Your breath hitched as you heard Tyrion's claim of Podrick loving you. You took a step closer to the door with your ear practically pressed to the wood, so that you could hear what Podrick said in response. Silence filled the room for too long, the only thing you could hear was your own pounding heart only becoming louder as you waited to hear one of them speak.

"I guess I am in love with her."

You couldn't help the grin that curled onto your lips as you heard his admittance of being in love with you. Although you thought often of your times together, you never considered love to be involved. You had worked so hard in your line of work to keep your emotions completely under lock and key but any walls that you had built up around you had completely crumbled in your times talking with Podrick. You had never felt anything like that with anyone before, no one had ever actually treated you like a person before. Maybe you were in love with him too.

With a wave of confidence, you turned the doorknob and opened the door gaining the looks of the two men inside. Podrick looked terrified to see you, whilst Tyrion smiled knowingly at you.

"Just in time," Tyrion clapped. "I did hope you would arrive in time for young Pod to finally see how he felt about you. Don't blame him though, he'd have never had admitted anything to you unless you conveniently turned up at my door."

"You planned this?" You asked.

"It is in my best interests for my squire to be happy and not spend all his time at a brothel, more so than any other man I know," Tyrion chuckled. "I'd say it was suspicious behaviour if I didn't know it was for him to see you."

He quickly bid you both farewell before leaving the room so that you were left alone with Podrick.

"So, you love me?" You questioned.

His cheeks reddened as he begun to splutter random syllables attempting to find the right words to respond to your question. You stepped closer to him, taking one of his hands between both of yours so that you could give it a comforting and caring squeeze.

"If it makes you feel any better, I love you too," you smiled.

Podrick's face lit up. "You do?"

"How could I not fall for my best customer?"
