Chapter - 29: New Begining
'He is fine. He is coming home. He will be back by evening. He will be in front of me with in some hours.' Swara felt stream of tears on her cheeks. Earlier, in the morning, she went to Sujata's room to check on her. She was informed by Ram about his call with Sanskar. They all three shared happy family hug, crying their hearts out assuring each other about the safety of a person who ruled over their hearts. She came back to her room feeling relieved on the news of his safety.
Swara herself did not understand why in last couple of days her mind and heart were occupied with his thoughts only. But then she thought over her journey with Sanskar for last 8-9 months, he was always there in back of her mind from the moment she first time saw him in that conference hall. He was the only one who could make her lose her sanity. She cried her heart out, his safety news brought the life back in her body, she felt she was alive after long time. Her mind and heart both were at peace after long battle.
'He will be back soon. And we will sort out all misunderstandings. But we have so many issues between us. Last time when we talked, he was broken. I could feel his vulnerability in his shaky voice. We both have damaged this relation due to our misconceptions and wrong judgements... mostly I was responsible for making both of us suffer. But it's enough. It's time for detailed talks with Mr. Maheshwari... no not Mr. Maheshwari...with Sanskar, my husband' Swara took deep breath wiping her tears with determination, her gaze turned to their photo which automatically stretched her lips in small smile.
Swara got freshen up and was moving towards kitchen to look after lunch preparations. She scrunched her eyebrows looking at Siddhant who came out of study and was heading towards upstairs, but his frustrated and anger filled face captured her eyes typing something on his mobile. She ignored and moved towards kitchen. From last day, none of them had enough food. She, being daughter in law of this house took over the responsibility to look after her family for the first time.
"What were you doing all the time?" Siddhant snarled over call. He came to his room after getting news from Ram about Sanskar's safety. He perfectly masked his anguish with pleased expressions showing all his fake emotional support to his friend. He locked himself in his room, after assuring Divya was not inside.
"Sir we tried our best to find him but ...." Jaideep replied in shaky voice from other side.
"To hell with your best" Siddhant roared, he clenched his fist tightly that his knuckles became white.
"Sir he is still here. We can knock him down" Jaideep suggested.
"Neil is on his way for him. And he is not alone, he is with some doctor's family. We cannot take any chance now. We have lost golden opportunity because of your negligence" Siddhant was agitated to his extreme.
"Jaideep clear all the mess, he will surely come after to find culprit. Come back to Mumbai ASAP" Siddhant was well aware about Sanskar's nature. His nephew was too sharp to ignore such events.
Here in kitchen, Swara was never accustomed with cooking, she barely knew how to cook basic stuff. Even after her marriage with Sanskar, she was mostly busy with her business and was paying very less attention to her household responsibilities. But today, she entered Kitchen being daughter in law this family to instruct and help maids for lunch preparations. Soon Nandini and Samaira joined her for help.
Sanskar was talking with Adarsh and Parineeta, to know more about their life. Adarsh had took out their old photo albums and was showing Sanskar.
"Baba could not take the loss. He died two years later that horrified day. Ma was with us but after losing two important people of her life, she broke down and closed herself in shell. She passed away some 10 years back." Adarsh pointed towards his parents' picture.
"Ohh I am sorry" Sanskar mumbled and continued "What happened to her family?"
"Her father, his desire to live a life was gone along with Janhavi. He closed himself in room. He gave up on everything and embraced death. Her brothers... I don't know they left this city and moved somewhere else." Adarsh provided additional information.
But Sanskar's eyes were roaming over their pictures, in every picture he observed Janhvi holding Aditya's shirt or jacket or sleeves in her fist. That gesture reminded him Swara, he had observed her holding his suit or shirt in her fist on their several encounters. He shook his head with small smile.
His trance was broken when they heard doorbell, he was sure it would be Neil. 'Sanskar be ready for devil' he took deep breath shaking his head.
"I am surely going to kill you Mr. Sanskar Maheshwari. What the hell you think of yourself?" Neil glared at him with red eyes, looking at Sanskar who was sitting on bed resting his back on the head rest.
Adarsh looked at him in bewilderment but Sanskar chuckled looking at his murderous glare.
"I have already broken my arm and leg..." Sanskar could not finish as Rohan interrupted. Last night he also joined Neil to look for Sanskar at Kolkatta.
'Shit he is also here. God, please save me' Sanskar rolled his eyes.
"I will treat and heal all your wounds and then again break them to gain utmost satisfaction. Who gave you driving license?" Rohan lashed out with flaring nose buds.
Adarsh pressed his lips looking at their banter, he understood these three are best friends.
"Guys learn some manners. Is this the way to talk to any patient?" Sanskar was also not less when it came to sarcasm.
His room roared with round of laughter.
"You scared the hell out of us man" Neil became emotional, he was holding himself from last 24 hours. One tear streamed on his cheeks.
"Thank you so much Sir" Neil turned towards Adarsh and continued in gratitude holding his hand in his, "I owe my entire life to you. This antic creature of god is more like a brother to me. By saving him you saved my life."
"He is absolutely right Sir." Rohan seconded with moist eyes.
"It was my duty to save him." Adarsh replied with glassy eyes. It was his time to part away once again with his little brother. But he felt satisfied that atleast in this life his brother was surrounded with loving and caring family, friends and mostly he was with love of his life.
Neil and Rohan spent some time with couple and then it was time for Sanskar to leave, Adarsh and Parineeta both became emotional. Tears were welled up in their eyes which they were trying their best to control. Sanskar understood their inner turmoil. He asked Neil and Rohan to wait for some time outside. They agreed reluctantly and went out.
"This is for you." Adarsh gave him Aditya's diary and their picture.
"But" Sanskar became teary.
"This belongs to you both. You might want to read about Adi." Adarsh caressed cover of diary. Over the years, it became his most precious possession after losing his brother.
Sanskar took diary holding it as his treasure.
"Soon I will bring Swara here to meet you both. I don't how and what I will tell her but I promise one day I will bring her here." Sanskar responded with sincerity.
"I would love to see you both together and happy" Adarsh held his hand in assurance.
Adarsh helped Sanskar to come out of their house, when Neil and Rohan looked at them, they both ran to help Sanskar. Three of them started taking steps towards car standing out of main gate.
Sanskar turned when he reached near his car to get final look of the house, it was small two-storey house with adjacent small garden area. Adarsh and Pari were standing at doorstep waving their hands to him with teary eyes but their lips were stretched with satisfactory smile.
Sanskar showed them his hand with small smile.
"What happened?" Neil asked settling beside Sanskar. He was confused looking at Sanskar, his anti-social best friend became too emotional to their new acquaintances over night was true surprise for him.
"Ahh nothing" Sanskar shook his head turning his gaze out of window.
"Sanskar you need to take bed rest for couple of weeks" Rohan interrupted still looking at his test reports which he got from Adarsh. He was sitting on passenger seat besides driver.
"Couple of weeks? Are you crazy?" Sanskar almost shouted at him in disbelief.
"Nope. That's your punishment for rash driving" Rohan replied sarcastically shrugging his shoulders and continued looking at Sanskar from rear mirror passing tight smile, "I am not going to get burn alive even if you throw your fiery glares at me."
Sanskar just rolled his eyes and then kept his head on headrest of seat with closed eyes.
'Should I ask Neil about Swara? How is she? Did she miss me? Mr. Sanskar Maheshwari control your crazy heart... you will see her in few hours.' Sanskar took deep breath while shaking his head but small smile was adorned on his lips.
Swara was in continuous touch with Neil over message exchanges. She wanted to talk to him but she controled her overly excited heart as Sanskar would be with him. She wanted to talk to her husband face to face. She was pacing in her room looking at time again and again. Every passing minute was feeling like an year for her now. She was excited that she would be able to see Sanskar after 4 days but at the same time one corner of her heart was scared thinking about his reaction.
It was evening when Neil and Rohan brought Sanskar back to Maheshwari House, they helped him to get out of the car. He witnessed his mother rushing towards him.
Just three days and his mother had become all pale and her swollen eyes told him about her pain and agony.
Sujata raised her palm to caress his cheeks tenderly, his forehead was covered with white bandage, his right arm had plaster whereas left arm had bandages, his steps were shaky. His dark circles and pain-stricken face stabbed her motherly heart.
"Mom I am fine" Sanskar assured his mother with blink.
"Bring him inside" Ram came to help his son.
Sanskar raised his head and there he found Swara standing at the doorstep, dressed in simple light blue kurti and white leggings. His eye met with her's. Her swollen, red eyes were staring at his face without blink, but tears were rolling on her cheeks.
Just in three days, Sanskar thought she had lost weight, she looked pale, exhausted. Her chubby cheeks had become white. But the shine of her diamond pendant from her Mangalsutra captured Sanskar's attention. He moved his gaze towards her hairline, it was filled with sindoor. She was truly looking like his wife, waiting for him to come back to him home. His lips stretched automatically looking at her with her marital symbols.
They shared long eye lock and none of them tried to break it. Their crave and yearning for each other could be seen in their eyes.
Neil and Rohan took Sanskar back to his room and made him settle down there. He was surrounded with everyone's care, love and warnings, but his eyes were drifting towards Swara every now and then. She was standing in one corner of the room holding her Mangalsutra in her fingers, staring at him without blink.
'She is Janhvi, of course what ever happened between us, but heart had to win this battle. I had realised why we always had effect on each other. But how should I explain this to you Swara, our souls are connected my love. I hope you will realise this one day. I will make you realise.' Sanskar was nodding at his family members but his mind and heart both were captured with Swara's thoughts.
"Dare you drive your car next time Sanskar" Divya warned him with teary eyes. It was her way to show her affection.
"I am fine Aunty. Please stop worrying about me" Sanskar assured with nod.
Siddhant was showing his total concern and support masking his secretive intentions behind his genuine family man demeanor. Slowly everyone dispersed from his room living only Swara, Sanskar and Sujata in their room.
Sujata made him eat Dal Khichadi with her hands and he ate it making faces. Swara smiled at his cute antics, he was cursing Rohan for misleading his mother for giving him bland food for next two days. She saw him passing death glares to Rohan when he was giving instructions to everyone about his medical, diet and rest schedule.
Over these two months of her marriage, she had noticed her husband is extremely foodie and pure non vegetarian. But Sujata was also his mother who made him eat tasteless food adamantly.
Slowly everyone left from their room, Swara came out from washroom after changing herself in night cloths. Sanskar was trying to type something on his new phone which he got from Mike with his left hand.
'I have reached home. And I am feeling much better now' he had already taken Adarsh number, he felt it was necessary to inform them about his wellbeing.
Swara looked at him shaking her head, she went to close the door. She came and settled on his side just infront of him. Sanskar was not expecting her this move. He looked at her being confused.
Swara silently took his phone and switched it off. She kept phone on night table.
"You should take rest Sanskar. Sleep now" Swara pleaded with moist eyes.
"Don't you want to ask me how am I feeling? Everyone asked me but you..." Sanskar could not finish, from the moment he had stepped inside home everyone inquired about his health except his wife.
"You noticed my innocence in my eyes then why couldn't you see my concern for you in them now?" Swara asked in low whisper not meeting her eyes with his intense gaze.
Sanskar remembered his words when he broke down over their last call.
"Swara..." Sanskar tried to hold her wrist when he saw she was getting up.
"Sanskar, it will hurt you" Swara turned swiftly when she felt his touch. She moved forward to hold his hand, making sure her hold would not hurt him.
"Your tears hurt me the most Swara. They hold power to bring me on my knees" Sanskar replied with sincerity not leaving his hold on her palm staring at her big doe eyes.
"Then why did you left without confronting me?" Swara wailed turning her eyes on his face.
"I ... I just wanted to settle my mind" Sanskar whispered bowing his head.
"That day...I thought it was you Sanskar" Swara responded faintly earning all attention from Sanskar. He raised his head abruptly to stare at her teary and pale face.
"What are you saying Swara?" words were out even before Sanskar could realise it.
"I had bad day...then I was feeling low. You were also not there; I came back to our room it was dark. I felt someone's presence, I thought it was you, I knew your scent, your touch. But then I felt his disgusting touch, before I lash out at that creep you were already there and then... You did not even listen to me...you just left." Swara accused him of his sudden departure while sobbing bitterly.
Sanskar was stunned when his mind registered her words. He dropped his shoulders closing his eyes. He gave light squeeze to her palm which was in his. He opened his eyes after taking deep breath. 'She needed me, and I left her alone' guilt started engulfing him.
"I am sorry Swara. I am sorry for everything. I screwed up every single thing between us. I wanted to tell you. I wanted to confess but..." Sanskar prompted helplessly but was cut by Swara.
"I know everything. Amanera project, news leakage, Sahil, Payal, pictures leakage... I know everything Sanskar." Swara pondered matching her eyes with his shocked ones.
Sanskar gaped like a fish, words were not coming out of his vocal cords.
"Neil told me everything" Swara paused and wiped her tears with her free hand. She shook her head averting her eyes to stare at ceilings for a moment taking deep breath and continued being disgruntled, "I had so many misconceptions. I damaged our relationship with my wrong judgements. I assumed things on my own. I should have confronted you then may be... but...I betrayed you. I took your signatures when you showed your utmost trust on me and on this relation. I broke it. I always taunted you for the thing which you were unaware of. But on every step of our marriage, you protected me being my shield risking your relations or reputation or life. I am sorry Sanskar. I am sorry for everything." Swara regretted her every action post her marriage. She bowed her head infront of him weeping hysterically.
It was for the first time in her life Swara was breaking down in front of someone. Even in her past, she maintained her decorum masking her emotions with cold and rigid demeanor in front of the world for her father. But today all her masks were crumbling one by one in front of her soulmate.
Her each tear was stabbing Sanskar's heart. He felt warmness on his cheeks looking at miserable Swara. Even in his wildest of his dream he would not have expected her break down.
"Swara please don't kill me with your tears" Sanskar tried to sooth her pain caressing his thumb on back of her knuckles.
"Stop it Sanskar. How can you say this now? Do you even know what I went through when Neil gave news about your accident? I felt like lifeless. I was dead from inside" Swara rebuked with annoyance. Fresh stream of tears rolled on her chubby cheeks.
"I am sorry. I am sorry. I will not say that word again. But please stop crying now. I cannot see tears in these big, beautiful, almond shaped, hazel nut eyes." Sanskar became defensive but was lost in her innocence.
It was for the first time he was facing scared Swara. Today, all her masks to cover her inner turmoil had fell down in front of him. His eyes welled with fresh tears looking at fatigued, fragile, vulnerable Swara. 'She cared for me.' his lips stretched in small smile. 'Should I ask her for fresh start? Or is it too early?'
Sanskar consciously moved his hand towards her face slowly to wipe her tears staring at her eyes. Swara closed her eyes when his long fingers touched her cheeks, his delicate and feathery touch gave her assurance about his presence around her. She held his hand in hers once again and closed her eyes for a moment to gain her mental and emotional equilibrium. She took deep breath staring at his dark brown orbs.
"Can...can we...is it possible...can we try to move on from our past and start afresh?" Swara whisper asked staring down at their intertwined hands, breaking their eye lock hesitantly.
"And why do you think this is not possible?" Sanskar examined her apprehensiveness.
"Hmm" Swara nodded in agreement but small smile adorned her lips.
"Let's start a fresh not as business rivals but ... but as a husband-and-wife Sanskar" Swara seconded.
"Ahh" Sanskar felt sudden pain in his left hand.
"I am sorry, you needed rest and I started talking about... Is it hurting too much? Should I call Rohan?" Swara panicked looking at his pain.
"This is fine. Don't worry. And can we move ahead from these apologies?" Sanskar requested.
Swara's lips stretched in small smile which were returned by Sanskar as well. She got up from bed when Sanskar asked "Can you please pass my painkillers? It must be there in drawer."
Swara understood he was asking for his sleeping pills. From the moment Neil told her about his insomniac tendency her heart was shattered, "Are these not enough for you that you want to take one more?" She said showing other medicine packs lying on the night table.
"Swara I have terrible headache. I need them" Sanskar tried extend his hand towards drawer.
"You need sleep Sanskar, you don't need painkillers." Swara held his hand in hers staring at his face who was not even looking at her.
"Swara listen...actually" Sanskar tried to convince but he observed Swara took a round and sat on bed just beside him on her side much closer to his expectations, almost touching her shoulder with his.
"Pillow wall?" Sanskar asked scrunching his eyebrows, narrowing his eyes.
"Not needed, just lie down and close your eyes" Swara helped him to lie down and hover over him not putting her weight on him.
She started massaging her delicate fingers from his jet-black hairs and with other hand she started tapping it on his chest, humming some melodious tune. Her soothing touch filled his heart with content feelings. 'She is with me; I promise I will not let anybody take you away from me this time.' Sanskar kept on looking at her serene face in adore.
"I think we need to talk" Sanskar mumbled when her fragrant and steady breath fanned over his face.
"I know we need to talk lot of things but for now you need nice sleep Sanskar. Please close your eyes" Swara replied calmly still ruffling her fingers from his hairs which were giving utmost peace to his mind and heart.
"Swara actually I cannot sl..." Sanskar tried to convince.
"Shh...just close your eyes. For me please" Swara pleaded but her eye glistered with her right over him.
Sanskar's mind did not allow him to break her bubble. He closed his eyes thinking he won't be getting sleep. He thought once she was fast asleep, he would take his sleeping pills, the same way he used to trick his mother.
After 10 minutes, Swara stared at Sanskar's peaceful face, his steady breath was telling her he had slipped in deep slumber. Her lips stretched with satisfaction that atleast for today he slept without those baneful pills.
She was lost in his charm, his chiselled jaw which had couple of bruises, his jet-black silky hairs which were falling on his for forehead, his sharp nose which had turned red due to their emotional breakdown and then his lips, which reminded her about their kiss giving goosebumps in her stomach, enriching her cheeks with cherry red colour. Even with bandage on his forehead and bruises she found him ridiculously handsome.
'No doubt why he is heartthrob and dream boy of every single girl out there, but girls stay away from him... he is mine... only mine' Swara slightly bent near his forehead to give small peck. 'Who will say he is the most dangerous, shrewdest and brutal to compete with in business? He is sleeping like newborn baby. Mr. Cute Maheshwari' she was tired and exhausted from last couple of days but one look from Sanskar, and thoughts of their new beginning kept her awake for long time.
She corrected his comforter and lied down on her side after closing night lamp staring at Sanskar's face which was glowing in moonlight. She herself did not realised when her hands moved towards his t-shirt sleeves to hold them in her fist. Staring at his peaceful face, she slipped in deep slumber.
Bright sunlight from glass doors of balcony disturbed Swara's sleep. She opened her eyes blinking to adjust her vision with brightness. But then she turned her gaze towards Sanskar's side. Her lips stretched in small smile, looking at him who was sleeping soundly, like he was completing his sleep for all those past years. It was for the first time in morning, Swara got to see her awefully handsome husband.
'No doubt he is charmer. I wish I could see his peaceful face every morning' Swara carefully got up from bed, she closed curtains of the room which would disturbed her husband's sleep.
Swara went to freshen up and came out to see Sanskar was still in deep slumber. She looked at the watch it was 8 am. She heard knock on the door she moved to open it.
"Swara Sanskar? He is not there in garden." Sujata was standing outside with worried face. Sujata knew her son, whatever happened he would be in garden early morning.
"Mom he is sleeping" Swara whispered inaudibly giving side to Sujata to enter in their room.
"What?" Sujata muffled when her mind registered Swara's words. She came inside to look at her son in bewilderment and mumbled looking at her son sleeping placidly, it was almost after a decade she was observing relief and solace on his face, "I think it's medicine's effect. Let him sleep for some more time."
Swara nodded her head in agreement and then Sujata went downstairs to ask maids to get Swara's tea in their room, as Swara does not wanted to leave her husband now for even one minute.
"S...Stop...Stop" Sanskar was again running behind her, she was laughing loudly running in woods. He stretched his hand to hold her shoulder and he could hold her this time. She turned towards him with bright smile.
"Janhvi" he mumbled staring in her eyes filled with abundant love for him.
"It's our time Aditya. It's our time to be one. Finally, we are together" She smiled moving closer to him fisting his shirt in her palm.
"I love you forever and ever and ever" He kissed her forehead wrapping her in his embrace.
Swara was observing changes on his face, he was muttering something. She could not understand his words, but his lips were stretched in content smile.
Swara shook him slightly, "Sanskar wake up"
Sanskar opened his eyes to look at Swara who was bending and shaking him. He closed his eyes for a moment to remember the events from his sleep.
"Are you ok Sanskar? What happened?" Swara became worried.
"Ja... hmm no nothing, I just saw a beautiful dream after ages" Sanskar mumbled inaudibly but for the first time in his life he woke up smiling brightly and mostly feeling relaxed.
Swara scrunched her eyebrows not understanding his sudden delightfulness. She helped him to sat down keeping pillows at his back for support.
"Good morning" Sanskar wished back after staring at her for few seconds.
"Good afternoon" Swara's melodious voice rang in his ears; she pressed her lips to supress her chuckle.
He was stunned hearing her reply. He absentmindedly moved his hand towards nightstand to check timing from mobile.
"Oucch" He shrieked in pain.
"Sanskar what do you want? Why are you moving your hand? Just tell me what you want?" Swara moved towards him hurriedly.
"What's the time?" Sanskar asked widening his eyes like his eyeballs would come out of their sockets.
"It's 1:30 pm, I had to wake you up as you needed to have lunch and then your medicines." Swara explained.
"I slept till 1:30 even without..." Sanskar could not complete as Swara narrowed her eyes.
"Come I will help you. Just get freshen up and I will ask Chanda to get your lunch here only" Swara was holding him to take him towards washroom.
"No, you can call some servant" Sanskar became reluctant. They both moved towards washroom.
"Swara please you don't need to do all this, I can manage" Sanskar whined.
"Mr. Maheshwari, are you forgetting I am your wife?" Swara put toothpaste on his brush and passed glare.
After lot of arguments and convincing Sanskar kicked Swara out of washroom and got freshen up when he came out, his stubborn wife was standing at doorstep with his shirt.
"It's ok I can do this. You go out" Sanskar mumbled with nervousness when it was time for his shirt change. Till today, he did not allow any girl to come this close to him. He was making painful efforts to unbuckle his buttons, Swara shook her head and moved closer to help him out.
"Don't worry I will not take your advantage" Swara passed quick look to his shocked, surprised and flushed face pressing her lips to supress her chuckle.
She bowed her head to hide her crimson face but Sanskar's scrutinising gaze had already captured her cherry red cheeks which rang all bells of his heart.
"I won't mind but at least let me get on my feet. Have patience my lady" Sanskar responded in husky tone in her ears giving shudders to her spine. He was Sanskar Maheshwari after all, no one could win over him till today.
She jerked and looked at him with open mouth in disbelief at his bluntness. She came out pressing her lips with throbbing heartbeat remembering his signature smirk which he just gave her.
Soon it was evening when Neil came to meet Sanskar before going to his home. Both friends were chatting when suddenly Sanskar mentioned "Why did you tell everything to Swara?"
"What your wife had put me on gunpoint. Sorry but I love my life a lot." Neil pressed his lips and told him everything. "Just talk to her you both need fresh kick start now."
"That's what we decided yesterday. First time Neil, we had chat as a normal couple. I hope things get sorted out between us soon. I know its long way to go for us" Sanskar provided highlights. Neil was always his mirror, mentor, his secret keeper.
"Great to hear this. You both will make wonderful pair" Neil seconded; he was happy for his best friend.
"Neil one more thing, it was not an accident. It was somebody's planned move to kill me" Sanskar mentioned in calculative tone earning loud gasp from Neil.
"What?" Neil shouted at top of his voice.
"Neil keep quiet" Sanskar shushed him and continued, "Yes Neil, I had parked my car on roadside just to settle my mind and heart. One truck hit my car from back. Not for once but twice. I clearly remember before becoming unconscious, there were couple of flashes just like someone clicking pictures after my car became upside down." Sanskar became serious all of sudden.
"You mean someone had given a contract for..." Neil clenched his fist, he gulped heavily.
"Yes, some one insider is involved. Whoever he is, he knew I was at Kolkatta. He knew where I was, he knew I was without security. I am sure this is the same person who created havoc in my and Swara's life by creating misunderstandings" Sanskar's wrecked mind started to connect two plus two.
"Shekhar Gadodia?" Neil asked being perplexed.
"Could be or may be Sahil" Sanskar pointed out the possibility.
"Let's get his truth out now. It is high time" Neil became furious, they had all proofs against Sahil.
"Not that easily. I need to trap him gravely so that he cannot disturb my and Swara's married life. Till today I ignored him thinking about Divya Aunty and Sid Uncle. But he had crossed all limits now. He should be out of this home soon" Sanskar was dangerously calm but his gritted teeth were enough for Neil to understand his best friend's fury.
"Your wife had kicked him out of your room last night. She was like wounded lioness who was ready to pounce on her prey" Neil provided additional inputs and told him whatever Samaira experienced last night.
Sanskar chuckled shaking his head imagining Swara in her furious mode.
"Hmm let's ask Roger to keep an eye on both of them...Just two weeks and then Sahil will be out of our life. I will make sure, Dad and Sid Uncle themselves will throw him out of this house." Sanskar responded with confidence, he was sure about his plan execution, he was just waiting for right time to hit his masterstroke.
"What about Shekhar Gadodia?" Neil questioned being serious again and continued "We should not leave him like this. If he is involved, I am surely gonna kill him with my bare hands."
"Of course, not... I never leave my enemies to live in peace. Let's start making his pockets empty. Now that he is not on board, we can directly confront him for his dealings with CGC. We can charge him for tampering corporate security, conflict of interest and fraudulent practises for all his dealings. We can corner him and bring him on roads from the place where he actually belongs. Let me ask Mike to set up update meeting with him. We both will drill him down." Sanskar was planning every step meticulously for ruining Shekhar Gadodia, but in his planning's and plotting's he missed death glare from his wife who was standing at the doorstep folding her hands.
"Mr. Neil Singhania, if you are coming here as Sanskar's best friend you are most welcome but if you are visiting here as Board of Director on Maheshwari Business House to discuss some stupid business stuff with your CEO then doors of this room as closed for you" Swara earned their attention and both of them turned their eyes to her being scared under her murderous glare with tight smile.
"That was for you right" Neil scratched back of his head with bowed head to Sanskar but inaudible to Swara.
"I guess so" Sanskar returned gesture bowing his head not matching his gaze with Swara's fiery one. She gave one more glare to both of them and left inside dressing room to get something.
"Best of luck with your firecracker" Neil muttered pressing his lips to supress his chuckle.
Swara came outside to witness both were whispering something pressing their lips to supress their laughter. She was putting moisturiser when Neil's teased voice earned her attention.
"Swara you know when we were kids which was Sanskar's favourite festival?" Neil asked from nowhere with grin. He continued looking at confused faces of Sanskar and Swara. "It was Diwali as he loved to lit firecrackers."
"Shut up Neil and get out" Sanskar whispered yelled with flushed face looking everywhere but not at Swara.
"Bye take care" Neil passed wink to Sanskar and bid bye to Swara before leaving from their room.
"Did he call me firecracker?" Swara scrunched her eyebrows staring at Sanskar.
"Nope...no way...Why will he?" Sanskar nodded his head in denial pressing his lips to supress his laugh, but his flushed face told entirely opposite story to Swara.
"How dare you Mr. Maheshwari to call me firecracker?" Swara threatened flaring her nose buds.
"Sanskar...I love when you call me by my first name" Sanskar responded with puppy face.
His innocence overloaded face brought small smile on her face which she hid it scrunching her nose and left from their room keeping her head high. But Sanskar's scrutinising eyes had already captured her cherry red cheeks; he shook his head feeling content looking at his effect on his firecracker wife.
'Don't kill that truck driver let's use him in our favour. It's time to trap Mrs. Swara Sanskar Maheshwari on the charge of attempt to murder of her husband.' Siddhant hit message on his keypad and sent to Jaideep with devil smirk.
