Volume 2 {Chapter 4: Painting the Town...}
"And Neptune can go with Yang and Y/N. Is everyone good?" They all nodded, Yang smiled with glee.
'Now it's my turn.' She thought as Yang looked at Y/N's transformed figure with a lustful gaze. 'I don't know where this one came from, but mama likes it!'
Thinking back, Yang maybe thought it wasn't a good idea to smile sinisterly as soon as Ruby finished her speech and now they all think she's a bit eccentric. To be fair, they are going on an unauthorized mission that will likely backfire at them at their most vulnerable, but it will be awesome either way anyway.
Anyway, moving past that. Yang, Neptune, and 'Akira', as Y/N calls himself, were riding downtown in Yang's custom made motorcycle towards their intended destination. A nightclub for anyone who wants to relieve their stress by drinking, whoring, or dancing it all away.
The {Thre3 Bears Joint} is a private club for goers of the night and where all the 'cool kids' flock too as well. Drinks imported from around the world and all sorts of people come here to get drunk, get laid, or something stupid while drunk.
But it serves more than just-drinks. With the right amount of Lien, trust, and power; you can get henchmen, guns, and what the group needed the most tonight.
Information.
Bumblebee sped through the empty streets at night, not caring for any noise complaints as anyone who lived here decided to move somewhere 'safer'. Empty buildings with dark alleyways as well as suspicious individuals creeping near them, it was a little girl's nightmare here. But Yang isn't a little girl anymore, not anymore.
"C'mon, my friend's in there." Yang stepped off her motorcycle as she removed her helmet and a slight wave of hair.
Behind her was Akira, who only cleaned his glasses and stepped off as well. Shaking his head was to get rid of any lingering dizziness he had. "I know we're in a mission, but did you have to speed through every red light in the district?"
"Oh come on, it was fun. Wasn't it, Neptune?" The sidecar on Bumblebee shook lightly as the one who was making it was hugging his legs in terror.
It was hell for him. Every turn she made was like a dodge from death, and each time she sped, he could feel his soul growing older as if expecting death. And don't get him started with the 'shortcuts', as Yang affectionately calls them.
Composing himself again, since a pretty girl is here, he removed himself from Bumblebee and fixed his blue hair. "Y-Yeah, sure. It was no problem there. So, where exactly is... here?"
Grinning, she looked at the large building before them as Neptune suddenly found himself digging a grave for him. He may act cool, sound sexy, and become the ultimate cool guy but one thing he can never admit; Night Clubs is one of many horrors he has yet to overcome.
Akira gazed at the building, reminiscing some memories of old and how he found Yang there. Neptune saw the smirk and knew Y/N had been here before. 'Of course, he was here before. Make's sense.'
They walked to the supposed entrance Yang was leading them, there they saw 2 men wearing black tuxedos with a red tie and a hat. Akira thought to himself, that the men were likely henchmen with how they were guarding the place.
The 2 men saw Yang and instantly lost all cool they had and opened the doors to the club, already shutting it.
Yang merely cracked her knuckles in a challenging smirk and walked to the door. "Stand back guys, this one's mine."
Akira let Yang do her thing as Neptune stood beside him. "Hey, Y/N?"
"It's Akira, Neptune. Y/N doesn't exist, so use this name instead." He lightly glared at the bluenette as he took a step back.
"S-Sorry. Anyway, what is she doing, Akira?" Neptune pointed at how Yang has activated her Semblance with her arm pulled back.
"Easy." Akira only smirked on what is about to happen next. "She's making her entrance."
"A what?" Neptune only got his question in momentarily as Yang punched the door.
The blast created a fiery explosion inside as Yang walked through. Akira followed a bit later while Neptune had his mouth open at what transpired the last couple of seconds.
Stifling a laugh, Akira walked in to see the interior of a typical rave going on. Red and black floors and ceiling with white LED spotlights, strobing around the room to give it a party mood and the sound.
God, the sound. It was as if a typical EDM song was bass boosted up to 11 here as Akira winced at how loud it was.
Walking behind Yang, he saw a slew of henchmen pointing their guns at Yang with the intention of shooting her. Some men even saw him and aimed at his body as Akira had his hands up.
Neptune decided to just stay back a bit 'till the smoke clears. Whatever beef they had with the owner there, he decided to have none of that here.
"Some 'friend' you got here, Yang." Akira deadpanned at how many men were aiming their guns at them. "Should I be worried?"
"Stop, stop! Nobody shoots!" A brick of a man with a goatee and sideburns and wearing a bartender's clothes walked in as he moved his way to Yang while pushing his men away. "Blondie, you're here. Why?"
Gazing at the man, Akira noted at how his body was tense. Expecting a fight right now would be the norm but they have better things to do right now.
{OBSERVE}
NAME: Hei "Junior" Xiong
TITLES: The Big Bear, Leader of the Red Axe Gang, Criminal Underboss, Black Bear
WEAPON: Rocket Club Launcher {Taxian}
SEMBLANCE: U/A
FIGHTING STYLE: Tank
INFO: An information broker and owner of the Thre3 Bears Joint, Hei Xiong, or what everyone calls him 'Junior', knows the in's and out's of Vale as well as the criminal underworld. He alludes people in his club, get's them drunk, and extorts them using blackmail to fund his business and will often lend his men to someone with Lien in their hands.
"You owe me a drink," Yang answered Junior as she dragged him away with his arm. She cuts her way through the many men to the bartender as she left Akira and Neptune to themselves.
"Whoa, what a woman." Neptune was love struck at how Yang instantly took the role of the dominant one as he gazes at her lustfully. Akira sighed at how easily Neptune was swooned over her charm and walked to where Yang was.
Before he could walk anymore, 2 women stopped him.
One woman garbed in all white with bladed heels and another with red and clawed gloves. Both are at the same height and are both black-haired individuals.
'The {Malachite Twins}' Y/N thought, seeing the minor villains appear briefly and was never mentioned ever again. Well, if they were that important they should appear in later seasons.
Y/N didn't even bother using {Observe} on them as he wasn't planning on fighting them later or how they were relevant to his cause.
Neptune only looked at the sidelines, his mind trying to understand why women flock to Y/N like Grimm to a human. Once again, he felt himself drowning in despair.
"Hmm... This looks like a decent man." The one in white, Melanie, spoke. Her voice hinting with playfulness. "What do you think, Militia?"
"I agree, sister. He even fits our profile." With a small smirk the one garbed in Red, Militia, held his shoulders seductively while stroking his chest. "What say you, handsome?~ Wanna tangle with me?~"
"Or me?~" Melanie held Akira's other arm, with a sultry smirk. "Or maybe...~"
"You'll do both?~" Both sisters said, both turning on their charms to the max to seduce the man they dream off.
Akira was a bit fazed at how proactive these two were for him and kept his emotions in and merely smiled at the 2's attempt. "If I would, ladies. However... I have something better to do rather than to 'take a ride.'"
He said the last part as Akira took off his glasses. His piercing charcoal eyes stared deeply into their irises, a condescending smirk to give it away. "Besides, you can't handle all of this."
Akira then shrugged off the {Malachite Twins} as they were nothing and headed straight for Yang.
Both twins could no apprehend what had just happened. A guy, seemingly normal but fit, appeared before them as they tried to seduce him into becoming their toy. Instead, it was the other way around. His response, the words he chose, and those eyes...
...
...
...
'I wanna die.' Y/N thought as he dredged to where the bar was. 'Oh god, what was I thinking? I feel like burying myself to the ground with how ridiculous it sounded.'
It wasn't that Y/N thought the twins were beautiful, but with how he responded. He took the idea from a story he read back on Earth and decided to try it out. When he left without saying anything or them responding made Y/N feel like a fool. A fool trying to impress someone. A fool trying to become someone he was not.
Now he knows what {Gray} from {Black Clover} was feeling when she mentioned that no one wants to see themselves as someone else. {Transformation Magic} sucks.
Resisting the urge to sigh, deeply, Y/N felt the Scroll of his vibrate. Looking at who was calling, he answered while reverting his voice to normal.
"Aigis?"
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Setting down a drink, Junior rubbed his face in annoyance as he explained to the blonde. "I don't know!"
Feeling unsatisfied with his answer, Yang crossed her arms in annoyance as well. "How can you not know?"
"I haven't talked to him! I haven't seen him since the night you first came here!" Getting tired with this conversation, Junior has had it. "He paid upfront, I lent him my men and none them ever. Came. Back."
Feeling like he should help, Neptune raised a question of his own. "So where did they all go?"
...
...
...Silence for the guy who tried to make out 4 women in Vale.
"What kind of dumb question is that? They never came back!" He then looks at Yang like she lost some sense of who to call friends. "Who is this guy?"
Yang pushed Neptune away with one hand and continued like no one was there. "Don't worry about him, worry about me if I don't find out what I want."
"I already told you everything I know! Torchwick hired my boys and I guess he wasn't happy with them. Which is something I can relate to!" Junior shouted out loud, pertaining to some of his men on the spot. Some of which grumble a bit as they wisely not call out their boss.
Getting more annoyed with this, Yang decided it was enough. "If I may?" She turned to Y/N, as he walked out of the bathroom door.
"What are you going to do?" Junior asked the raven-haired teen in annoyance, not expecting to remove his eyewear.
Akira has had enough of today. After having a small heartfelt discussion with his daughter, Y/N wanted to get it over with so he risked what he was about to do.
Akira's eyes glowed a dim grey as he gazed at Junior's. Hei did the same and suddenly, he felt his mind and body go limp for a second.
{Curse Magic} was like debuffing an opponent, to some extent or another as it allows the user to inflict any kind of curse to the victim.
Y/N has decided to use something new, trying to add a new spell or an already casted spell but was never shown, upon Junior.
The spell he cast allowed Y/N to view what Junior see's the past months as he brushed through many visions to find out of he knew more than he let on.
This spell, he calls it {Curse Magic: See No Evil}
It only lasted a second as Junior regained his senses as Akira's eyes dimmed off the glow. Feeling like himself again, Akira walked away from Junior as he was with Yang and Neptune. "What did you find?"
"Our man here is telling the truth. He knows nothing of what is truly going on." That made Yang sigh, as all the time they spent here was wasted. "Let's get out of here. Aigis told us that Weiss got the intel."
"Oh sweet. Let's go then." With that, the trio left without a moment's hesitation out of the joint.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Y/N leaned at the walls of the building with his arms crossed. The talk with Aigis and how she seemed so scared and frightened was something he will remember. A heart is something that grows with you as the world moves on. It teaches life lessons as you grow older and as the world gets harder.
Aigis felt something everyone should know as well. Instead of responding, she denies it as well. These emotions bottled up within her and Aigis can't seem to control it. Y/N felt like an idiot as Aigis called him for the emotions she felt and how to deal with them. 'If only I called out to her sooner.'
While he was thankful that what he said seemed to help Aigis, it still left an emotional scar on his heart.
Wanting to make some small talk, Neptune walked over to Y/N. "Hey, dude."
"Neptune." Y/N replied. "What's up?"
"I dunno. Feel's like everyone around me has got something better to do rather than hang out with me." Neptune sighed at how true it felt as he slumped on the same wall Y/N was. "But, I get it. Everyone has their own thing to do but... Man, I dunno what to think next."
"... Then think about yourself." Neptune turned his head at Y/N as he gazed at the broken moon above. "Before I met you, before I met Yang, before I met team RWBY. I was a loner most of my life. No one wanted to be with me. And when I tried to make friends, they all would try to bail themselves out and go their separate ways."
"Dude, that sounds tough."
"It was... for the most part. Even when I found a group of friends, when I would make plans for us, they would say that they have something better to do. I tried my best to get their attention but it didn't matter." Sighing at his old life, Y/N looked back at Neptune. "Don't be like me, who's only goal in life is to impress everyone. Just be you; do things only you would like ."
Neptune had his eyed widen a bit as he gazed away from Y/N. "Yeah, maybe your right. Thanks, for that. I know we just met and all but... Thanks, man."
Nodding, Y/N smiled with satisfaction. He didn't want to give some parts of his life to someone he didn't know too well and how that could attract attention.
But he needed some self-assurance, especially to Aigis.
"I need to go." Neptune pushed off the wall he leaned on as he went to a nearby alleyway.
Y/N then walked to where Yang was and sat next to her. It took an entire day for their mission but it was fun.
Yang looked at Y/N as he was resting next to her. Looking around, it was the time to act. "Hey, Y/N?"
He opened his E/C eyes as he gazed at Yang. The same face she always looked at seemed to be sexier each time he looked her way. "Yeah?"
'Now's the time.' Yang thought to herself as she composed what she has to say. 'First, small talk.'
"Why do you want to be a Hunter?" Yang asked him, wanting to know his drive and determination.
That seemed to stop all thoughts for Y/N. "Why do I want to be a Hunter? I... never thought about it."
"Wait, so all this time, you were just fighting for yourself?" Yang thought he was to make the world a better place or become a hero of Remnant. "Don't you think that's a bit selfish?"
"It does seem that way, yeah. But I honestly have no ambition to become the world's greatest Hunter. Maybe I'll just... go around the world." Y/N shrugged his shoulders as his answer seemed so bland and odd. "What about you? Surely there's more than just babysitting Ruby."
"Heh, that's one of few reasons but yeah, there's more." Yang then gazed at the night sky above them as she smiled at the future she envisioned. "I'm a thrill-seeker. Same as you, I want to travel around the world and get wrapped up in many adventurers as I can. And if I can help people along the way, then that's even better. A win-win deal, don't you think so?"
Y/N slightly chuckled at Yang's reason but doesn't disrespect it. "It sounds nice, Yang. But, what happens next?"
"Huh?" Yang looked at Y/N as he held his head down. "What do you mean?"
"...Say you're a Huntress already. On a mission to eradicate countless Grimm while inspiring others to take the mantle as well.
It all sounds nice and inspiring, but what's next? Killing a legendary Grimm? Become a teacher to aspiring Huntresses-In-Training? Or settle down and become a housewife? So many lofty goals in life usually end in the most dramatic or controversial way as your actions will define your end." Y/N looked at Yang with a serious expression. "You want to become a Huntress to save Humanity, right? Well, what about you? What would you do after giving all you have for Humanity? Would you continue fighting, or stop and let someone else burn out?"
Yang stopped and looked at Y/N, his gaze affixed to hers, an aura of seriousness emanated from him. With each question he asked, she started to question herself; What would she do if she is a Huntress already?
What would she do if she accomplishes her life goals?
What would she do...
"You're a weird one, aren't you? I can't believe you're making me say this." Yang sighed as she inched closer to Y/N.
"Ruby and I grew up in Patch, an island off the coast in Vale. Our parents were Huntsmen. Our dad taught in Signal while Mom was out doing missions around the kingdom. Her name was Summer Rose, and she was like... super-mom. She's an awesome baker and slayer of Giant Grimm. Stuff like that would make any girl be like her, including us."
Y/N felt an uneasy feeling as Yang falters slightly, recalling memories of past.
"Then, one day... She never came back."
Y/N has heard the same sob story for many protagonists but kept quiet as the whole process of telling a story requires a deep level of trust. Trust that Y/N had managed after months spending time in Remnant.
"It was tough for me and Rubes. She was still too young to understand the situation, you know? Dad just... shut down after hearing it. I later learned that Summer wasn't the first love he lost, it was the second time. The first was... my mom."
"That explains why you and Ruby look so far apart yet so similar." Y/N comments on the similarities as Yang chuckled with remorse and nodded her head. "So, what happened to her? Did she... die as well?"
Yang only shook her head, implying there's more than that. "No... She left shortly after I was born."
"So, why did she leave you? I can't imagine someone else doing it like that." It hurts to know the truth, it hurts, even more, when the victim doesn't know the entirety.
"That was on everyone's head when she left. But I was determined to find out, it was all I thought about. I wanted the real reason why my mom would leave us like that, not even bothering to send us a letter or be there when Summer died."
"Then, one day... I found something. What I thought was a clue that could have answers or lead me to my mother. I waited for Dad to leave the house and when he did, in the middle of the night I put Ruby in a wagon and headed out. I must have walked for hours, getting cuts and bruises around me while Ruby was still sleeping. I was exhausted but I ain't stopping for nothing.
When we finally got there, I could barely stand but I didn't care. I wanted answers, I wanted the truth. Instead, all I saw were those burning red eyes..."
"Grimm..." Y/N deducted, as the only creature to posses those eye color and time of day were them.
Yang then caught Y/N by surprise as she leaned her head to his shoulder and intertwined arms with him.
"There we were: A toddler sleeping in a wagon and a girl too exhausted to call for help. We might as well been served on a silver platter, but as luck would have it, my uncle was there to save us."
Thus ended the tale spun by Yang.
Y/N was taking in the information like it was the first time he heard it. The blonde brawler still kept the distance between them close, a testament with what transpired the next few minutes.
A heart-to-heart conversation about emotions and a goal so young that no one should ever go through.
These two individuals need each other for comfort.
"So that's your true goal... finding your mother and demand answers." Y/N asked Yang as she nodded her head.
"To this day, I want to know why she left me and what really happened to her."
"I see... If that's your true goal then I won't stop you."
Smiling at his response, Yang moved a bit closer to Y/N. "Heh, you may as well be a therapist. Making me spill my heart out to you. I can see why so many want you now."
"Huh?" The clueless expression she saw made her giggle a bit.
"Nevermind." Y/N sighed at the unintentional harem he made, not wanting every girl known to like him.
The 2 sat in comfortable silence, not wanting to part from one another. Yang cherished the moment as Y/N felt like an emotional outlet and a good friend to them. They all have their troubles and some of them are shown for everyone to see. Y/N doesn't let his show but when he does, the scar runs deep within him as these moments are what truly scared him.
"Hey, Y/N? Can I ask you something?" Yang looked at her crush as he looked at her.
"What is it?" Yang bit her lower lip in anticipation, not wanting to ruin the moment.
"Are you free this weekend?"
"Umm... No, I don't think I am." Yang's heart nearly skyrocketed. "What's it about?"
"Well... I was wondering if you could-" A sudden vibration killed the mood.
Believe me, I REALLY hate cockblocking and I wanted Yang to ask him out first then later to the rest but after talking it out with a friend, this is the best solution to the matter.
Urgh, why does cockblocking exist???
Yang and Y/N pulled their Scroll out hastily as a video feed pulls up, showing Blake and Sun running atop of buildings.
"Blake? What's going on?" Y/N asked the 2 Faunus' as they are continuously dodging and weaving through the highway.
"We need backup! If you can hear us, we need-"
"HELP!!! WE REALLY NEED SOME HELP!!!"
Neptune came running towards them with a serious face. "Was that?..."
"Yeah, Sun and Blake." Y/N then pulled his Scroll outwards more for the additional screen. "Where are you guys?"
As if on cue, they heard a rumbling a few feet away from them. Looking at what it was, they saw the Faunus' getting chased by-
"A Paladin 290?" Y/N's eyes widened at the sight of Atlas' new toy running to where the 2 were running. He scrunched his expression as Y/N got his helmet from Yang. "Let's go."
"Right." Yang and Neptune nodded as they all sat on Bumblebee, weapons ready.
Revving a few times, Yang sped off as she was now chasing the giant robot that is chasing her friends.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Running atop of cars speeding down the highway, Sun and Blake kept their distance from Torchwick as he was wrecking anything that got on his path.
It should've been a simple mission; Get information and get out. But alas, like every mission there was something bound to go wrong.
In this case, Torchwick recognizing them and getting in the Paladin 290 they recently stole from Atlas.
You gotta admit, they are super good at taking their shit.
Anyway, moving on. Blake was now regretting her decision of going in a disguise to the WF meeting but at least they got what they came here for. Talks of moving resources to the South-East to an uninhabited town. Blake only guessed where the location is but there is one major settlement that is relatively close to where she estimated.
Mountain Glenn.
Bumblebee roared to life as the trio was now riding beside Torchwick on the road. Yang kept her eye on the prize as Y/N and Neptune were showing their weapons.
"We gotta slow it down!" Yang shouted, the wind carrying her voice to the people near her.
"Got it!" Neptune stood up as he brandished his weapon, {Tri-Hard}, and shifted it into a guandao. A single-edged and curved blade attached to a staff.
Roman noticed it early and rammed to the cars ahead of him, using them as obstacles to the trio.
"Hold on!" Yang only saw it as a challenge and revved Bumblebee.
She swerved and dodged each car that got in their way as Neptune held on for solid ground. Y/N merely kept his hands on the edge of the cycle to stabilize himself.
Before he could recover, his instincts suddenly made his skin crawl. He turned to the left as Y/N saw a large gust of air aiming towards him.
"SHIT!!!" Y/N jumped out of Bumblebee and turned to his left, blocking an attack.
An attack that made him fly to the ground below the road.
"Y/N!" Yang shouted, not knowing what happened as she saw him come crashing down to the ground below.
Y/N disappeared from her sight as she stopped. She would have gone after him, but Roman is still chasing after Blake and soon, the rest of RWBY will be there.
She gnashed her teeth in annoyance as she continued to drive on.
"He gonna be alright?" Neptune asked, worried about Y/N.
"He has to... after all." Yang sped once more, making Neptune hold on for dear life. "He owes me a date."
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Aligning himself, Y/N got up from the ground after that gust of wind. 'Who the hell?'
"You dare interfere with the plans of the Supreme Queen?" The aggressor called out to him, his voice filled with malice. "I will make you repent!"
A gunshot later, Y/N dodged it as the bullet destroyed a part of the ground he was in. Y/N grabbed only Joker as he saw who attacked him.
"Who are you?" Y/N called out to the man before him, readying his blade against him.
"You are but a mere mortal. I have no reason to give you my name as you will die soon." Y/N saw that the man had an angry expression. His aura was radiating off of him, giving off a deadly vibe.
Deciding now is the perfect time to use {Observe}, Y/N checked his stats.
{OBSERVE}
NAME: Unknown
TITLES: Dead Preacher, Unholy Messiah
WEAPON: 5 Shot-Revolver
SEMBLANCE: Conjurer
FIGHTING STYLE: Instinct
INFO: A preacher with no name, given power by the Dark Queen.
Y/N knew what the {System} was talking about as there was only one {Dark Queen} on Remnant. "Salem..."
"YOU ARE UNFIT TO SAY THAT NAME, KNAVE!!!" The preacher shouted, down on two knees and clutching his head. "I... will... kill... you. DIE!!!"
Massive amounts of Aura rolled off him as it conjured above him. Feeling his area getting hotter, Y/N jumped back as a fiery explosion nearly hit him.
'An Agidyne?' Y/N thought to himself as he composed himself.
But the moment he does, Y/N suddenly felt a shot around his shoulder. Reeling from the pain, Y/N saw that the preacher shot him using his weapon. "PREPARE TO FACE JUDGEMENT!"
Knowing there's no reason to talk, Y/N gritted his teeth and used Diarahan on himself. With no other choice, he attacked the preacher.
*Slash!* *Slash!*
*Bang!*
*Boom!*
*Crackle!*
*Bang!*
*Slash!*
*Bang!* *Bang!*
*Punch!*
*Smash!*
*Clang!**Clang!*
*Bang!* *Bang!**Bang!*
*Punch!*
*Bang!*
*Kick!*
*Boom!*
*Boom!*
*BOOM!*
The explosion rocked Y/N off balance as he regained his bearings a bit. The preacher then shot him with an Aura enhanced bullet as Y/N cuts it off the projection. He then lunged forward to the preacher and hits it on his chest. The preacher's Aura protected the blade but it didn't from the force put into it as he was pushed violently away from Y/N.
Their battle rocked the ground beneath them as Y/N and the priest fought violently against one another. Neither not stopping their attacks.
Each attack was dodged and countered with his gun or Semblance as Y/N keep up the priest's attacks against him with Joker or Creed. Any damage he dealt doesn't seem to do much but he can tell it is starting to wear the preacher down with his ragged breath and slouched position.
Refreshing himself with a Diarama, Y/N cast {Heat Riser} and rocketed towards where he last saw the preacher and saw him aiming down his gun.
He fired it out as Y/N dodged to the ground beneath him. The preacher then clutched his head as Y/N dodged once again a strong bolt of lightning that came before him as he lunged once again to his aggressor.
*Slash!*
The priest blocked it with his gun, both struggling for power against one another.
The priest slowly and surely moved his gun towards Y/N's forehead, aiming for sure that the heretic before will inevitably die.
Suddenly, they broke off the engagement making them lose balance for a moment. The priest was first to aim at Y/N, his grin widening at the sight of a corpse.
Before he could shoot though...
*EXPLOSION*
A sudden explosion resonated between the 2, making the preacher miss his shot.
The sudden kick of dust made Y/N cross his arms in front of his face to protect the residue on his eye.
"Grimm Detected." A familiar voice announced to them. "Activating weapon and Semblance. Initiating countermeasures."
Gears were shifted, metal was bent and twisted as a figure rose from the dust cloud. Y/N saw who made the dust cloud and widened his eyes.
"Aigis?" Y/N called out his daughter as she appeared without her uniform, only her model before him. Aura was around her, appearing as blue flames before him.
"Allow me, to assist you." Her blue eyes were now a golden color, the aura was now taking shape. "{Palladion!}"
A bright light shined everywhere, as the Aura was now converging above her. It continued to form a figure as Aigis hunched over to let her true self become known.
A moment later, the light subsides. A figure shone above her, the gears shifting around as the needle on it was crackling with lightning. A greek corinthian helmet with a pegasus and red bristles decorated on it.
I have no idea how to describe {Palladion} so bare with me here.
Y/N widened his eyes as Aigis, somehow in someway, summoned her {Persona} before him. {Palladion} stood above Aigis, like a protector, as it shifted around its main gears.
The preacher was in shock of what happened, making Aigis turn her head to him. Palladium turned its gears towards the preacher, its figure several inches taller than him.
No one was supposed to have this power, other than...
"{Palladion}," Aigis said its name, her cannon aimed at the Grimm. "{Fatal End}"
It hovered above the preacher as it pointed upwards, lighting crackled with energy.
The preacher couldn't do anything about it, as he can't move at all. Fear gripped his soul at the sight of another one like one before her and immediately knew.
The preacher knew, how to live in the moment.
The last thing he saw,
Was a blade crashing down on his head, and feeling nothing at all.
*BOOM*
A large explosion resonated around the area, Y/N once again covered his eyes.
The large figure above Aigis disappeared before him, as it only left the mechanical android there. Y/N walked to where Aigis was with Joker ready.
The robot looked at Y/N with a small smile and fell to the ground. "Aigis!"
He scooped her up, doing a princess carry, and held her close. Y/N saw that Aigis was turned off, likely from using her {Persona} for the first time so he was glad for that.
"Let's get away from here. Team RWBY will be done anyway. I should message them first." Moving Aigis around, he grabbed his Scroll and messaged the team on his condition.
A moment later, a flurry of texts came in all at once. All of which were texts about where he is, how is he, where is Aigis, and how angry they were when Y/N wasn't there.
Y/N sweatdropped a bit and messaged them about how fine he was and Aigis is here, just unconscious.
They all stopped their aggressive texts as he texted them another message.
"Let's go home. We don't want the police's attention now, do we?"
They all agreed as Y/N put away his Scroll and held Aigis. Looking around for any witnesses, Y/N risked again on using his Magic. But he was too tired to care.
"{Spatial Magic: Fallen Angel Gate}" A wormhole appeared before Y/N, as the destination was where he wanted to go.
Stepping in, Y/N and Aigis disappeared from prying eyes and into Beacon.
