"Stacey, what are you doing? I liked that song." Lydia whines as we drive our way to meet the pack at a garage so we can go save Scott and Kira.

"I like this song more." I told her and smiled at her. Since no one decided to go with Lydia, I made up my mind and went with her. Stiles wasn't happy about it, but I begged him to let me go with Lydia. That way we can have girl time, one on one.

"You drive me insane!" Lydia groaned. We were going to go to the school and grab Kira's jacket that she left in his locker, that was our mission. I then changed the song again and Lydia groaned. "Stace," Lydia mumbled, shaking her head as she turned around the car. She then smiled softly. "Do you think Allison's proud of us right now?"

"Beyond proud," was my answer. My smile dropped and so did my heart. "I miss her, Lydia. I miss her a lot."

"I miss her a lot too, Stace." Lydia sighed, and she started to drive towards the school. "We should at least thank her, she brought us together." I cracked a smile. "I'm glad I have a true friend. Allison was a true friend, too,"

"Any gossip lately?" I asked with a small laugh at the end, resting my head on the window, watching cars drive by. "Have you heard of Jackson? How's he doing?"

"I think he's doing fine; as I've said before I haven't spoken to him since he moved to London," Lydia grumbles. I get that. She misses her ex-boyfriend.

"I thought his dad moved him to London," she glares at me, as we have already been through this conversation. "Okay, sorry, sheesh, didn't mean to bring up a sore topic." She sighed and we finally pulled into the school parking lot.

We hurried out of the car and we were soon down the hallway, walking quickly towards Scott's locker. We've got to make this quick. We were getting his jacket so that Malia could get a good scent on Scott.

I unlock my brother's locker. I know Scott's, Lydia's, Kira's, and Stiles' locker code. Don't judge me. I take the black familiar jacket out of her locker and I pulled it towards me, and I take a long sniff of the jacket.

"I hope this works," Lydia said from aside. I looked at her and nodded. That's when I hear a low growl, making my heart drop. I then gasp and duck as I sensed something coming towards me. A Berserker was here.

✢

"Mason!" I whisper ever so softly, as I looked at Lydia worried. She looked at me, and I tapped lightly on Mason's face. We were in the basement, where the Berserker had thrown us. I had no idea why Mason was here.

Mason wakes up, startled. "Are you okay?" Lydia quickly asked, frowning.

"My head... oh," Mason moaned softly.

"Yeah, that's probably gonna hurt a lot." I commented.

"There was this guy," Mason started to explain, sitting up a bit more as we were sitting on the floor. "Huge, really huge. He had a... a skull on his face."

"Yeah, we know, we saw it too." Lydia informed him, making him nod.

"My phone's gone," Mason felt around his pockets, which claimed to be empty.

"Yeah, I think that's the point," I roll my eyes slightly at Mason's stupidity.

"Okay, well, wait, what is he gonna do to us?" Mason questions.

"Oh, just let me ask him," I asked sarcastically, making Mason realize that I don't know. I then looked out to the hallway of the basement room. "Hey, you, with the skull-"

"We get it, Stacey," Lydia pulls me back down to her level, cupping a hand over my mouth. "We don't know. But it definitely doesn't want us to leave,"

"Lydia, why do you keep saying it?" Mason asked. That's when we heard ever so softly, a low growl making my heart race. Mason gasped and we all stand up. "What is that thing?" Mason pressed his back against the wall and I stepped out a little more to the hallway.

There was nothing there but you can definitely still hear the low growls. "Not human,"

After a while, Mason, Lydia, and I had our backs pressed agaisnt the wall. It was silent. I've been pondering on what to do. "I don't hear it," Lydia whispers, breaking my deep thoughts. "Come on,"

"No, no," Mason grabs Lydia's arm. "There's only one way out on this side of the basement."

"We know," I whisper back. "But if we don't get out of here; someone's going to die."

"How do you know that?" Mason whispers, Lydia and I looked at each other.

"We just do," Lydia murmured. "We have to at least see if he's blocking the exit."

Mason sighed, clearly not happy with this. He then leans forward, and he jumped back. So, clearly, the Berseker's still here. Perfect. "Yeah," he gasps. "Yeah, he's blockin' it." The Berserker growls lowly once again, sending chills down my spine.

My eyes then catch something. Three baseball bats in a bucket. I smirk, they remind me of Stiles and I walked over there. There were three metal baseball bats and I picked up two, I handed one to Lydia and the other one to Mason and grabbed my own.

"Are you serious?" Lydia asked me, her eyes widening.

"Very," I answer with a smile.

"A baseball bat?" Mason exclaimed quitely. "Agaisnt that guy? Or thing or whatever it is."

I turn to Mason with all seriousness. "My friends are in trouble. And so is Liam; your best friend. They need me. I'm going for it." I then walked over there, mustering it up, gripping onto the bat. "And yes, with a baseball bat." So much anger filled inside me, no one stands in the way of me saving my brother.

No one.

I then stopped when I heard the sound of screaming, Mason was charging in front of me and so was Lydia, I almost chuckled before I charged after Mason and Lydia. Mason and Lydia get a couple of hits with the Berserker, who easily dodged.

The Berserker sent Mason flying back, all the way to the floor and he did the same to Lydia. It was my turn and I let out a cry, getting a couple of hits in, I dropped the bat, deciding to pull a few moves of my own.

I did a big swig with my leg, turning around in the process and kicked the Berserker in the face, sending it back a little and I land on my feet. I bounce on my two feet, fists held out. I then went for another kick, but the Berserker had caught it making me gasp and he flew me back to the wall, and slide right next to Lydia and Mason.

"I thought you said it wanted to keep us here, not hurt us." Mason groaned, sitting up slightly. The Berserker stepped forward angerly, reaching towards us making me pant from nervousness.

"I think it changed it's mind." Lydia squeaked, backing up agaisnt the wall.

"Excuse me," a familiar voice called. "Catch," my eyes widen as there was Mr. Stilinski, throwing something at the Berserker. I then gasp, as I crawled over to another wall, Lydia and Mason following my trail and that are when we heard a big explosion.

I cover my head, hearing things smash into pieces, things being blown up by the bomb that Mr. Stilinski had thrown. Once everything was clear, my heart beat slowly started to turn normal again and so did my breathing.

I scrambled out of the hiding place I was hiding, and I saw Mr. Stilinski standing there, with a smile and walking towards us. "Oh, my god," I mumble and I run towards Mr. Stilinski, and I wrap my arms around him, he stumbled a bit, I guess he was taken back from my gesture. He simply wrapped his arms around me, too.

"You guys okay?" Mr. Stilinski asked, before letting me go and I stood by him. Lydia and Mason came into view, standing opposite us. We all just nodded.

"It was after me and Stacey," Lydia tried to explain. "It wanted us to stay in Beacon Hills. I think this is all some sort of distraction."

"Because you and Stacey knew they're trying to kill someone." Lydia and I looked at each other. They were going to try kill Scott.

"Kill who?" Mason questions, turning his head to us.

"Scott."

After long hours of waiting for Scott and the other's to return, they finally did. Scott wasn't killed. Thank the lord, I couldn't handle another person dying that's close to me. I ended up staying with Mr. Stilinski in his office, and we had bonded some more. We talked about anything and everything.

I guess it helped both of us to forget about Scott and the others. Now, we were just waiting for Stiles to enter that very doorway. I pressed my lips as I sit on the single couch, my eyes fixed on Mr. Stilinski as he talked.

I let out a laugh, pushing back some hair. "He's lucky, you know," Mr. Stilinski suddenly said, making me raise an eyebrow. "To have someone like you. I always knew that he had a thing for you... he didn't even have to try and hide it. His eyes lit up everytime he mentioned your name, it was truly amazing."

I blush a little, biting on my lower lip. "Really?" I mumble it out. "Sheriff, please don't kill Stiles when he returns. He's only trying to save my brother," Mr. Stilinski nodded slowly, giving me a small smile.

That's when the doors open, and revealed Stiles, making me relax some more. I saw Mr. Stilinski get up from his desk and ran over to his son, and gave him a bear hug. "Dad, you smell terrible," Stiles commented, making me smile.

I stand up slowly and rubbed a hand on my pants, my cheeks glowing. "Yup. You do too," I chuckle at Mr. Stilinski's response before they let go of each other. Stiles looked over and saw me standing there, and I gave him a big smile.

"Oh, thank god." Stiles sighed and quickly walked over to me, and captured our lips, surprising me. I kissed back before I broke it and we hugged each other, our arms wrapped around each other. He then pulled back and kissed my forehead.

That's when Mr. Stilinski stepped forward and wrapped us all into a big bear hug, making me smile as I was almost in the center. I guess I owe this family a lot. My head on Stiles' shoulder, Mr. Stilinski's head dug into mine and Stiles' head dug into his father's, making me grin.

We all pulled apart, my smile never leaving my face. "I'm so glad your both safe," Mr. Stilinski told us. He turned his head to me. "Hey, what do you say we get outta here, get something to eat?" My eyes light up at the sound of that.

"Great. I'm starving!" Stiles cheered, looking at me, grinning.

"Okay," Mr. Stilinski nodded, and as we all move, I look back and saw that Stiles was handcuffed to the table making me giggle.

"Yo, daddy?" I hear him call and I ignore him as Mr. Stilinski guides me out of his office.

"What's your favorite food?" Mr. Stilinski asked me, and I turned my head to him.

"Pizza," I say without hesitating.

"Hey," I hear Stiles pull on the chain. "Dad? Stacey... baby? Bring me back a slice?"
