Sahil kept staring at Shekhar with wide open eyes in bewilderment.

"Dad betrayed you?" Sahil mumbled being confused.

Shekhar left his hold from Sahil's collar and then palmed his face slumping down on the nearby sofa.

"Tell me everything" Shekhar's terror filled voice boomed in the private room.

"That means she does not remember anything" Shekhar muttered to himself, leaving a deep sigh, when Sahil finished.

"That's what it's looks like" Sahil responded not moving his gaze from Shekhar's traumatised face, "but what do you mean you faced betrayal from my Dad?"

"You don't need to know everything" Shekhar barked at him with gritted teeth.

'How could I trust Siddhant? He told me that Reva died in an accident while shifting her to Panchgani. But no but she was alive. He kept it secret from me. Did he double cross me with Maheshwari's.? After all he is their family member.' Shekhar thought clenching his fist tightly.

"Shekhar Uncle, I don't care what happened between you and Dad in past. I want Dad to be out of this mess." Sahil stated firmly.

They both talked for some time to plan further to counterattack and then Sahil left for his penthouse.

Shekhar stayed back in private lounge remembering the day which changed everything. Even today after 20 years he remembered that day clearly. It was just one call about Divya's accident and entire Gadodia family rushed to the hospital.

Entire Maheshwari family were shaken up when doctors declared chances of Divya's survival are minimal. Driver of her car was declared died on the spot. Divya was taking breath but her pulse was dropping by every passing second.

Siddhant had went in his shell looking at his wife covered in blood. His hands were shaking when he signed consent form for operation. Hours later doctors declared about success of operation but doctors' statement about her disability to stand on her feet again left everyone in bewilderment.

It was night, when Sujata was forced to leave for home as kids were alone. She left with her inlaws who came back from Udaipur immediately after hearing news about their beloved daughter. Ram, Dev, Shekhar and Siddhant were still in hospital. Reva was in continuous touch with Sujata to know about Divya's health.

In mid of the night, Shekhar went to take coffee for all when he heard Siddhant's furious voice from isolated corner. He saw Siddhant holding one person's collar and was firing murderous glares to him.

"How dare you to come here?" Siddhant's words baffled Shekhar.

"Sir please leave him" Jaideep tried to control the situation.

"You are going underground, dare you come in limelight. I will bury you in your grave if I see your face again" Siddhant snapped.

"Give me my money. I will go away" Person replied holding his breath.

"You will get it. Tomorrow, Jaideep will send you location." Siddhant gritted his teeth.

'Who is he?' Shekhar thought and came back to his seat. Entire night his mind was wondering around the scene he witnessed. He found perfect opportunity to talk to Jaideep in isolation. He always received some negative vibes from Siddhant so to keep himself updated he planted Jaideep his long cousin around him.

"Who was that person?" Shekhar asked and Jaideep provided insights about Siddhant's involvement in Divya's accident which was planned for Ram and Sujata.

Next day at night, Shekhar visited the location already shared with him by Jaideep. He clicked pictures of Siddhant along with driver.

One week later, Divya was stable, and she gave statement to media blaming Anurag for her accident. Just a week before her accident, she had heated conversation with Anurag as she was as usual badmouthing about Reva on Niren's birthday party.

"Divya enough. Stay in your limits. You have such a sick mentality. Till today I was quite as Reva was shushing me out. But today you crossed your limits. You will pay for your deeds one day. And next time if you even take Reva's name from your filthy mouth you will see the worst of me." Anurag's hatred filled words had crumbled Divya's ego. Silent support of her parents and her brother to Anurag, filled her heart with anguish.

Police took Anurag for routine enquiry but gave him clean chit in absence of proofs. Siddhant took breath thinking everything was over unaware about this was the start of Shekhar's Game of Betrayal.

Three weeks later, Shekhar gave tip to Police about Truck Driver. Police arrested him from his hideout. Shekhar had already turned him in his battalion to declare accident as drunk and drive case. On same day, he met Siddhant to blackmail him with the pictures he clicked.

Siddhant had no option but to obey Shekhar's unreasonable demand of bringing him on Maheshwari's board of directors. It did not take much efforts from Siddhant to convince Ram and Anant. 'We need someone trustworthy from our close social circle right now on board' was his stand.

Few days later Shekhar joined Maheshwari Board of Directors panel. Siddhant was satisfied when Shekhar burned his pictures and negatives in front of his eyes forwarding his hand for new bond of friendship. Siddhant was unaware dirty game Shekhar was playing under his nose.

Siddhant was trying his best to divert media attention from Divya's case but somehow or to be precise because of Shekhar's push, it was making its way to public criticizing Mehra family. From Reva's birth, till Anurag's rejection for alliance with Divya, every family matter had become sensational gossip of the town.

Shekhar found a perfect opportunity when Anurag's parents left for Kedarnath Yatra for praying for their family, Anurag was occupied with his business dealings as recent news had impacted it adversely. He met Reva when she came out of Orphanage after her music class. She was connected with this place and to pay back her gratitude to this facility where she grew up she used to take music classes for these children twice a week.

"Reva I need your help" Shekhar took her towards isolated corner.

"Shekhar what happened to you?" Reva asked him in concern. He had perfectly disguised himself as traumatised person. With darkcircled eyes, dishellved hairs and couple of bruises on his face he looked like total mess.

"They will kill my family" Shekhar shed fake tears, he was well aware about Reva's weakness.

"Family? What are you talking about? Is Sharmishtha and Parvati Aunty are fine?" Reva inquired.

"It was me who had given tip to police about Divya's accident. I thought it was simple, straightforward case but it was not like that... It was attempt to murder of Sujata Bhabhi and Ram" Shekhar knew bond Reva shared with her best friend.

"No...how can you say this? Who will try to harm Sujata and Ram Bhai?" Reva asked being teary.

"I don't know, the main culprit is hiding but his men had kidnapped Ma, Shomi and Laddoo. They are torturing them Reva." Shekhar showed her pictures where all three women of his house were tied to chair. He had perfectly convinced his men to establish this scene.

"We need to go to police. They will help us. We need to inform this to Ram Bhai and Anu." Reva was shocked looking at the picture.

"No... no ... no they will kill my family. They had already bitten me in this morning. Please Reva if we go to Police I will lose my family." Shekhar sobbed bitterly.

"Shekhar but we have no choice." Reva panicked.

"See these are the negatives. I don't know what is in there, but I think this is the proof for the person who is playing dirty around us. Reva, I think he or she is someone very close to us. Goons came to my house in search of this when they did not find it, they hit me and warned me if I don't give them these proofs back then they will kill my family." Shekhar shed fake tears.

"But then give this back to them we will find some other way to find the black sheep". Reva responded innocently.

"I cannot betray Maheshwari's, whatever I am today is all because of their blessings. I have thought a lot about it. You keep these negatives these will be safe with you. I will give them back the blank negatives in return of my family. It will take time for them to print it. Once I will get my family back, we will get this print and catch real culprit." Shekhar told her his fake plan.

"We should inform about this to Anu or Ram Bhai" Reva was admant.

"No Reva, we cannot trust anyone. We don't know who the real culprit is? They are keeping close watch on each and every person. Even right now I came here hiding myself. Please Reva Please trust me. Please save my family. If you disclose this then it will increase danger on Ram and Anurag' life" Shekhar hoped Reva to fall in his trap, "Just one day Reva... Just don't tell anybody till I release my family from their clutches. Tomorrow, we will meet here only, and we will reveal about this heinous crime."

"I cannot hide anything from Anu" Reva mumbled shaking her head.

"Please Reva. It's about my family. No one knows family's importance more than you." Shekhar folded his hands in front of her.

Reva agreed reluctantly keeping that negative roll back in her purse whereas Shekhar smirked turning his back towards Reva as he was successful to trap her in his web.

After his meet with Reva, Shekhar went to meet Siddhant at their regular place.

"Siddhant, I think Reva had some doubts that someone from Maheshwari family is involved in Divya's accident." Shekhar skillfully masked his smirk when he saw sweat droplets formed on Siddhant's forehead.

"How is this possible? We had eliminated every proof" Siddhant was terrified.

"Come on Siddhant, I don't need to tell you she is Mehra. She would have her own sources to protect her family" Shekhar convinced taking benefits of Siddhant's anxiety.

"We need to deal with her" Siddhant rubbed his forehead.

"I know how. Her name will be disappeared from everyone's life" Shekhar responded pungently.

"Do you think this will be so simple? Anurag would make world upside down if we even think to touch her" Siddhant made him realise reality.

"Anurag will hate her from core of his heart. Trust me Siddhant. I have my old scores to settle with him" Shekhar's poisonous voice gave shudders to Siddhant's spine.

"You have to support me just the way I did" Shekhar responded forwarding his hand for handshake.

'He knew my dirty secret. With this help we will have balanced scores so no chance for any future betrayal' Siddhant thought and shook his hand with Shekhar's passing nod.

Reva came back to home, thoughts about Shekhar and his family, Sujata and her family's safety took away her peace. She remembered she had brought cryptext from her last visit to Germany. She inserted that negatives roll and thought while setting password when her gaze went to Swara who was sitting on bed playing with her favourite doll. She set password as 'SwaSan'.

In evening she asked Sujata to meet her in nearest temple which was usual for both of them. They both spend some time alone and then Reva gave her cryptext mentioning she had bought this back but forgot to give it to her. She thought to take cryptext back once Shekhar would save his family. She herself did not realize why she gave that to Sujata. Truly destiny have her own ways to bring truth out some or the other way.

She mentioned staring at Swara and Sanskar playing in front of them, 'Let the past get buried in this but our future should not be impacted with this.'

Next day afternoon, as decided Reva walked out of her home to meet Shekhar unaware about the terrible future set for her by demon named Shekhar Gadodia.

Shekhar opened his burning eyes and gulped whisky in one go.

"Jaideep, keep an eye on Sanskar. I am sure, he will try to meet Siddhant. We have to finish him before he opens his mouth about our dirty past. The day has been arrived; which I was waiting from long. Time for history to repeat itself again" Shekhar had quick call with Jaideep.

"Sure Shekhar. Once Siddhant is out of our way we will have time to deal with these Maheshwari's and Mehra's." Jaideep responded from other side.

After his call, Shekhar got up and went back to his home.

Next day, Sanskar came out from washroom after his bath. He saw his wife getting ready in pink floral ankle length sleeveless gown.

"You are going somewhere? Not coming to office" Sanskar asked.

"Yes, I am going to orphanage. It's Aditya's birthday. He was down as his birthday is immediately after his exams and his friends won't be there due to vacation. So, I arranged small party for his orphanage friends. Also, it's start of the month, you know I always go there to pass on gifts and some sweets to those kids." Swara replied putting liner on her big doe eyes.

"Ohh" Sanskar slipped in his though process. He knew Swara loved that small kid for his name, "you loved that kid, right?"

"Of course, he is super cute and very intelligent as well and his name... Aditya" Swara stopped abruptly, but Sanskar could see serene smile on her face.

"Yes true" Sanskar turned to his side of closet to get his shirts.

"Will you be able to join us during lunch?" Swara turned with puppy face, "please."

"I will try but I have one meeting." Sanskar could not match his eyes with her's. He was going to meet Siddhant in police station.

"Then directly come to orphanage. It will be fun" Swara dreamed.

"hmm" Sanskar hummed again not meeting his eyes with her.

Swara narrowed her eyes, Sanskar was always like an open book to her. He could never mask his true self from her. It did not take much time for her to realise her husband was stressed out.

"Sanksar spill the bins out?" Swara questioned raised her eyebrows with crossed arms.

"I am going to meet Sid Uncle" Sanskar declared in low voice but not turning towards her.

"And you are telling me this now?" Swara turned him towards her, "From when you started hiding things from me?"

Sanskar could easily see her disgruntlement in her eyes. She was hurt but more than that he could see hatred in her eyes.

"Swara please listen to me, I did not want to hide anything. I know you would want to join me to get your answers. But it would hurt you, that's why I didn't tell you." Sanskar tried to cup her face.

"I have not expected this from you Sanskar. He is my family's culprit, he is the one because of whom my Mumma had to go through hell" Swara turned her face to other side. Her eyes welled up with fresh tears.

"Swara, I promise he will be punished for his deeds. I am not going to spare him because of he was once a family to me. Please Sweetheart... I have to settle my scores with him. I will ask Niren to get date for you to meet him." Sanskar tried to convince.

"hmm...And dare you hid anything from me" Swara was clearly upset, she came out of his hold and turned, "Leave me I am getting late."

Swara left from her room not looking back at her husband.

After breakfast Sanskar and Swara went their ways unaware of storm going to hit them hard.

Sanskar's driver parked car near entrance of the Police station. He came out and proceeded inside the building.

Jaideep had disguised himself in old man get up to keep his eyes on them. He immediately messaged Shekhar, 'He is meeting Siddhant.'

'Do what we discussed yesterday? Get that impulsive creep in our confidence' Jaideep smirked at the reply.

'This is our day' another vibration on Jaideep's mobile captured his attention earning devil smirk.

Sanskar met Niren who was already present inside. He entered in the meeting room while following Niren. He saw Siddhant sitting in front of him.

For a moment, Sanskar could not recognise him. His face was pale with dark circles, dishevelled hairs, muddy stains on his white crisp shirt. He had grown some beard. He was looking exhausted with swollen eyes. His hands had handcuffed tied to chair's hand rest.

"How is Divya?" Siddhant asked not meeting his eyes with their's.

"You don't need to know about her" Sanskar replies with rigidity.

"She is my wife. I do care for her" Siddhant pressed but his voice was wet.

"If you would have care for her then you would not have done anything which broke her" Sanskar maintained his death glare.

"HOW IS DIVYA?" Siddhant was firm with his ask.

"She is coping. Her family is with her" Sanskar's arrogance was oozing out of each word.

"Did Sahil meet her?" Siddhant took a chance with random thought his impulsive reckless son would support his mother in this crucial state.

"Do you think so? Do I need to enlighten you about your selfish son?" Sanskar retorted back passing acidulous chuckle. He continued shaking his head, "Basically, I don't want to waste my time. So, let's come straight to the point. Who forced Reva Mom to walk away from her family?"

Siddhant stared at Sanskar for a moment.

"This is the thing I always admired about you Sanskar. You think which everyone overlook. How did you get those pictures?" Siddhant crossed questioned.

"Cut the crap. I need to know the person who was involved with you" Sanskar raised his voice.

"It should be given and take Sanskar" Siddhant remained calm.

"Mom had one cryptex which Reva Mom passed it to her before her walk out" Sanskar informed.

"Reva knew about it. How is this possible?" Siddhant muttered to himself.

"What do you mean Reva Mom did not know about your planning's? We found camera roll from cryptext and it was password locked by her" Sanskar was astonished.

"Fuck he betrayed me... How could I trust him?" Siddhant bang clenched his fist.

"WHO?" Sanskar became impatient.

"Shekhar Gadodia" Siddhant responded after a moment.

"What?" Sanskar's and Niren's shout boomed in the meeting room.

"What's his connection?" Niren asked in disbelief.

"He was.... "Siddhant started but paused for a moment, "Sanskar you have seen Ragini's obsession for you, have you ever thought from where she got such genes? Her father.... Shekhar Gadodia. Obsession is in their blood. Shekhar was obsessed with Reva." Siddhant revealed the most unexpected truth.

"What the hell?" Sanskar could only stammered when his mind registered his words.

"This is horrible..." Niren gasped loudly.

"Start from the start... This is going in rounds and rounds" Sanskar asked tightly closing his eyes.

"We all were in same college. Me and Shekhar was with Ram whereas Dev and Anurag were best friends. Shekhar had his eyes on Reva even before joining college. Reva was unaware... infact none of us were aware about his obsession. I had doubt on his, but I ignored considering it as one-sided infatuation. Years later Reva got married with Anurag. Shekhar also got married with Sharmishtha Bhabhi. Everything was going smoothly. I had started working with Ram, I knew power vested in his hands." Siddhant slipped in memory lane explaining about their past.

"He forced Reva to walk away from Anurag as he could never see them together. She forced herself to walk away by falling in the trap he knitted around her. He hated Anurag as Reva chose him. He thought Reva chose Anurag because of his status he had developed extreme inferiority complex. He wanted Anurag to face the same pain." Siddhant gave them brief overview of their horrendous past.

"When she came to meet him as per his plans. I thought he would kill her, but no he had more devilish plans for her. He wanted to keep her alive and face the same pain which he went through all those years. He wanted to make her suffer for her entire life. He locked her in that small dark storeroom of orphanage. I had my own selfish motives to support him." Siddhant took deep breath.

Sanskar ruffled his hairs as everything happened in the past was beyond his imagination.

"I think Shekhar double crossed me by passing negatives to Reva." Siddhant felt betrayed.

"You took help from Mrs. Shah, right?" Niren asked after few moments of silence.

"Mrs. Shah was greedy woman, so it became easy for us" Siddhant agreed.

"And when she retired you decided to move Reva Aunty somewhere else" Niren interrogated.

"Or should I say you took that opportunity to eliminate danger hovering over you" Sanskar connected dots.

"Yes, Mrs. Shah's retirement left us in puzzlement. I wanted to use this in my favor. Over the years Shekhar had started trusting me blindly. I proposed to shift Reva somewhere in Panchgani where I had ordered Jaideep to kill Reva. We conveyed and convinced Shekhar that Reva died in an accident, with lookalike dead body making sure her face was not recognisable" Siddhant remembered the day.

Jaideep had agreed to help Siddhant as he was also scared of danger hovering over them from years because of Shekhar's obsession. He was the one who played his role skillfully betraying two demons at the same time.

"So, you and Shekhar Gadodia used to give Reva Mom those deadly drugs?" Sanskar cross questioned.

"Drugs? Which kind of drugs?" Siddhant tried to escape.

"Now don't tell me you are not aware about this." Sanskar raised his voice.

"She was threat to my happy life... ofcourse I wanted to eliminate her. I thought Reva would break down and will embrace death but no she was strong lady than I expected. I wanted to finish this as soon as possible. After 6 or 7 years, I ordered Mrs. Shah to add drugs in her food on randomly basis keeping it hidden from Shekhar. If anything happened to Reva suddenly, he would have created scene. So, I wanted to give her slow death." Siddhant concluded.

Sanskar closed his eyes to calm his mind.

"When did you meet her last?" Sanskar asked.

"The day she walked out of her house." Siddhant reasoned.

"And Shekhar?" Sanskar asked again.

"Never after that day." Siddhant continued when he saw Sanskar's analysing gaze, "There is medical store in front of Orphanage. I kept my men over there. Shop has one surveillance camera pointing towards door of storeroom. I knew about his obsessed nature... I had warned him not to visit Orphanage anytime as his regular visits would have earned unnecessary attention."

"You killed Mrs. Shah and that truck driver faking it to be heart attack" Niren questioned.

"Shekhar wanted to eliminate any source which can lead our families towards Reva" Siddhant felt light after years post his confession.

"You have to give the same statement in front of police." Sanskar threatened.

"And do you think my confession will result in Shekhar's arrest?" Siddhant mocked.

"He is right Bhai, either we need Reva Aunty's confession or any solid proof" Niren concluded.

"Yes, I have proof against him" Siddhant closed his eyes for a moment.

"Where?" Sanskar became impatient.

"Maheshwari House" Siddhant blurted out.

"What?" Sanskar became bewildered.

"In house temple. Just, below Kanhaji's idol there is one small box which has one pen drive. If you get it, you will not even need my testament or Reva's statement. It would be enough to punish him" Siddhant explained.

"The day I met Reva Mom, and Rohan told me about her condition. I swore that I will be ruining the life of the person who is responsible. You ruined her life without her fault. You are going to face the worst side of Sanskar Maheshwari. You are not coming out anytime out of this prison till you are breathing. Inside also I will make your life hell. Be assured" Sanskar intimidated and got up from his seat.

"Take care of Divya... I have no hopes from Sahil" Siddhant's wet voice captured Sanskar's attention.

Sanskar stared in his moist eyes for a moment, years they were happy family but his deeds ruined the happiness of his family.

"Bhai let's go" Niren put palm on Sanskar's shoulder.

"One more thing Sanskar, you love Swara to the core, right? If you don't want to face the fate same as Anurag, then act hastily. Sahil knows about Reva... He would surely reach out to Shekhar and in his impulsiveness he would blurt out the truth. If I know Shekhar well then, he will surely try to harm Swara. Losing her would break everyone you, Anurag, Reva .... just like he broke Anurag in past. His ways to eliminate his enemies are by inflicting extreme pain to them" Siddhant stared back at Sanskar.

Floor swept away from Sanskar's feet for a moment. His eyes turned glassy, he passed quick nod and went out taking out his phone to call Swara.

"Bhai, I have one meeting with client for today, its super urgent. Also, Ragini's lawyer had filed bail application, so I have to be there. I will finish it ASAP and will be back to home." Niren informed but Sanskar's concentration was on call with Swara.

"hmm" Sanskar hummed still calling Swara continuously but it was ringing from long.

'Increase security around Swara right now' Sanskar messaged Roger. He moved towards his car, he asked driver to drove towards Orphanage.

"Swara pick up the call" Sanskar mumbled when it was for the 10th time, he received only ring from otherside.

Earlier, in Orphanage, Swara was enjoying birthday party with Aditya and other kids. Aditya was jumping with happiness looking at different mascots dressed up in Avengers costumes.

"David please check if we have delivery for Pizzas, Burgers and Sandwiches. After cake cutting, there are some games arranged and then we will have lunch and post lunch we will leave for our picnic." Swara ordered while overlooking preparations for the party.

"Yes Mam, I will check if the delivery has come or not?" David replied and went out.

"Thank you so much Didi. Because of you my Aditya is so happy." Aditya's parents were grateful.

"It's ok. I love to see him smiling like this" Swara replied with bright grin.

"It's time to cut the cake" Swara beamed with happiness clapping her hands.

It was chocolate truffle cake with Avenger's theme.

Aditya blew the candle and then cut the cake. He was fed by his parents and then Asha Masi. After them it was Swara's turn. She fed him and put small amount of cream on his nose tip.

"Didi?" Aditya screamed and fisted his hand with cake and cream and smashed it on her face.

"Aditya" Swara amazed, and all kids started cake war.

"Hey kids... Please stop... this is not the way... You are wasting food which is not correct. There are many kids in this world who don't get food to eat. So, start respecting food which you have." Swara was firm with her ask.

"Sorry Didi" Aditya felt guilty.

"It's ok, don't do it again" Swara passed small smile and continued looking at her dress, "I will just go and get cleaned up."

"Didi, I will come with you" Asha suggested.

"No no Asha you stay here. David would be bringing food just check if it requires heating or not. But serve at least cake and spring rolls to everyone." Swara ordered coming out of Lunch Hall.

Swara started walking in the corridor. It was empty, vacations were going on, so School was close, and Orphanage kids were gathered in Lunch Hall along with support staff. She walked towards the other end of corridor to use girl's washroom.

She splashed water for clean-up. She looked in mirror while wiping her face with her palms when her eyes landed reflection on the mirror, "Sahil?"

"Hey Swara, how are you?" Sahil asked standing at the main door of washroom.

Swara turned to him rolling her eyes, she passed humorous laugh. "I am great as usual, but I am sure you won't be in one piece if Sanskar gets to know about you being here."

"Truly, he will be terrified when he will find his lovely wife went missing" Sahil responded back taking a step towards her.

"Sahil stop your nonsense you..." Swara could not complete as she felt fold of handkerchief on her nose.

Her nose strills were hit with strong pungent smell making her dizzy.

"You will pay for this Sahil. Sanskar will kill you for ...." Swara could barely mumbled but could not finish as she lost her consciousness.

"If he could save himself. Wow it's gonna be fun time to make Sanskar Maheshwari to dance on my fingertips." Sahil made her lie behind the door and brought one 5X3ft plastic container tempo trunk. He dumped her petit figure inside and pushed towards his tempo while disguising himself with get up of delivery boy.

Sahil drove the food tempo out of Orphanage main gates. He was stopped by the guards for check. He nodded his head agreeing for their regular check. He was terrified mentally if they found out about Swara being with him. They checked all containers while opening but Sahil had kept some pizza boxes on Swara to hide her.

Security team recorded time and number of tempo before providing their consent to drove out.

After 10 minutes of their departure, Sanskar came hurriedly inside Orphanage Lunch hall. He roamed his eyes on every corner of the hall, but his wife was nowhere to be seen.

"Asha where is Swara?" he asked panting heavily.

"Didi went to washroom as these...." Asha replied but Sanskar was running out of hall.

"Shit" Sanskar mumbled ruffling his hairs.

He ran towards girl's washroom. "Roger, look for Swara. Also no one should go out of Orphanage" Sanskar ordered while running in corridor.

He cut the call and push door of washroom, but it was empty.

"Swara are you inside?" he hoped to get her response from closed doors of toilets.

He called Swara again with thumping heart and heard ringtone. Her phone was lying at the back of main door.

"No No No..." His heart was sinking with terrible thoughts. Siddhant's words were piercing his heart. His heart had grappled with extreme fear with the thoughts of Swara's safety.

"Roger did you find her?" Sanskar called him again, not losing his hope.

"No Sir. Our men are looking on upper floors but no sign of Mam" Roger's panted voice hit his ear drum.

Sanskar ran towards the main gate of Orphanage.

"Did anyone go out?" Sanskar asked trying to control his frantically throbbing heart.

"Yes sir, the food delivery tempo. Mam had ordered food for these..." Security guard informed.

"Shit! Did you check it? Who was the driver?" Sanskar asked shaking his head in denial.

"Yes, sir we checked it thoroughly..." Sanskar did not hear back completely as his gaze went to storeroom. His eyes welled up with fresh tears remembering what Shekhar had done with his Reva Mom.

'No, me and Swara will never face separation again. Not in this life. Never ever.' He ran towards storeroom which was now converted into small household.

His phone vibrated with call notification, "Yes Roger...did you find any..." Sanskar ask without even looking at caller ID.

"Wow Sanskar Maheshwari in panic mode... must be worth watching sight." Sanskar heard his cousin's chaffed voice from other side.

"I have no interest in talking to you Sahil" Sanskar was about to cut the call.

"Yes, that I know but you must be interested in knowing where your beautiful wife would have been" Sahil was enjoying Sanskar's restlessness.

"Sahil I will kill you if you even touch her hair" Sanskar threatened over call.

"Wow... I really need to see you. I am in Lion's club private lounge. If you want, you can join me for a drink. It has been long time we spend some bro time." Sahil took sip from his whisky.

"I am coming" Sanskar agreed.

"Few rules. Confirm Roger that you have found Swara and she is safe with you. Second, don't! I repeat dare you call or message anyone informing about our meet and of course about Swara especially your best friend. I don't need to tell you that you have been watched my brother. So be careful. Your most precious possession is with me." Sahil was rejoicing as for the first time he had overpowered Sanskar Maheshwari.

"Fine I accept. I will be there in next 20 minutes" Sanskar knew, he needs to maintain his calm. Swara was with him.

"Wow Sanskar Maheshwari becoming puppet of my hands. I am impressed with my own self." Sahil praised himself before cutting call.

'Did he join hands with Shekhar? I need to be extra cautious. Swara is with them.' He closed his eyes for a moment to gain his equilibrium. For a moment he felt helpless for not able to safeguard his wife. He roamed his eyes around him. He saw two men keeping their eyes one him.

Sanskar ordered Roger over a call for stop looking for Swara as he found her and going back home. He knowingly provided some lame excuses which were enough for Roger to know that something was not right with his boss.

Sanskar knew his call was traced. Since, Swara was kept captive he needed to act according to their wish.

Roger replied in acceptance with taking mental note to look of his boss's hidden clue.

After call with Roger, he turned on app 'Find My Phone' which gave notification to Roger about his location details. Roger started his tracking device to track Sanskar's phone.

Sanskar ordered his driver to go home and drove himself towards Lions club.

Sahil saw his cousin entering in the lounge. He greeted while making his drink, "Welcome my Elder Brother. What would you have? Your regular scotch with coke?"

"What do you want?" Sanskar took seat on bar stool maintaining his gaze on Sahil.

Sahil flinched for a moment under Sanskar's unfaltering murderous glare. He knew he had touch something precious to his brother.

"Now that's what I like about you Sanskar. Your speed for grasping any situation. It is just amazing." Shekhar smirked from behind capturing their attention.

"So how was your meeting with my betrayer friend?" Shekhar took his glass, taking one sip.

"What do you want?" Sanskar intimidated.

"We have two simple demands" Shekhar relaxed as he knew he had ace of the pack in the form of Swara.

"You have my ears" Sanskar tried to maintain his calm. But inside he was burning with rage.

"You have to convince your father and father-in-law to transfer their stakes on Mehra and Maheshwari Business House on my name. So, I can easily claim chairman position. Make sure Singhania father and son vote for me." Shekhar blurted out thoughtfully.

"And you would name all your own stake on my name including your resignation from CEO position so I can take it over" Sahil seconded passing smug smile to his cousin.

Sanskar stared at them for few moments, 'Are they crazy? Do they even know what they are asking? It's time for me to play along.'

"I agree. I will ask Dev Uncle to prepare papers." Sanskar felt feeble for a moment while rubbing his fingers on forehead

"No way! Do you think I will trust Dev? He is extremely loyal to your family" Shekhar lash out at Sanskar. "I have papers ready. I just need your signature and press conference."

Sanskar clenched his fist shaking his fist showing his disgruntlement.

"But I want to see Swara right now. I want you to confirm about her safety" Sanskar demanded.

"Don't you trust me?" Shekhar made innocent face.

"You expect me to take this? You betrayed your so called best friend all these years. You were the reason Reva Mom had to walk away. You were the one she faced all those miseries. You killed that truck driver and Mrs. Shah. You are psycho obsessed demon." Sanskar could not control his fury.

Shekhar flinched under his thunder-stormed tone and death glare.

"Without you assuring about Swara's safety. I am not going to do anything" Sanskar played his cards.

Shekhar dialed number from recent call list.

"I want to see her" Shekhar ordered.

He turned mobile screen towards Sanskar where he could see unconscious Swara tied to a chair. His eyes welled up with tears. He clenched his fist tightly that his knuckles became white which was ready to punch Shekhar's jawline breaking his bones, but he controlled himself for not acting hastily for Swara's safety.

"What did you do to her?" Sanskar gritted his teeth.

"Don't get panic my brother... It's just chloroform. She will gain senses soon" Sahil responded casually.

"Fine I agree with your terms but how can I be sure that you both will not touch Swara" Sanskar stated firmly.

"You have to trust us. You have no other option." Shekhar assured with cunning smile, "The moment I would get appointed and declared as chairman in press conference; you can spend your entire life with her. Promise I will never interfere." He raised his hands in defense.

"You had great chance to release your obsessed daughter but you..." Sanskar tried to play his cards hitting sore cord of his heart.

"When I am going to have power of two most influential families vested in my fist do I need to worry about it? It will be a peanut task for me to take her out." Shekhar was elated with just the thought of extreme influential power would be vesting in his hands soon.

"My lawyers are ready with papers. Let's finish everything from where it was all started Saraswathi Orphanage. Today, there was small birthday party. And your wife had arranged visit to Aquarium and then Planetarium Center as birthday surprise for those innocent souls and staff. So, we will have complete silence." Shekhar explained his devious plans.

"You have to call everyone come to Orphanage. Jaideep, will be with you as your shadow as we know sometime your brain thinks too much" Sahil scoffed off.

Sanskar turned to look at Jaideep smirking at him.

"Neil" Sanskar called dialing Neil's number. Shekhar gestured him to put the phone on speaker.

"Hey Sanskar, what happened? I am coming home ..." Neil's voice boomed in lounge.

"Yes, no worries it's nothing... You all were right he was solely responsible for Reva Mom's pain." Sanskar cut him in middle passing message to Neil that something is wrong. He knew Niren would have already informed him about Shekhar's involvement.

"What? What are you talking about?" Neil could not believe.

"I am going to Orphanage... can you join me with Dad, Anu Papa and Dev Uncle? I have something very important to discuss about Sid Uncle's stake. I don't want our discussions to happen at home. You know Mom and Divya Aunty are there also Reva Mom. I don't want to stress any one of them." Sanskar tried to reason out hoping his best friend understand his hints.

Neil understood something was wrong, he was already informed about Shekhar's involvement by his younger brother.

"Ok we will be there" Neil agreed.

They cut the call and Sahil took Sanskar's phone switching it to off mode.

Neil shook his head, 'something is terribly wrong. Sanskar sounded different.'
