[Chapter 3]

[No One Pov]

Following the intense clash at Menagerie, Atlas swiftly deployed their troops to gather the fallen bodies of both the White Fang members and valiant heroes who bravely fought against the inquisitors. During their time at Union Academy, the students and staff were given updates on the events unfolding at Menagerie. They eagerly witnessed the intense clash between the heroic task force and Justin's formidable forces. Witnessing the brutal actions of Justin and his inquisitors, a sense of dread filled the onlookers as they observed the hero's task force and the helpless White Fangs being mercilessly slain. Following that, the students intensified their training due to the exceptional skills of the Inquisitors, surpassing even the most seasoned heroes and hunters.

Meanwhile, at Justin's castle, he has granted his inquisitors a well-deserved break and is now strategizing his next move against the anti-union forces. Some of his inquisitors chose to take a well-deserved break and recharge after the battle, while others remained dedicated to honing their combat skills. Justin made the choice to personally mentor Bernie, recognizing her progress in sword combat and fostering a bond as a mentor and student.

Justin; You're doing quite better, Bernie.

Bernie: Thank you master.

???: Master.

Justin and Bernie stopped as they turned to see another creation that Justin created during the two months of hunting the White Fangs remnants: The Caretaker of the Castle.

Justin: What is it?

Caretaker: There are two guests outside of the barrier who wish to speak with you.

Justin: Are they heroes? Or from Atlas?

Caretaker: No. From what it's been reported, they have no associations with either.

Justin: Very well. Let them enter and escort them to the throne room.

Caretaker: Very well, Master.

As the Caretaker left, Justin walked to the throne room along with Bernie as a couple of Inquisitors were requested within the throne room.

As Justin sat down on the throne, the two guests walked into the throne room, one male and the other female, from two different factions.

Justin: Greetings. I am Justin Vines. Leader of the inquisitors.

Jason: I am Jason Lynch. Leader of a Paramilitary force known as Imperialism.

Sarah: and I am Sarah Longs. Leader of a Mercenary Faction known as Pandora.

Justin: I heard about both of your factions before. You've been giving the anti-union some trouble on the dragon continent. How did you find this place?

Jason: We've been tracking your force for a month. And we have been able to trace it back to this castle.

Sarah: The reason for our visit is to talk about a possible alliance between our three groups.

Justin: Go on.

Jason: We've heard about your declaration to bring order to this world.

Justin: That I do. I believe that hope brings nothing to our world. And prove time and time again, how pointless to hope. And it's time to bring order back into this world.

Sarah: exactly. We are all the same. Hope has brought only pain and misery. People always put hope in heroes, only to do nothing seriously to change, only maintaining their own status quo.

Jason: And then, heroes turn away others with incredible talent, all because of their powers, which is quite stupid to say the least, power cannot be the center of everything all the time.

Sarah: We believe, if we combine our forces, we'll be able to bring true change to not only society, but humanity as well. And not only that, but we would also be able to prove, we don't need the heroes' help anymore.

Justin: Come with me so we could speak more about this alliance.

Sarah and Jason nodded before walking into another room as all three spoke about their forces and about how capable the alliance would be against both Union Alliance and The Anti-Union.

Justin listened carefully about this plan of the alliance and he could see a lot of pro from this alliance, there were in fact a couple of cons about this, but the pro over most of the cons.

After about 2 hours, Justin was convinced and agreed to the alliance between Imperialism, Pandora and The Inquisitors, before deciding the name of their new alliance: The Order.

[Meanwhile]

Within the confines of the training grounds at Union Academy, students were being instructed to improve their defensive and offensive capabilities and combat skills.

The K-200s and The Pointer Robots, both of which were going to employ live ammo, were participating in the training that the students were doing.

Ruby: This is absolutely exhausting.

Kiba: Sure. I've never experienced such exhaustion.

Naruto: The teachers mean business.

Weiss: Absolutely, you fool.

Akeno: It's clear that Justin must have put in some serious effort during that week to transform into the person he is now.

Denki: It's not just him. However, those Inquisitors possess remarkable skills and would prove to be formidable opponents.

Katsuki: It's clear that Ironwood wants our outfits to be more weaponized, and I fully support this decision.

Charlie: And what about... them...

Everyone then turned their attention to Jackal and Jennifer, who were pushing themselves to the limit in their training sessions against the formidable K-200s and The Pointer Robots.

Emily: They've been completely consumed by their determination to overcome Justin, training relentlessly to ensure victory.

Vaggie: I heard it was a request made by their parents. I'm not entirely certain about the level of confirmation.

???: Well. We might as well test our training.

Everyone's attention was captured as Rias gracefully made her way towards them, accompanied by her loyal companion.

Jiro: What on earth are you trying to say?

Rias: My familiar has been diligently attempting to locate Justin or any of his Inquisitors. And fortunately, she managed to track it back to their headquarters.

As soon as Rias uttered those words, Jackal and Jennifer immediately halted their training and made their way over to the group.

Jackal: So, you're telling me you actually found him?

Rias; According to my familiar, that seems to be the case. However, there is a problem.

Koneko: What sort of problem are you experiencing?

Rias: According to my sources, there seems to be a formidable barrier safeguarding the base. Despite her efforts, she was unable to penetrate the barrier, but she caught a glimpse of some Inquisitors on the other side.

Jennifer: We better hurry if we want to catch him before he escapes.

Rias: Absolutely. That's why I'm gathering a formidable group to retrieve him.

Issei: I'm sure that our team will be able to handle that weakling, Rias.

Rias: Usually, I would agree. But we cannot take this lightly. Remember, he was responsible for the death of Adam Taurus, the eradication of the White Fangs, and the destruction of the entire hero task force at Menagerie.

Jackal: This is an incredible opportunity to make a move. As you mentioned, he tracked down the White Fangs and has just returned to base after his latest battle, so it's safe to assume he's quite tired. And not only himself, but also some of his Inquisitors.

Akeno: I have to agree. If we attack while they're recovering, we'll have the element of surprise on our side. Plus, combine hero and Atlas forces, we'll have a chance.

Rias: Then. I'll inform the headmasters and see what they want to do.

[Next Day]

At Justin's Castle, there was movement as some soldiers from the Imperial and Pandora Forces were being stationed there while some Inquisitors were dispatched to their bases in return.

These soldiers were getting themselves situated within the castle and adjusting to it as well, fortifying the entry points across the castle; some Inquisitors ended up partnering with them on patrols.

Justin was seen within the throne room as he was speaking with Bernie about something, till another soldier rushed in their direction, before saluting to Justin.

Soldier: Sir. I'm sorry to disturb you, but we have a slight situation.

Justin: What kind of situation?

Soldier: Imperialism Command was able to intercept Atlas Chatter. It seems they know where we are. And assembling another task force, but larger than the one in Menagerie.

Justin: So. They found my base. Do they know about this alliance?

Soldier: There has been no mention of the alliance yet.

Justin: Good. Contact both Imperialism and Pandora Command. Tell them to not send any troops until this is dealt with.

Soldier: Understood.

Justin: And tell all soldiers within the castle about the incoming forces.

Soldier: Yes sir.

As the soldier left, Justin smirked as he looked at Bernie, who knew what was about to happen.

Justin: Bernie... are the other corp members ready?

Bernie: Yes, master. The Assassin Corp, Death Corp and Musume Corp, all standing ready for us.

Justin: Good. Soon, It'll be their time for some action.

Bernie: Do you think the heroes know?

Justin: Not a chance. Their intelligence is limited and only goes by what was witnessed. That will be their downfall.
