Deepshikha POV :

"Proposal" Jai uncle said making me think, I saw that even Arjun is lost in thoughts. "Proposal? About?" I asked him with a frown. "You know Atisha and Sushanth are engaged and we are planning to get them married soon" he said and I smiled looking at Atisha.

"Jai! What are you talking? Come to the point" Uttara aunty hissed at him. Oh! So Jai uncle is just beating around the bush, I need to make him feel comfortable. "Uncle you are like our dad, so you can order me, you need not ask" I assured him.

"This is why we love you Deepu, you understood my problem. I cannot order you regarding this" he said with warmth in his voice. "We are here for Souravi's marriage proposal" he said confidently and I saw Souravi standing behind Atisha blushing like a tomato. 

"Great idea, We can get this brother-sister duo together" I tried to tease her. "It depends on your decision" uncle said seriously. "My decision?" I asked with concern. "Yes! Will you get your brother Arjun married to our daughter, your best friend Souravi?" he asked me straightly. 

I did not expect this! Here I was thinking to get Arjun hitched with Chitra but this proposal!! I cannot say know to Uttara aunty and Jai uncle. Moreover Souravi is my best friend and I know her from my childhood. Mom! Where am I stuck? Then a beautiful idea came into my genius brain.

"How can I decide about his future uncle? Let him decide" I said to escape from this situation. "We know that even if we ask him your decision will be final" Uttara aunty said. 

"You are right aunty, Her choice and decision are final" Arjun declared making me slump into sofa. Now I need to take a decision for my brother and its about his marriage. I am scared as this may affect his entire life. 

"Arjun I need to talk to you" I said dragging him away to a corner. "Do you love anyone?" I asked him sternly, "Deepu" he whined. "Ok, no need to answer it. Do you like to marry Souravi?" I asked again in same tone. "Your wish is my command" he said bowing to me making me sulk.

"I asked you do you like her or not?" I whisper shouted at him. "Deepu" this time he dragged my name and I got my answer. "Fine" saying it I stormed away to others who are waiting for us. 

"This is a big decision and you people did not leave me with any choice" I said shaking my head. "We are not forcing you" Uttara aunty tried to explain but I raised my hand which made her stop talking further. 

"Many years back Arjun bhai promised something regarding his marriage to my mother" I said in serious tone. "He promised that he will marry a doctor" I said and saw all of them are listening carefully to my words. 

"Well your daughter is a doctor and working for my mom's hospital. So I accept this proposal" I said with a serious face trying hard not to laugh. "You said Yes?" Uttara aunty asked me for confirmation. "Yes" I shouted and hugged her. 

"Now officially we all will be relatives" Atisha shouted and started clapping. I saw Sushanth hugged his baby sister and congratulated his parents. Then I turned to look at Arjun and to my utter shock he is blushing and winked at someone. To my surprise he winked at Souravi whose blush has reached it peaks making her cheeks coated red in color.

So Arjun bhai likes Souravi! Wait a minute, I doubt he loves her. Amazing! I am so dumb that I did not know this. "Will you keep on blushing? Wont you hug your future sister-in law" I teased Souravi to which she gave me crushing hug with all her might and whispered a thank you in my ears.

"So when will you get married?" Chitra asked me wiggling her eye brows to which I just gave a slap on her shoulder. "Yes Deepu! We searched a nice guy for you and even Arjun liked him" Jai uncle said with happiness evident in his voice. "You can tell us if you love someone" Uttara added in a teasing voice. 

What?? They searched someone for me?? No! I cannot marry anyone except Dhruv. I rushed to Arjun and hugged him. "I love Dhruv, our best friend and will marry only him. So say no to that person whom you searched" I said in one go. 

After a few seconds of silence everyone erupted into a series of laughter, I got doubt did they hear me or were watching any comedy show? "Stop it" I said but this made them laugh all. "I said Stop it" I shouted at top of my voice to which they stopped laughing and gulped in fear.

Seeing them afraid made me smirk, sometimes I love my authoritative voice and attitude. "Why were you laughing? Is my love a laughing stock for you all?" I asked glaring at them. 

"No not at all. Actually we know about it from before" Sushanth answered, he is the only one who can dare to talk to me but he too cannot go against me. "How?" I asked crossing my against chest. 

"Actually we know you will love Dhruv, Even if you did not love him we thought of getting you married to him" Arjun bhai explained. "I need details" I demanded. "Getting you married to Dhruv is the last wish of our parents and his parents too" Arjun said making me shocked. 

"Why did you not inform me about this?" I asked still in shock. "Actually when we were in hospital that day mom n dad told me how they were discussing about your marriage with Paridhi aunty and Yash uncle before that accident. Then dad took promise from me regarding this but Dhruv stopped saying we should not force our wishes on you" Arjun bhai explained me the whole thing what happened in hospital.

He also told me how much Dhruv loved and cared for me which made my love for him multiple by infinite number of times. "So you accept my love" I said grinning to which Arjun nodded his head and hugged me. "Its time to have sweets" I heard a new voice and turned to him.

Its Samar uncle, our chief security officer and one of my dad's close friend. I respect him a lot for his humble and loving nature. Even after knowing his wife could not bear children he did not do second marriage, which his parents pestered him to do. He treated all of us like his own kids and he is god father to me and Arjun. 

Arjun learnt all aspects regarding security and all from him. Samar uncle trained him in martial arts too, where as I learnt few basic defensive skills. "So my daughter is getting married! When did she grew this old?" he said with happy tears. "You should not cry like this" I said wiping his tears and fed him a sweet. 

"So who is that prince who is taking you away from me?" uncle asked me, Just then I saw Dhruv entering in with all shopping bags in his hand. I showed him to uncle pointing my eye brows towards Dhruv. "You will make a hot pair" Uncle said winking at me and went near Dhruv. His commented made all my blood rush to my cheeks.

"Before you all kill me for not informing about your princess's arrival, I am sorry" Dhruv said and started giving gifts to Jai uncle, Arjun, Samar uncle and others. "Ladies! You can choose from this whatever you like" he suggested opening all boxes. I observed he held back a cover and I immediately understood what is there in it.

"So you are bribing us?" Atisha said selecting a dress for her. "If you think so then I will take it back. I do not bribe" Dhruv said in serious tone which I never heard. "Easy! I was just pulling your leg" Atisha said making him smile. "So you are ethical?" Samar uncle asked. "I have few values which I follow and yes I am ethical in things I do" Dhruv replied in arrogance. 

I understood that Dhruv does not like unethical things and it irks him if we bring topic like this. "Really" saying this Samar uncle punched him but Dhruv ducked himself in time. This infuriated uncle and they both started fighting without hurting each other. After few minutes Samar uncle patted Dhruv's back and said "Arjun this guy is good, he is ethical and has capability to protect his family" 

"After all he is Kuldeep's choice" Samar uncle which brought a proud smile on my face. "I am sorry if I hurt you" Dhruv apologised to him. "No! No! You are king of my princess, do not say things like that" Samar uncle said and Dhruv stood there in confusion.

"You forgot me?" Chitra asked Dhruv suddenly, "Never dear" Dhruv said and hugged her making my jaw drop. Whats happening? I just stood there glaring at them when Dhruv gave that cover to her. So Chitra is the special person he is talking about . . I tried to smile ignoring the pain which is forming in my heart.

"You need not be jealous devil, he is my adopted brother" Chitra came near me and said. "Adopted brother?" I asked in confusion. "Yeah! After  few years of your parents death, my father's health started getting worse. That is when Dhruv bhai helped me in my education and his treatment, now I am working in Rajvansh group with guidance of your lover" she said and winked.

"Chitra! Why are you calling my angel as devil? Never do that" Dhruv ordered. "From now I will call her bhabhi (SIL)" Chitra said to which Dhruv's eyes widened. "You need not fear now, We are finally going to be brothers (in law)" Arjun said and they gave each other a manly hug.

"Congratulations Mr. Somany" I said to Dhruv battling my eye lashes. "You are amazing Mrs. Somany" he said and kissed me on my cheek. "So Chitra is the special person" I stated, "Sorry to hide it" he said and we broke apart to avoid gaining others attention.

"Jai uncle I thought you wee saying about merger" Arjun sighed. "Which merger?" I asked having snacks. "We wanted to tell you but could not. We merged our company with Deeparshi  for having better management and long term prospects. Anyway both are in same line of business so this will help us grow together. I took the charge as new MD and we are changing CEO too" Sushanth explained.

"If you all think its good then its best. I know Varma uncle wanted his son to be CEO till this case gets over, so no issues. But when did this happen?" I asked casually. "One month ago" Sushanth said sipping his coffee. "Does Dhruv know about this?" I asked and all of their expressions changed. 

"Yes" Sushanth said in low voice and I glared at Dhruv who is now trying to hide behind Chitra.          "Mr. Dhruv Somany!! You are going to die in my hands" I shouted and started beating him. "Protect me Chitra" he pleaded. "You deserve it bro" she said laughing at his condition. 

He started running for his life and I chased him like a hungry lioness, "How many things will you hide from me?" I started hitting him with cushions and then finally with my hands. "Why did you hide about the promise from me? Why did you hid your love from me?" I hit him and hugged him with tears in my eyes. 

"Angel! I do not want to force you" Dhruv said hugging me much closer to him. "Force??" You can never do that" I chuckled. "Dhruv and Deepu where are you?" we heard Uttara Aunt's voice and went to all of them. 

"Let us plan about the three weddings" Jai uncle suggested. "We will get Dhruv and Deepu married first" Chitra suggested. "Good idea" Arjun and Uttara aunty said at a time. "What? Look at Sushanth and Atisha, they should get married first" I said showing sad faces of them.

"Then get Arjun and Souravi married, as I want my brother and his wife to perform all rituals on behalf of my parents" I said with memories of my parents. Dhruv wrapped his arm around me and it soothed me. 

"Ok we will do that way but we will get you both brother and sister engagement done so that you can enjoy well in Sushanth's wedding. I do not want people to comment about royal family when you people romance publicly" Uttara said making me hide my face in Dhruv's arm and his position became much worse by my act. Even Arjun Souravi were blushing hard and Uttara and Jai uncle were enjoying seeing our reverie.

A/N : How is the chapter? Next chapter is their engagement and I planned so much for our Dhruvikha.
