NINE

NINE

Quickly, Stiles and I walked down the hallways, trying to find Liam at school. We need to talk to him. Scott's finding him as well. Stiles had picked up the pace, and I followed him, and he soon skidded to a stop and down the hallways was Liam and Scott trailed up behind him. Perfect, Liam's trapped.

"Liam, hey!" Stiles called, grabbing my hand and running towards him, Scott approached Liam.

"We need to talk." Scott told Liam, in a much calmer voice.

"No, you need to back the hell up, okay? The three of you." Liam demanded, and I nodded, understanding. I took a step back.

"Can you just listen for one second?" Scott pleaded his new, possible, beta. Liam nodded, letting us continue. "Liam... we're brothers now." I cringe. Don't tell me he's gonna use the Derek speech. He's gonna do it. I facepalmed and Liam looked downright confused.

"What?" Liam asked.

"Oh, god. That's..." Stiles trailed off, Liam turned his head, and then turned back to Scott.

"What are you talking about? We just met and you bit me." Liam informed us.

"The bite... the bite is a gift." Scott tried again. Oh, my god. Stiles and I looked at each other; with wide eyes.

"Scott, stop. Please stop." I begged him. Stiles walked over to Scott, standing next to him now.

"You... you, we're trying to help you, you little runt." Stiles hissed at Liam, taking control.

"By kidnapping me?"

I cringe again. "Yeah, that was a little stupid, guys..." I mumble.

"Just to clarify, Scott kidnapped you." Stiles informed Liam. "Okay? Me and Stacey aided and abetted."

"Liam, I've gone through this before." Scott told Liam. "Something's happening to you. Something big."

Liam shakes his head. "Nothing's happening to me." Liam told us. He then ripped off his bandage, and from what I can see, there's nothing there. "Nothing." Liam then turned around, and walked past me, bumping shoulders with my a bit too harshly and I groaned, holding my shoulder.

I stumble back a little and took a deep breath, okay, pains is gone. I look over at Stiles' who was already looking at me, and I looked down, realizing what Liam had just shown us.

Did this mean he was a werewolf now?

"I'm not sharing my basement," Malia told us, as me, Scott, Kira, Stiles, Lydia, and Malia stand in between buses to have a private chat on what we're gonna about Liam on Friday when the full moon comes along.

Stiles and I stand next to each other, his arm around my shoulder and with that arm, his hands are laced in with his. Malia stands next to me, Scott and Kira opposite Stiles and I and Lydia opposite Malia.

"Actually, it's my basement." Lydia reminded Malia. "And my mum noticed how you tore it up last time."

"All right, she's still learning." I defended Malia.

"But we're gonna use the boathouse for Liam." Scott informed us. "It's got support beams. We can chain him to one of them."

"But how do we get him out to the lake house if he doesn't trust us?" Kira asked.

"I say if it keeps him from murdering someone, we just chloroform the little bastard a throw him in the lake." Stiles informed us, I'm guessing he's used a star wars reference or something.

"I'm in." Malia raised a hand and I glared over at Stiles.

"Malia, we've talked about this." I told her, raising an eyebrow. "Who do we not listen to?"

She lowered her eye level to the ground. "Stiles."

"And who do we listen to?"

"You." She smiled at me. I smiled back. Atta girl. I could feel Stiles' glare on me, so, I looked up at him and saw him squinting his eyes at me.

"I hate you." He mumbled, I let out a laugh.

"You love me."

"We're not killing or kidnapping anyone." Scott quickly cuts us off from out banter.

"Then let's be smarter," Lydia said. "We tell him there's a party and invite him."

"So, you're gonna ask out a freshman?" Stiles asked Lydia.

"No, I'm done with teenage boys." Lydia sighed, then turned her head to Kira. "But, if we're playing a trick on someone, we'll use the trickster."

"Who? Me? No way," Kira said innocently. "Not me."

"Yes, you." Lydia nodded. "You not what they call a female fox? A vixen."

"Me?"

I lean forward to Kira. "You can do it, Kira. Be a vixen."

Nervously, I bit on my lower lip as I stand outside Lydia Martin's lake house. I look around, spotting my best friends in view. Obviously, they were in view as we stand next to Stiles' Jeep receiving the bad news from Stiles.

Malia, Lydia, Stiles, and I watch as Scott pulls up on his motorbike. He stopped his bike in front of us and takes off his helmet. "I just talked to Kira she's on her way. She said it's all going fine." Scott informed us, well, that's good. Stiles and I looked at each other, before Stiles stepped in front of the bike.

"No, it's not that. I have something to tell you." Stiles told Scott, I then took a step beside Stiles. "Stacey and I asked around Liam, we know why he got kicked out of his last school." Scott looked at me, before looking at the others.

"This is going to bad, isn't it?"

"He kind of got into it with one of his teachers." I explain as Stiles got out his phone. "And... the kid's got some serious anger issues." Scott widens his eyes.

"How serious?"

"Well, that's his teacher's car." Stiles got out of the picture and showed him the screen of a smashed up car. I cringe, looking at it again. "After he took a crowbar to it." Scott just gave a kid who has serious anger issues, werewolf powers.

We soon stand in Lydia's living room, waiting for Liam and Kira to arrive. My heart jumped when I noticed the familiar red car pull up outside the house, the headlights switching off. Liam and Kira had jumped out of the car.

The door opens, and Stiles laced our hands together quickly, and Malia stood in near us, Lydia was in front of Lydia, and Scott was at the end of the chain. Stiles waved his free hand. Kira closes the door that Liam turned to. "Sorry," Kira smiled, standing in front of the door.

Liam turned to us- well, Scott. "What the hell's this?" Liam asked, sounding slightly pissed off. I mean, he just did get lied to.

"Think of it like an intervention. You have a problem, Liam." Stiles started, and I nodded.

"And we're the only ones who can help."

"Werewolf?" Liam asked, pointing at Scott, in disbelief. "Werecoyote." Malia nodded. "Banshee." He points at Lydia, then turned his finger towards me. "Banshee that's connected to Lydia, but only sometimes?" I nodded. Sounds about right. He then turned his head to Kira. "Fox?"

"Kitsune." Kira quickly corrected, making me smirk a little. "But fox works."

Liam then nodded over towards Stiles, the only human in the group. "What are you?"

"Uh, for a little while, I was possessed by an evil spirit," Stiles informed him, making me sigh, I felt Stiles rub his thumb in the palm of my hand. "It was very evil."

Liam nodded. "What are you now?"

"Better. Um..." He trailed off, making me crack a smile. He's still Stiles. I looked up at him, and he looked down at me, slightly confused.I stepped back, leaning on Stiles a little more. I can't be bothered standing.

Liam, with crossed arms, nods down at the chains. "Are those for me?"

"No, they're for me." Malia then flashes her electric blue eyes. Liam's eyes widen slightly.

"How did you do that?" Liam asked.

"You'll learn." Scott promised. "But first, you need to get through the full moon."

"The moon's already out." Liam pointed out. He's getting angry.

"And you're starting to feel something, aren't you?"

"I feel like I'm surrounded by a bunch of psychotic nutjobs." Liam snapped angrily. "You guys are out of your freaking minds. I don't know how you did that eye thing and I don't care. I'm walking out this door right now! If any of trying to stop me, I swear to God, I'm gonna..." He then lets out a loud scream, placing his hands on the side of his head.

Panting, Liam looks up at everyone, worried. "What's wrong, Liam?" Scott asked worriedly.

"You don't hear that!?" Liam asked.

My eyes widen slightly when I saw headlights swinging into the carparks. Liam groans, and drops down onto the floorboards. Scott did too, worried about his beta.

"Did you tell someone about this?" Lydia asked, I knew she was trying to stay calm, but I know her and she's panicking inside.

"My friend Mason." Liam pants. That's when you can hear kids talking. Lots and lots of kids. Liam looks up at Kira who was looking out the window. "You said it was a party,"

"And who did Mason invite?" Stiles asked.

"Everyone." Kira said, panic seepthing through her as well.

Liam groans, and his claws were out and on the floors. "The floors! Get him off the floors!" Lydia snapped in panic, walking towards Liam. Liam raised his head and lets out a roar, making Lydia's face pale and she stepped back, I stepped forward and linked arms with Lydia, pulling her back over towards me a little.

"We need to get him to the boathouse now!" Scott quickly said, getting Liam off the floorboards along with Kira. They both rushed off with Liam.

"Uh!" Malia bends over on the table, putting her hands on the table, groaning. Oh dear god. "Stiles..." Malia looked up.

"Yeah." Stiles answered, and Malia had grown a pair of fangs, and her blue electric eyes showing.

"Hey... okay, basement. Now. Now." Stiles said, quickly pulling Malia up off the table, he quickly walked over to me and gave me a sweet lingering kiss, and pulled back. Hold on, what were me and Lydia supposed to do with these teenagers?

Lydia turned around, alarmed. "What are we suppose to do with the hordes gathering outside the door?" Lydia asked, worried.

"Lydia, who throws the best parties in Beacon Hills?" Stiles asked.

Lydia's eyes widen. "What? Me, obviously,"

"Okay, then throw a party," Stiles then left us with that, rushing off to the basement. Lydia turned to me with wide eyes.

"Oh, my god." She muttered, before linking our arms again and pulling me towards the door. I opened the door, and for sure, there was a bunch of teenage kids standing outside our door.

"Hey," the darker boy greeted with a soft smile. "Uh, are we in the right place?"

"For the party?" The lighter skinned boy continued, looking hyped.

Lydia and I looked at each other, before we put on our fakest smiles yet, and turned to the teenage crowd. "Aboustley," we said in sync.

This is going to be an interesting night.
