Following the Schnee Dust Incident, the heroes embarked on a covert operation to track down Justin, aiming to prevent widespread panic among the public. Atlas, under the leadership of the legendary heroes All Might and Endeavor, embarked on a daring mission to infiltrate Justin's residence, meticulously scouring every inch for any trace of evidence, only to come up empty-handed.

As the heroes pressed on in their quest to find Justin, word spread of the passing of Adam Tarurus, causing a wide range of reactions among the populace. For those individuals who strongly disliked the White Fangs' jubilation, it was evident that without Adam, the White Fangs lacked effective leadership and would be easily defeated. For those who saw White Fangs as victims, it was clear that the White Fang Branches would disband and grow even more hostile than ever before.

At Union Academy, the students were provided with additional information about the incident by Team RWBY, and unsurprisingly, there were many who doubted Justin's involvement. Jackal and Jennifer were the ones to lead the skepticism; they firmly hold the belief that Justin is a feeble and inferior individual, incapable of defeating Adam or a Nomu. Despite the concerns of others, the desire to see Justin grew stronger as news spread of him being pursued by the heroes and Atlas.

Meanwhile, on the Anti-Union side, they discovered the news of Adam's demise through their well-placed contacts within both Union Academy and Atlas. However, their indifference towards the matter was palpable. The demise of Adam and the downfall of the White Fangs did not greatly impact them, as they considered the White Fangs to be disposable and replaceable with a more capable force, such as Humarise or the Meta Liberation Army.

Nevertheless, there was a significant amount of fascination surrounding Justin Vines, a character who had gained a reputation as a rebellious protagonist with an enigmatic agenda. The organization quickly mobilized Cinder's and Tomura's teams to locate Justin and convince him to join their cause. Unforeseen obstacles awaited the two teams as they embarked on a thrilling adventure across the country in pursuit of Justin, hindering their efforts to locate him in their expected destination.

As the heroes and villains embarked on their quest to find Justin Vines, little did they know that he had already taken refuge in a magnificent castle of his own making. This majestic fortress was nestled amidst lush surroundings and shielded by an imperceptible force field.

As he was sitting on his throne while drawing within his sketchbook with his sacred gear Arubani as he was now finished with his drawings.

Justin: Now then. Time to summon you to my side.

Justin then tapped his pen on his first creation before a female, wearing the nearly identical clothes appeared within the throne room, on their knees before him.

???: Greetings, My Master.

Justin: Hello, My Inquisitor. From the day forward, you'll be known as Bernie. Leader of my army of Inquisitors, my Grand Inquisitor.

Bernie: An wonderful choice, master. I shall fulfill my role to my best.

Justin then taps on his other creations as more and more Inquisitors begin to appear behind Bernie, all kneeling before Justin.

Inquisitors: We are at your service, Master.

Justin(smirk): This is only the beginning, my Inquisitors. For soon, this world of heroes will know our name. And we will bring order and obedience to this broken world.

Bernie: What is our first move, Master?

Justin: Simple. We'll crimple the Anti-Union before crushing them all. But first, we'll eliminate the remnants of the Pathetic White Fang Rebellion.

A couple of months have passed since Justin brought his own Inquisitors into the world and used them to hunt down White Fang's remnants. With the exception of the Menagerie branch, every single White Fang branch was attacked and ruthlessly destroyed by Justin's Inquisitors.

While some White Fangs attempted to fight back and others surrendered, the Inquisitors killed them all anyway. As a result of Justin's heroes attempting to prevent the public from finding out about him, the Inquisitors were able to achieve their goals easily.

Their incompetence made them completely ignorant about Justin's Inquisitors, as they thought Justin was against their status quo. Nevertheless, this didn't go exactly as planned due to the fact that a civilian witnessing the White Fangs' extermination happened to be there at that time.

Due to the actions of that citizen, the heroes were now aware that Justin was not working alone anymore, but was accompanied by a powerful force. Due to this, the heroes are convinced that by closely monitoring the remaining members of the White Fang, they will eventually track down Justin.

Nevertheless, the heroes stumbled upon the revelation that a portion of the White Fangs' remnants were making their way to a single location: Menagerie. Aware of the immense challenge ahead, the heroes have united a formidable team to tackle the Menagerie and apprehend Justin.

And now, the heroes were diligently preparing their defenses while ensuring the safety of the Menagerie people, who were being evacuated from their homes. The heroes discovered the remains of the White Fangs and effortlessly captured them, as they were more intimidated by the Inquisitors.

Then, a portal began to appear as the heroes were alerted and stood ready, before a bunch of Inquisitors walked though, led by Justin himself.

Justin: So. The Heroes actually came to save those White Fangs. How pathetic.

Hero(1): Justin Vines. By the order of the Headmasters. Surrender now and return to Union Academy.

Justin: Yeah. No. That'll never happen.

Hero(2): Don't underestimate us, boy. You're way over your head. Just surrender peacefully or we will use force...

Justin: You're nothing but a feeble relic, warriors of a useless hope and mercy that breeds only death and destruction. While me and my Inquisitors, we are warriors of order and obedience, who'll breed into a new world order. It's time for Hope to go extinct.

Justin then turned to Bernie.

Justin: Bernie. Take some Inquisitors and eliminate the remaining White Fangs and anyone who dares to protect them.

Bernie: Yes, Master.

Bernie leads a group of inquisitors, strategically maneuvering, while Justin rallies his remaining inquisitors and launches a direct assault on the heroes as the epic battle begins.

We switched to Justin, who was engaged in a fierce battle with a couple of huntsmen and huntresses, effortlessly overpowering them.

A brave hero swiftly moved to outmaneuver their opponent, only to be intercepted by another formidable inquisitor who swiftly decapitated the hero before swiftly moving on to their next target.

The battle between the heroes and the Inquisitors was filled with high stakes, as the heroes found themselves struggling to hold their ground against the relentless advance of the Inquisitors.

Justin relentlessly pressed forward, swiftly eliminating any heroes who dared to oppose his mission to eradicate the White Fangs.

The Inquisitors proved to be a formidable force, overwhelming the heroes as they were gradually defeated.

A couple of huntresses tried to shoot at Justin with their weapon, but Justin swiftly took care of them.

Meanwhile, Bernie triumphantly managed to locate the whereabouts of the White Rang remnants, a mischievous grin adorning her face.

Bernie: Your existence has come to an end.

As Bernie and her Inquisitors began their merciless assault, the helpless White Fangs cried out in sheer terror and panic.

Returning to Justin, he had a firm grip on a hero's throat, effortlessly suspending him in the air while the battle raged on in the background.

Hero: J-Justin. Please. Don't do this. This isn't what heroes do!

Justin: Heroes? Do you actually believe that you're heroes? Oh No. You're all nothing but power hungry bastards who don't deserve anything but misery and suffering like I have. Everyone took pleasure in watching me suffer, even my so cursed family. And now, I will take it all from them. Soon enough, when I'm done, no one else would be able to become heroes. I shall not allow that for anyone.

Justin then started to strangle the hero as he was gasping for air, only for his own neck to snap and be thrown to the side like trash.

Justin; No matter how powerful you heroes claimed yourselves to be...

Then, with a fierce determination, Justin charged towards a group of heroes, effortlessly cutting through their ranks.

Justin: Your greatest flaw, the tendency to prioritize your own interests by helping others, will always persist.

Then, Justin soared into the air and swiftly struck his blade through the skull of a huntress, swiftly dispatching her entire team.

Two heroes bravely charged towards Justin, brandishing their weapons, only to be swiftly intercepted by two formidable inquisitors who materialized before Justin.

Justin: And that's why... You'll always... come up short...

Justin and his Inquisitors press forward, eliminating all the heroes within Menagerie without hesitation. With only one hero left, he desperately crawled, attempting to flee from Justin who closed in from behind, ultimately impaling the hero with his sword.

Justin: You are nothing.

Bernie: Master. All White Fangs are dead. No survivors.

Justin: Good work. Let's return to base. We have more work to be done.

With that, Justin, Bernie and the other inquisitors vanished from the scene, leaving behind the bodies of heroes and White Fangs.

Back at Union Academy, the headmasters were in complete shock and horrified at what they had just witnessed.

Justin, one of their 'weakest' students, killed off their hero's task force and White Fangs without any remorse nor hesitation.

Ozpin: Oh my god...

Sirzechs: This is a nightmare...

Lucifer: How could he become this...

Sera: I-I cant stop shaking...

Michael: W-We need to go after him... and bring him back to us...

Ironwood: Are you out of your mind?! That boy just killed off so many heroes and villains alike! He needs to be locked up and sealed forever!

Nezu: Maybe so, for now, we need to announce all of this to the students and staff.

Ozpin: Agreed. But we also need to increase their training. If they stand a chance against Justin and his inquisitors.
