Save Her Please
Arabella after Catelyn left became more recluse and often denied seeing people. Robb was worried about her, and often tried to get Amelia to give him updates as often as he could. Robb thought it best to disregard her words about Theon's plan. He trusted his friend, and knew that he could rely on him in his time of need. Robb spent more time planning his battles, and less time worried about getting his sisters back and running Winterfell. This was no longer the Game of Thrones, but the Game of Life and Death, the Game of Changes and how to come up on top when everything is said and done. Robb knew he needed his siblings and mother, he was not foolish to believe otherwise. But he needed his men more, and their trust to lead them into battles of victory.
He just wished that times were different, where he had all of his sisters with him, and all of his brothers, Jon included, next to him. He could use Jon's skills of battling, he could use Arabella's ability to talk her way into the hearts and minds of others, he could use Sansa's ability to sow and be brave when the time comes, he could use Bran's ability to keep a level head, he could use Arya's fiery attitude and ability to knock down some of the other boy's egos, he could use Rickon and his ability to make things seem simpler and innocent. Above all else, he wished his dad was here to offer guidance and wisdom. With his dad on his side he knew that this war would be over in mere months. Things would be taken care of and a False king would not be sitting on the Iron Throne.
Robb only wanted the North, he did not care about the South, West, or East of Westeros'. He wanted his home free from the people who never stepped foot there before. He knew that it was a foolish dream, but he was going to fight until he couldn't any more to keep it alive.
Rob had other thoughts as well. Ones that had to do with his prisoners. He knew that Jaime had children with the Queen and she was still in love with him. Was he really going to trade him for his remaining sisters? If he did return Jaime, what was going to happen with Arabella? Was Jaime going to demand that Arabella be returned with him? She was his wife and pregnant with his children. It was to be expected. But what would the Queen do, would she allow Arabella to live? Or would she kill her and her unborn children? He had some much to worry about, he was sure his head would explode.
He thought it was due to a scream piercing through the night, followed by a howl. Greywind started howling back and rushing out of the tent. Rob got up and quickly followed after his furry companion. He quickly lost him in the dark, but he could hear the growls coming from wolves. Suddenly he heard a deep scream, and sobs. As he grew closer to the sounds the scream turned into gurgles, and the sobs sounded more like ones of pain. As he got to the clearing he could see two wolves, one being Greywind, chomping down on what appeared to once be a man. Arabella laid back against a tree holding her abdomen in pain. He quickly rushed to Arabella and felt around her abdomen feeling a thick wet substance coating his hand. Robbs eyes widened in concern and picked her up and quickly carried her to camp. When he arrived in camp he was met with Amelia who ushered him into Arabella's tent. As Arabella was laid in her cot she quickly screamed in pain. Now that Robb was able to get a good look at her he could see blood coating her abdomen and a stab wound near the lower left side. As moments passed Arabella's screams grew louder and more often. Amelia moved Arabella around on the bed, placing pillows below her pelvis to raise it higher than her chest. Suddenly two wolves entered the tent, both of their mouths and paws coated in blood.
"I need you to leave," Amelia said looking at Robb. Robb could only nod at the command as he walked out of the tent and towards his own. He could only hope that Arabella and her children were safe.
Back in the tent Amelia worked really hard to stop the labor, and help with Arabella's pain. One of the wolves stayed in the test. This wolf was snow white in some parts with a black tip on their tail and paws, and most of the wolf was covered in blood, but it refused to leave the tent. Amelia was afraid with the wolf there, but so far the wolf seemed to leave her alone and simply stare at Arabella as if watching over her. Suddenly the flaps of the tent opened, and the wolf simply turned its head to look at the intruder before turning back to Arabella.
"I thought I told you to leave," Amelia said, not turning back.
"Sadly, I am not planning on leaving her again, I learned what happened last time I left her alone, and I do not plan on repeating the same mistake," the voice called out. Amelia turned around and saw the man she once sneered at when he entered the room, Jaime Lannister.
"Then make yourself useful, and help hold her down," Amelia said.
"I will do anything you tell me too. Just help save her please," Jaime states.
Sorry for the delays, between work, school, and hurricane Ida I am finally able to get this updated. To all of my fellow Louisianan's keep safe, and the party will start back up again.
