Stella's POV

"Neville?" I gaped in shock "what are you doing here?"

"Surprise!" He laughed "professor sprout asked me to go in her place this year. She had matters to attend to."

"I'm glad your here then!" I bear hugged he returned the hug as a poof of smoke appeared.

"Oh how lovely! Young love! A hogwarts teacher in love with a student!" Rhita beamed as I fumed

"He is a good friend of mine nothing more. " I gritted "I swear if you put that in the daily prophet I will let Hermione squish you like a bug."

"No worries dear no worries." She waved as she left.

"I'm really sorry about that." I mumbled as he smiled

"It's fine really. I know that all she writes is rubbish anyway. Don't let her get to you. "

I nodded as i learned to camouflage climb trees make a fire and tell which berries are poisonous and non poisonous. The dinner bell rang as I headed in. Abigail walked in holding the daily prophet as a picture of Neville and I on the front page hugging. I turned away before I could boil any more heading towards the trio.

"Rough day?" Ron smirked

"It's not what it looks like."

"We know. " Hermione persisted "I'm gonna get revenge."

Dolores came over much to our dismay long with Abigail by her side.

"Well hello Miss Evans. We just wanted to congratulate you on making the front page!" Dolores simpered

"Clearly the couple tries to hide there love. But secretly they truly love each other. "

"Neville is a friend of mine. Nothing more he's looked after me since you took over." I glared at Dolores "and we've been best friends ever since. "

"Well clearly it's more than friendship." Abigail smirked

That was it. I had enough. I grabbed rons knife and slammed it near Abigail's fingers causing her to jump in shock.

"THAT IS MAHOGANY!" Dolores shouted

"Next time you mess with me this goes in your hand." I stood as I walked away.

"My father will hear about this! " She yelled as I waved my hand not caring

Lol you guys this was such a fun chapter to write on! I had to put the famous mahogany line in there. And a little drama. I just couldn't resist.
