked "What about you three?"

Rodney replied "Bigweld's disappeared, and you're sitting here."

Fender said "That's already been established."

Garfield said "We gotta find out what happened to him."

Crank rolled up to the three "Hey, you three want my advice?"

Rodney replied "Sure."

Crank said "Forget it. "Never try, never fail." Those are the words I live by."

Garfield said placing down the mug on the table "Crank, the idol of millions is gone, and no one seems to care. There should be an angry mob out there."

Garfield looked out the window. Just then, an angry mob rushes by the house.

Garfield asked "What the...?"

They went outside to find the mob running over to the hardware store.

Jax said "Wow, that was great, psychic friend."

Fender said "Now say, "Money should be falling from the sky." Then nothing happens "Say it. Say it." He cried.

An angry mob of outmodes gathers at the front of Jack Hammer's store.

Jack Hammer said "Sorry, folks, all sold out. Nothing but upgrades from here on in."

Female Robot said "But I like myself just the way I am." Her lightbulb nose pops breaking.

Male Robot shouted "We can't afford upgrades!"

Tough Robot shouted "Let's get him!" A male robot attempts to throw a trash can, but it is actually a robot.

Trashcan Bot said "Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing? Don't throw me."

Rodney, Garfield, Odie and the Rusties join in the commotion.

Trashcan Bot asked "Isn't that the guy, and that cat that fixed Fender and Jax's neck?"

Male Robot 2 replied "Yeah, those guys fixes bots."

The robot dropped the trash can robot as he screamed.

Jack Hammer said "Yeah, that kid, and his pet can help you."

Jax said to Rodney and Garfield "Brace yourselves. You're about to get popular."

Everyone walked to the gang pleading for help.

Fender said to the mob "Only those with insurance." The mob stops "Oh, I forgot. Everybody, come on." The mob went close to them.

Car Bot said "Parts, man. I need parts."

Garfield said "You don't look that..." the car bot falls apart piece by piece much to everyone's shock "...bad."

Every bot looked at what happened.
Male Robot 3 said "Hey, everybody, spare parts!"

Outmodes cheered "Yeah!"

The outmodes rush over to grab some spare parts, but Rodney, Garfield, and Odie chastises them.

Rodney said "Wait a minute. Wait a minute. What's wrong with you robots?"

Fender said with another nose above his nose "You should all be ashamed of yourselves."

Garfield asked "Why do you have two noses?"

Fender said "One's for showing, one's for blowing." Wonderbot whacks the other nose off Fender "Sorry."

Broken-Arm Bot asked "Hey, could you look at my arm?"

Rodney said as the arm comes off as he takes it "Uh... nice grip."

Broken-Arm Bot said "LIKE IRON!"

Tire Bot said "I can't get rid of this spare tire."

Lost Mind Bot exclaimed "I am losing my mind!" As the pieces of his mind were falling out.

Jax: Back off, back off. They got their own dreams that won't come true.

Rodney, Garfield, Odie, Jax, and Fender look at the departing delivery van and notice Ratchet's slogan, "Why be you?"

Rodney said "See a need, fill a need." He turns to the crowd walking away "Wait!" The crowd stops as he dons his spanners.

Garfield and Rodney asked "Who wants to get fixed?!"

The crowd cheers, except for a dog, who whimpers (who like a real dog) doesn't like the sound of getting fixed. And so, a line was held... though Aunt Fanny accidentally knocked them over like dominos with her big butt. Inside the house, Rodney and Garfield come to an outmode and get out his beating heart clock. Fender faints from the sight of this part making Zooble shocked and looked at him as he was on the ground. Then, an old outmode was unable to turn on her lightbulb by pulling on the cord. Luckily, Fender and Jax clap their hands twice and the lightbulb turns on. The outmode smiles and they high-five, though that causes the lightbulb to turn off much to their shock. Then, Rodney, Garfield, and Odie fix the robot's broken arm, which was now able to extend a few inches and give them a handshake. Diesel sprays some mist into an opera singer bot's mouth and she is able to sing clearly much to his shock. However, Diesel steals her voice box and proceeds to sing opera as the singer tried to grab him. An Operation robot's red nose buzzes as Cat tries to carefully remove a wrench from his leg part. Rodney and Garfield then fix a toilet robot by unclogging it with a plunger.

Toilet Robot said "Thanks, guys. You're number one."

Aunt Fanny looked embarrassed at what she did. Herb and Lydia read the letter proud of the three. Moments later, Diesel came with a box full of parts and together, the entire gang installed them onto the broken car bot, turning him into a hot rod bot. The outmodes cheered for Rodney, Garfield, and Odie, praising him as the town hero for fixing them.

Outmodes chanted "Rodney! Garfield! Rodney!"
