It was a peaceful day out today and you were once again at the mall and you're currently heading off to the food court when you suddenly get a call from Jen.

Y/N: *answers phone* "What's up?"

Jen: *on phone* "Y/N, there's something we need to discuss... Can you head over to the fountain and wait for us there?"

Y/N: "Sure, I'll be there, but what's all this about?"

Jen: *oh phone* "You'll know soon enough."

And then she hangs up. You find it odd that she'd be so cryptic about this, but figured you should just do as she asked. You head off to the fountain and along the way, you stop by a vending machine and purchase a soda for yourself. You continue onward and then meet up with not just Jen, but Caitlin and Nikki, too.

Y/N: "Hey, girls. What's up?" *sips soda*

Jen: "Nothing much. Come here, have seat."

You shrug and sit down with the three girls.

Nikki: "You gonna share that?"

Y/N: "Sure." *hands soda to Nikki* "So, what'd you girls wanna talk about that's so important?"

Caitlin: "Well, we've been thinking a lot and... we have something we need to tell you, Y/N."

Y/N: "Okay, I'm all ears." *thinks* "I know where this is going, I can see it in their eyes... and in their hearts."

Jen: "Y/N... years ago, when we first met you, that was the happiest moment of our lives. I've never forgotten how brave you were when you saved me from being bullied by that jerk boy who kept throwing rocks at me and how you always made me feel beautiful. Both inside and out, like I was somebody very special. Then, when you left for the states, it felt like a hole had opened up inside of me."

Nikki: "Same here. Life just wasn't the same without you. You were okay with me being myself around others, no matter how much of a dork I felt while doing it. At first, it felt like I had found the perfect brother, but then... while you were out in the states, I began to see you in a whole new light and felt something stronger. Now... I see you as more than a brother... but as a man, a very handsome man."

Caitlin: "And while I haven't really known you for as long as Jen and Nikki has, I still feel like I can trust you to lift my spirits. The way you're always going out of your way to try and help your friends and even sometimes make us laugh, it says a lot about you. I don't think I've ever met a boy as more charming, cute, handsome, smart, strong... and so dependable as you, it's like... you're the one."

Y/N: "The one?"

Jen: "Yeah, what she means to says is..."

All 3 girls: "We love you, Y/N."

And there it is... the moment you predicted.

Y/N: *smiles warmly* "You girls... I... can't even begin to describe... how happy this makes me."

Nikki: "That's not the only thing we wanted to tell you."

Caitlin: "You see, we kinda talked it over last night before going to sleep and when we found out we all liked you, well... things kinda spiraled out of control at first."

Jen: "Yeah, we all got kinda pissy with each other because we were trying to debate which of us fell in love with you first and whoever was first would be your girlfriend."

Y/N: "Say what now? You fight over who my girlfriend is supposed to be and I don't get a say in the matter?"

Jen: "Sorry, *giggles nervously* we kinda got carried away last night, but in the end, we came to a compromise."

Nikki: "We know you don't like hurting others, so we've decided that if you'd like, we'll be more than happy to share you. So in other words, instead of having just one girlfriend..."

Caitlin: "You can choose to have 3!"

Y/N: *astonished* "Wow... this, I was not expecting. Heh... girls, I don't know what to say."

Jen: "It's all up to you, Y/N. We just want you to be happy, since you've already made us happy."

Y/N: "Well, alright. In that case... come here, girls!" 

You cause them all to yelp as you pull them all in for a group hug, making Jen and Caitlin giggle by your affections.

Y/N: "I can only imagine how the guys are going to react when they find out about this."

Nikki: "Oh, I can guess how Jonesy's gonna react."

Caitlin: "At least now that you're in a relationship, Wyatt will know who else he can turn to for dating advice."

Jen: "True, you do give some pretty useful advice."

Y/N: "Sometimes I do. Like this one time, some bully back at my old school tried to force me to buy him a drink, but I told him "pull your tongue out of your mouth and wring out the spit." And he did NOT like that one bit, but it was absolutely hilarious!"

Nikki: "Guess you don't shit from other bullies, huh?"

Y/N: "Not when you've got the martial arts discipline to back up your talk... which I do."

Caitlin: "When did you start taking lessons?"

Y/N: "Since I was a kid. Probably when I was 7 or 8. I worked extra hard to get to where I am."

Jen: "Nice. Well anyways, now that you know how we feel, how about we all head back and grab some grub?"

Y/N: "You had me a grub."

Nikki: "Oh, and one more thing."

Y/N: "Yeah? What's up, Nix?"

Suddenly, she grabs your cheeks and HOOO!!! She pulls you in for a big smooch right on the lips. And ooh, a little tongue action, too. Aaaand now Jen and Caitlin are pouting again.

Nikki: *smug* "How was that?"

Y/N: "Woo!!! You don't mess around."

Jen: "Nikki!!! He was supposed to be MY first kiss!"

Caitlin: "Your first kiss?! That was supposed to be MY first kiss!"

Nikki: "Sorry girls, but I just couldn't stop myself."

Caitlin: "No fair! You know what?!"

Now Caitlin's pulling you in for a kiss and her soft, warm lips touch yours, blowing your mind.

Caitlin: "That... is how you do it!"

Jen: "NO! *pulls you away form Caitlin* This is how you do it!" *she gazes up at you, smiling with half-lidded eyes*

Y/N: *thinks* "Okay... that's hot."

Now, this time, you make your move and press your lips onto hers all on your own. Mostly because you don't want them pulling any neck muscles out of place. Once you got done, you pull away and then Jen giggled and squealed as if she was triumphant.

Jen: "Eat that, girls! I let HIM make the first move! THAT is how you score a first kiss!"

Nikki: "Oh, is that right? Well then, if that's how you wanna play it, then why don't we ask Y/N who was the better kisser?"

Caitlin: "Sounds good to me! Hey, Y/N, what do you---"

She pauses only for all three girls to find you sneaking away.

Nikki: *squinting her eyes at you* "Get him, girls."

Y/N: *your inside voice* "Run."

Well, there you go, being chased and hunted down by your 3 new girlfriends, but hey... who's to say they're not the only girlfriends you'll be having in your life? One thing's for sure, though, things are gonna start taking a serious turn, whether it's for better... or worse. Either way, try to survive this love square, lover boy.
