Queen of the north - Robb x Reader

Warning: Incest

The sound of thunder ripped through the bed chamber startling her from her sleep; the blinding flash of lightning causing her to push herself deeper into the mattress and pull the covers over her head. She didn't hear the pitter patter of his feet, so she squealed when she felt the bed dip by her side and an arm bring her to him. She sniffed loudly trying to control her tears, rubbing her eyes she finally looked up to find the face of her older brother which was filled with as much fear as hers. She held onto him tight, nuzzling her face into his neck.

"Robb, where were you? You weren't here." She sniffed and pushed her head into his chest and wrapped her legs around his so that he could not leave her again, as Robb reached up his hand and combed his fingers through her hair.

"I'm sorry (Y/n), I couldn't sleep; I ran back to you as soon as the thunder began."

"Do you think the gods hate us Robb?" She asked as another clap of thunder rang through the palace causing Robb to grip on to his sister tighter.

"The gods could never hate us (Y/n), one day I will be King of the north, and you will be my Queen." The innocent boy told her.

"But why then do they send their wrath when they must know that it scares us so?" The terrified young girl asked her brother, who gently rubbed her back, trying to allay his fears just as much as hers.

"I think they must be angry at father for trying to keep us apart (Y/n); they know that one day we will rule together, no matter how much father tries to separate us." Robb told her, trying to give her a reassuring smile.

"I love you Robb." The little girl whispered, as the lights in the heavens gradually subsided, and she slowly drifted off to sleep listening to his heartbeat.

"I love you too my Queen." Robb replied, as he too slipped into the arms of Somnia.

Their father had grown concerned by the relationship between (Y/n) and Robb over the years, knowing the two young siblings would spend the nights together in (Y/n)'s bed, being found every morning by the servants, entwined happily in each other's arms.

Despite protests from the young pair, and despite objections from Catelyn and his own heart, Ned had sent (Y/n) away to journey the Seven Kingdoms to be raised and educated by a series of royal families each instilling in her their own beliefs, desires and knowledge. She had grown up strong, brave, beautiful and intelligent, drawing countless admirers wherever she went; but despite the many offers of marriage the young woman had had, she wanted only one thing, to return to Winterfell and to see her Robb.

(Y/n) had received news of her father's death while he was in Kings landing, and despite her want to see her sisters again, she was immediately recalled to Winterfell by the new King, the idea filling the young woman with a happiness she hadn't felt since her departure from the great castle so many years before.

After many days of travel, (Y/n) finally found herself outside the walls that encircled the awe inspiring building, a sight that she had not seen in so long; surrounded by her large entourage of bodyguards and ladies' maids, the group a strange mix of every creed and colour that the Seven Kingdoms had to offer, (Y/n) couldn't help but smile at the sight of the perfect white snow that covered the land of her fathers.

The group came to a halt as a patrol from behind the walls rode out, causing the guards to form around their mistress.

"All is well Argo, Krakhan." (Y/n) said, as she rode over to the large Dothraki and Mountain man that commanded her guard.

"It is the guard sent by my brother to escort us into the castle." She said, the two large man relaxing as she placed her hands gently on their arms.

"We have no need to fear here." She said reassuringly, as she turned to face the men on horseback, charging towards them.

"Lady Stark?" A man called as the escort drew up to the party.

She nodded. "You have been sent by my brother?"

The bannermen grew closer, bringing their horses right in front of her, looking at the large men that was now by her side.

"Yes, my lady. The King said to make sure that you were protected, we are to escort you into the castle. The King is quite anxious to see you." The man said, eyeing the strange mixture of people that accompanied her.

"As you can see, I am quite well protected." (Y/n) said motioning to the men that surrounded her, all of whom had their hands on the hilts of their swords waiting for any word from their mistress.

"But as you are here to escort me to my brother, we will certainly accompany you."

The ride to the walls drew a crowd, citizens coming out of their homes and businesses from the surrounding villages, to see the strange group that passed by. The people knew that the lost lady was returning to Winterfell, much to the delight of their new King, and as the entourage made its way through the tightly packed throng, to the of the seat of the Starks, people threw petals in front of the horses, and murmurs could be heard from the men and woman about the beauty that rode past. The bannermen tried to usher away a large group of children only to be reprimanded by the young woman forcing them to let the children passed. They handed her flowers, and asked her where she had come from, and where she had been. Even children who had not even been born when she had been forced from Winterfell, knew of her; the adults would say that Ned had changed the day that she left and not for the better, and that went doubly so for the young Robb.

The bannermen finally managed to get her through the hoard of people, at last making their way into the main courtyard of the castle. The meeting area was packed with people all wanting to catch a glimpse of the Stark that had been away from her home for so long, and flower petals and perfume filled the freezing air as the crowd watched the lady separate from her entourage and lead her horse to the bottom of the large staircase that ran up to the castle. She dismounted her large white stallion and ascended the stairs which were guarded on both sides by the Stark bannermen, all dressed in their finest armour. Reaching the top, she was greeted by the members of the council, fawning over her, maybe in hopes of gaining some kind of favour.

"(Y/N)!" A voice suddenly called out from behind the men; quietly (Y/n) apologised, leaving the men to find the voice was that of her mother. (Y/n) had loved her mother and father before she had left Winterfell; but the years away from her family had built up a wall and she couldn't help but blame her mother for allowing her father to send her away.

"(Y/n)." Catelyn called out again as she threw her arms around her daughter, (Y/n) didn't even respond, keeping her arms down by her side.

"It is so good to see you again my child, you have been much missed." Catelyn hummed happily as she held her lost child close.

(Y/n) curtsied as she pulled herself away from her mother's arms. "It is nice to see you again mother." She said, her face emotionless.

Before Catelyn could say anything else a male voice came from inside the castle.

"What do you mean she's here? Why did no one tell me? I should have been the first one to meet her."

(Y/n)'s face lit up as the familiar voice rang out; of course it had changed slightly and had gotten deeper, but she would know that voice anywhere.

Robb stormed out, accompanied by a train of advisors, and as soon as he saw her face, he stopped dead in his tracks. She smiled at the man she had been waiting to see for years; rushing over to him she dropped to her knee and took his hand in hers.

"My King, it is so good to see you again." (Y/n) said, as she waited for her brother to speak.

Robb placed his hand under her chin, pulling her face up slightly so that their eyes met, two pairs of perfect blue orbs staring at one another.

"My, my, my, you have become more beautiful than I could ever have imagined (Y/n)." Robb said as he helped her up.

He looked her up and down and tutted. "Well this will never do; I cannot have my beautiful sister in these rags, only the best gowns that the north has to offer should touch that delicate skin." Robb said, as he offered her his arm and escorted her into the castle.

"The people of Winterfell may have you when I say, until then my dear sister you are mine." He whispered into her ear as he escorted her deeper into the secluded depth of the great building.

                                                   >>----------------------------------------<<

Robb sat watching as his sister unashamedly undressed in front of him, her naked body being kissed by the bright midday sun. He had waited so many years for her to be with him again, so many frustratingly long years. She was his first love, his only true love; he had lost part of himself when their father had sent her away, but now as he watched her body being draped in the finest cloth, he felt whole again, as if the missing piece of his puzzle was finally in place.

Dismissing the servants, he rose from his seat and knelt on the floor in front of her, his fingers delicately caressing her ankle before they slowly moved up her lower leg, smiling as he could feel the Goosebumps on her skin as his fingertips brushed across her warm body.

"It is such a shame to cover your skin in anything my dear sister, even the finest silk would not do you justice. But I am a selfish man, and the only one that will ever see your true beauty will be me." Robb hummed, as his lips kissed her hips, his fingers gliding over her warm womanhood. He couldn't help but be thrilled as he felt the exquisite shiver that rippled through her body, he knew then that the years had not lessened her love for him, and that she would refuse him nothing.

As he kissed her again, a sudden knock at the door halted him, he sprung to his feet shielding the naked form of (Y/n) from the prying eyes of the unwanted guest.

"WHAT IS IT?" Robb shouted, as the guard slowly opened the door.

"HOW DARE YOU ENTER THIS CHAMBER!"

"Forgive me your Highness. I have been told that you are needed by the council, it is of the utmost importance." The uneasy guard said as he avoided the angry glares of the King.

Robb turned and draped a large cloak around his sister's body. "We will finish this later my love." He purred before turning to follow the guard.

                                                        >>--------------------------------<<

It was dark as Robb made his way back to his chambers; business had taken longer than he thought, and had frustrated him beyond belief, even more so when the only thing he could think of was her. The feel of her skin against his lips, the taste of her on his tongue, he had slowly driven himself mad, and as he climbed into his bed, he had fallen into a fitful sleep, his fleeting dreams filled with her face.

As the first flash of lightening ripped through the room, Robb was on his feet rushing through the halls of the castle to the only place he would feel safe, to the only person he would feel safe with.

He had become a child again, running to his sister for comfort, for assurance, for love. He pushed open the door to her room and saw her naked silhouette at the balcony, lit periodically by the light from the gods.

"Still scared of the gods, brother?" (Y/n) asked, not turning her gaze from the great castle below.

"Always sister." Robb answered in a shaky voice.

(Y/n) turned and saw her brother, he leaned against the doorway for support, his loose robe clinging to his sweat drenched body, his hair plastered to his forehead.

She rushed over to him, pulling him into her arms as he rested his head on her breast, clinging to her skin, trembling as another flash split the sky.

"Don't ever leave me again (Y/n), please never leave me again." He said, as he felt her arms around him tighten.

"I will never leave you again my love."

She pulled him towards her bed, taking off his damp robes and placing him under the sheets before joining him. Robb could feel every part of her body as she pulled him close, placing one of her legs high up on his waist so that the two were nearly joined.

"Take me Robb, make me yours, and I will give you everything I am, and everything you desire." She told him as Robb turned so that her body was underneath his.

"You will be my Queen as you always should have been, and we will rule the north together my love." He said, as he leaned down and kissed her lips.

As the two became one, the light of the gods was forgotten, and Winterfell would never be the same.
