(Sonic's POV)

Here we are on a bioluminescent jungle planet; kinda like pandora with the Na'vi people. I gotta admit it's very beautiful to how mostly every type of plant glow at night. And also, creatures too like the pink butterflies we see glow beautifully.

"Guys, focus here. I know it's very magical and all but we gotta find that crazy lunatic. He could be feral right now for a few days or weeks on this planet." Shadow said, walking through the thick glowing bushes.

"For a smart guy it may be impossible for him to go feral." Amy said.

"Survivalists get paranoid and mostly feral when it comes to facing danger, sis." Shadow said.

"Okay." Amy nodded.

I then noticed Silver reaching for some fruit using his powers to pick it from above, "Don't criticize me. Thank you." Silver said, he knew we were gonna criticize him about eating but he beat us to it, "I have a very fast metabolism." He ate his fruit.

"You sure what you're eating is safe?" I asked.

"Positively safe." Silver said, but then his pupils grew in size, as if he got high.

"I think you had enough." I said.

"I agree with you." Silver threw the eaten fruit, "Goddamn it! I just ate in one bite!"

"Well, if you ate more it could have gotten worse. This fruit could be very addicting." I said.

"I hope my stomach digests fast" Silver groaned.

My ears perked up that I hear wings flapping, vicious roar of a carnivore, and that it's coming this way.

"Shads, what predators are on this planet?" I asked.

We saw what looked like a dragon-like wolf with blind eyes.

"That's a canine flyer! They have infrared sensors in their eyes! They can only see body heat! We should go now!" Shadow ran in the jungle.

"On it!" We ran away from it.

"How are we supposed to outrun it if it sees our body heat like a snake?!" Silver asked while running.

"You see Predator? When covered in mud we'll be unnoticed." I said.

We stopped at the waterfall which is 40 feet high, "Or jump down in the water which will reduce heat in our bodies?!" Silver asked.

"I can't swim that good!" I panicked.

"No time! JUMP!" Shadow jumped.

I gulped and jumped 40 ft. down into the water with the team with a loud splash and we swam up to the surface for air. Shit! It's so cold!

"BRRRRRR!!!" I looked up and the creature was gone.

"Is everyone okay?" Shadow asked as he got out of the water.

"Yeah, at least the cold water reduced our body heat a little, the creature didn't see or sensed our body heat." Silver said, squeezing the water off his long hair.

"That was kinda fun jumping 40 ft down in the water." Amy said, shivering a little.

"Man, it's very ice cold. Let's never do that again. But thankfully we have nocturnal eyes to see in the dark because hedgehogs are mostly nocturnal animals." I said, sitting on the rock so I can wait for myself to dry up.

"You're right, I haven't noticed. I just thought it's the bioluminescence making us see." Silver said.

"It's beautiful." Amy looked around.

"As long as danger isn't lurking." I said.

We continue walking through the bioluminescent jungle to find Starline but so far, we haven't found him yet. I hate the patience but I can't leave my teammates behind because they don't have speed like me.

I felt Amy hold my hand through the walk, "Relax Ames. It's nothing to fear here." I assured her.

"The only thing I fear is if we get separated." Amy said.

"Silver, fly around to get a good view but keep away from that creature." I instructed Silver.

"Ok then." He flew up above the trees.

"Amy and Shadow, keep a lookout. Who knows if these creatures can camouflage or something? Things are gonna get very ugly." I said, grabbing a bamboo stick as a weapon to defend myself.

"Alright." Shadow and Amy did as I told them.

I too searched for danger. My ears can hear a very quiet creature, running on two legs, a sound of a dinosaur, I'm guessing raptors. They are not very big I can tell.

"Looks like I got an ugly son of a bitch that wants to come and play me as a chew toy." I smirked and from the distant I can see a creature that really looks like a raptor coming towards me, "Come to daddy." I dared it.

"CRAWR!!!" It lunges at me and tried to bite me but I was too fast.

"Sharpen that big ass teeth, big boy!" I whacked him with my bamboo staff.

"Two speedsters, one alpha. We are getting know each other." I taunted that alien monster.

Then another raptor appeared and used its claw at me, "AAAAGH!!!"

"Sonic!" Silver flew down and pushes the creatures away using a psychic blast to scare them away.

They yelped in fear and they think they are no match for Silver's powers, so they ran off deep in the jungle.

"You okay Sonic?" Silver asked, helping me up.

"Just a scratch." I said.

"An aggressive scratch I see." Silver corrected me.

"I'll live." I replied.

Shadow and Amy ran back to us, "We just heard a scream. What happened?" Amy asked.

"Just a scratch." I said, showing the wound from the raptor creature.

"Are you kidding me? That scratch looks very aggressive and very pissed off that it wants your blood to escape your body and let infections in!" Amy was horrified by that.

Later we patched up the wound. She was right, it was very painful that I lied that I was not okay. I hate showing my weakness to a woman in front of me but she seems to care about my well-being the same way I do for her.

"Ahhh..... better." I sighed in relief.

"Why does it look like I have to be your princess in shining armor this time?" Amy asked, slightly annoyed at how childish I am without analyzing the situation before fighting a monster.

"You know me as the cocky speed devil." I replied.

"Anyways, while you were dancing around with raptors, I saw what looks like smoke or something. It could be Starline but from my sharp hearing he obviously and literally lost his mind for who knows how long he's been trapped on this planet." Silver explained.

"It's been weeks" Amy said.

"My sharp hearing also warns me that he has darts to shoot. Poison or any type of side effects it can do. So be alert at all times." Shadow said, grabbing a fruit nearby to use its juice like paint on his face like a tribe hunter.

"How can you be sure?" I spoke too soon, an arrow landed near us and there was Starline, his coat missing its sleeves and he had a bandana on his head.

"So much for the element of surprise. Look out! Look out!" Shadow dodged the glowing bioluminescent darts by hiding behind a tree.

"Did you think you could get rid of me?!" Starline yelled.

"More like we got rid of your ugly face and replaced it with insanity!" I dodged the darts.

"I'll show you four who's insane!" Starline shoots some more darts.

"Stop shooting at us!" Silver stopped the darts with his telekinesis, "Are you crazy?!"

"This is for sending me here!!!" Starline screamed.

He shot a dart at Silver in the arm, "OW!! Fuck!" He cringed and pulled the dart out but something made him feel woozy and dizzy.

"Silver! Are you okay?" Shadow rushed towards his aid.

"I feel.....Oh, no! Aggressive and savage! Agh! Guys, find a pink flower that glows for an antidote!" Silver held his head with aggression, "Run before I..." He tried to say but he lost himself like an animal going savage with aggressive hunting instinct for survival, "GRRRRRRR!!!!!"

"GO! GO! GO! He can't help himself!" Shadow ran in the deep bioluminescent jungle as we followed him.

"Good luck getting away from your savage teammate!" Starline laughed and disappeared in the dark jungle.

"Toxic flower pheromones. I should've known." I said.

"We better get as far away from Silver to find the antidote!" I ran with Amy.

"Amy and I will find the pink flower, you distract him!" Shadow suggested.

"Why me?!" I asked.

"Because you're fast! Now do it now because I hear him coming from tree to tree like a crazy ass monkey!" Shadow said.

"Alright then. But hurry!" I lured Silver to another direction.
