3 weeks later

The whole house was filled with excitement and there was a smile on everyone's face. The whole house felt alive with chatter as everyone in the house rushed around, carrying different boxes, plates, decorations to finish up preparations.

Bani-Hayee bhabhi...aap kitni sundar lag rahi hein...Mahir bhai toh aaj apni nigahein hata hi nahi payege aap par se.
(Bela smiles)

Bela-You look stunning too! Trust me, Veer is going to have a hard time resisting himself

Bani - Bhabhi..!

Bela. Chuckles.

Riddhima - Accha hum sab bahar arrangements dekhkar aate hein...tum dono tab tak rest karo...alright.. Waise bhi aaj kafi eventful hone wala hein.

(Veer and Bani had even called Riddhima and Vansh on their sangeet. There old bond was slowly replenishing. Bani also spoke about their friendship with Veer and got to know that they were not just friends but cousins. Veer 's father and Vansh's father were cousins. For a second Bani wondered how greed for money and power was making people so evil, how it makes them forget about relations and their purity.)

Roshni - Riddhima bhabhi aap bhi rest kijiye.. Bahar mein dekhkar aati hu.

(Roshni was Vansh's small sister. She was very cheerful and everybody instantly liked her.)

(Veer was also getting ready on the other side of the floor. He was dressed in a black Pathan suit. He sees the girls leave. This was his moment to steal a glance of her. He went at the other corner of the house with his boy gang.

He goes and stops near the edge of the door. Peeking in, he could only see her back. She was dressed in a white saree and her angelic beauty was drawing him towards herself. Mahir also looks at Bela who was looking beautiful. They start moving towards them. That's when the girls return. )

Riddhima- Excuse meee aap dono! Kahaan chale? (she says, raising her eyebrows)

Veer- Woh...main chalta hu... (All the girls laugh.)

Mahir - Haan.. Main bhi

Vivaan - Arey Bhai.. Haq hein aap dono ka.. (He says acting all brave )

Roshni- Bani di lagta hai aapke dilwaale apni dulhaniya ko bohot jaldi le jaane ke mood main hein.

(She says and Vivaan looks at her.Her mere look infatuated him. She looked adorable in a green salwar kameez but her smile was something which captured his heart instantly)

Veer - Ye bhi gaya.. (He says and the boys laugh except for Vansh of course)

Vansh pats on Vivaan's back and he turns.

Vansh - Meri behen hein.. (He says with a murderous smile )

Vivaan - Humein chalna chahiye..

Veer - Arey kyun.. Tu toh bade haq ki baat kar raha tha. .. Kyun Mahir?

Mahir - Bilkul..

They laugh and Vivaan goes away followed by them.

( Veer,Bani,Mahir and Bela later come down come down. The whole mood was set. The decorations were gorgeous and the entire place felt nothing short of the wedding vibe.Mahir and Veer were gazing at the love of their lives who were looking absolutely stunning.)

The music plays.

(Vansh and Riddhima start dancing to the beat of the music. He pulls her closer, making sure she is comfortable. They both groove with the music. Vansh had always felt that Riddhima was his destiny and everything which she embraced was beautiful. Now she had given him the best gift of his life. Their baby.)
(Everybody cheers for the duo.They then pull Veer and Bani on the dance floor)

Bani and Veer sway with the music. They were indeed an example of a perfect couple, very different from each other yet perfect in their own way.
Both of them dance wholeheartedly, enjoying each other and their family's company. They danced like there was no tomorrow, smiling and giggling, enjoying every bit of this beautiful moment.
Veer was singing the lyrics and as soon as the word sweetheart came he pulled Bani closer giving her a wink.
Sweetheart, this endearment had turned very special for Bani.

Kaise main kahun shukriya

(Vivaan and Roshni walk onto the dance floor and start dancing. They indeed looked like a very cute couple . They then pull Bela and Mahir on the dancefloor)

Lagta hai shaadi ghar mein
Uske aane se jaise
Chal ke aayi hai khushkismati

Mahir and Bela move with the music. Their fingers interlocked. Their eyes filled with emotions. Mahir pulls Bela closer to him. She blushes and Mahir smiles.

They both groove to the song. Bela places her hands around his neck while he holds her waist. They both smile at each other, taking is as much as they can of the moment...

Mahir and Beal later were energetically dancing, enjoying the music and each other's company. While the rest of them were cheering for them.

Saari mehfil ki woh jaan bani hai

Next Arnav, Veer and Bela had a face off with Bani and Mahir.
Seeing Arnav so happy brought a smile on everybody's face.
Bani had had tucked her saree 's pallu while dancing. Veer smartly pulls it's out while coming down, as his fingers brushes her stomach slightly. Bani stays still for a second while Veer chuckles looking at her reaction.

Manyata's smile was reflecting how happy she was for. They even pulled her onto the dance floor along with Andy and sumitra. They danced with all the 90's ki aada.

Veer and Bani were dancing enthusiastically, cherishing the moment. This was indeed one of the best moments of their lives, something which would have a place in their hearts forever.They wanted to stay in this moment forever.

Wah wah ji
Wah wah kya baat hai

(They even pull Veer and Vansh onto the dance floor. Both of them dance in the iconic govinda and Mithun styles. Everybody looks at both of them dancing like Jay and Veeru and chuckle.Bani and Riddhima were very happy witnessing the duo.)

(The music stops and everybody hoots. They were all one big happy family.)

Next day

(Bela and Bani were getting ready.The girls were in the farmhouse while the guys we're in singhania mansion.Bani was dressed in a yellow saree and only had to put on her floral jewelry. Bela was ready in a yellow lehenga with her floral pieces of jewelry.

They got done with the haldi ceremony and returned to their room.

Thats when they hear a knock at the window Veer jumps in. She moves back, startled.

Veer - Hello Behena !

Bela- Veer!? Tum yahan?

(Bani immediately turns to the other side)

Bani- Veer!! Shaadi se pehele hum ek dusre ko nahi dekh sakte!

Veer - Sweetheart... (He takes a step forward)

Bela - Main chalti hu...and Bani tum mere iss besabar bhai ko handle karo. (She chuckles and leaves)

Veer - Arey tum kaha chali...main tumhare liye bhi gift laya hu. Aaiye giftji !!

Bela - Gift!?

Mahir (below the window) - Abb mujhe uthaoge bhi...ya marne warne ka iraada hein?

(Veer gives Mahir a hand and he gets in. Bela immediately turns.)

Bela - Mahirji aap bhi! (she facepalms herself) Chaliye mere saath!

(She peeps outside of the door to see if anyone was there and takes Bela to her room.)

Bani - Tum meri ek bhi baat nahi maante Veer! (She says pouting like a child in anger.)

(She was still turned and Veer walk towards her. They both were able to see each other in the mirror.)

Veer - Maine konsi baat nahi mani?

Bani- Na dekhne ki baat.

Veer-Arey, toh main tumhe kaha dekh raha hu? Main toh tumhare aks ko, tumhari reflection ko dekh raha hu...

Bani-Very smart!

Veer - I know! (Hugging her from back, he kisses her cheek)

Bani - Waise tum aur bhai kabse itne nazdeek aagaye.. I still remember those days jab tum dono ek dusre ko glares diya karte the..

Veer - Glares behen ke boyfriend ko diya karte the aur bonding humne apne respective sale saheb se karli.

Bani - Ohhoo...

Veer - Waise tumne puri rasam karwali par ek cheez abhi missing hein..

Bani - Kya..?

Veer takes some haldi and puts it on her nose.

Bani - Kya kar rahe ho Veer.. (She says laughing)

Veer - Abb jiske rang mein rangne wali ho.. Ussi ke hathon haldi nahi lagwayi tumne.. So yeah.. (He says with a mischievous smile)

Bani- Accha aese baat hein.. (Bani then puts haldi on his cheek through her cheek).. Tab toh baat dono side se barabar ki honi chahiye..

Veer smiles while he keeps looking at him through the reflection, admiring him.

Bani - Ek baat bolu Veer..

Veer - Haan bolo..

Bani - Please mera bharosa kabhi mat todna.. Mera yakeen nahi todna.

She says being all serious all suddenly. Veer felt like something was off with her suddenly.

Veer - Kabhi nahi sweetheart. I love you and tumhare yakeen mujhpar main kabhi nahi tutne dunga.

Bela and Mahir reach the room .

Bela- Mahirji.. Aap bhi na.. Koi dekhega toh kya sochega

Mahir(hugging her from back) - Yahi ki main apni honewali biwi ke bina ek minute bhi nahi reh sakta.

Bela- Aap bhi na..sach mein pagal hein.

Mahir- Tumhare pyar mein.

Bela - Accha waise Mahirji.. Hum Vikrant ko shaadi main bula rahe hein ya nahi.. (She says teasing him)

Mahir - Usko kyun bulana hein..

Bela - Aapko smell aa rahi hein.. (She says sniffing)

Mahir - Kya..?

Bela - Kuch jalne ki.. (She giggles)

Bela tries running away but Mahir holds her. Both of them were just inches apart.Thats when bela puts haldi on Mahir's cheek and tries running away again.

Mahir-(holding her) Itni jaldi bhi kya hein Jaan..

(He moves closer to her and puts haldi on her cheeks through his cheek. Bela's heartbeat increases as soon as their skin touch. )

Bela -Mahirji...

(Mahir doesn't stop. He further takes haldi from the bowl and puts it on her hands . He moves towards the crook of her neck and kisses her.

He turns Bela around. Bela was still looking downwards feeling very shy. )

(Mahir then takes the haldi and puts it on her waist while pulling her closer to him. Bela breathes rapidly, her gaze still at Mahir.

Mahir then moves forward to kiss her when somebody knocks on the door. )

Manyata - Bela beta..

Bela - MAA!

Bela - Aap chup jaiye..

Mahir - Par kahan..?

Bela-Bathroom mein abhi..
Ghussiye...warna pata nahi woh kya sochegi..(She pushes him in the washroom and opens the door for manyata)

Manyata - Bela beta woh.. Arey tum abhi tak nahayi nahi..

Bela - Bas maa ja hi rahi thi..

Manayata - Ye tumhare chehre ko kya hua?

Bela - Kya..?

Manyata - Peela se zyada lal lag raha hein.. Koi allergic reaction toh nahi hogaya..

Bela - Na.. Nahi maa aesa kuch nahi hein.. (That's when something falls in the bathroom)

Manyata - Ye aawaz kaisi?

Bela - Maa.. Kuch gir gaya hoga.. Aap ye toh bataiye ki aap bolne kya aai thi..?

Manyata - Arey haan main toh woh bhul hi gayi.. Woh tum jaldi tayar hokar niche aajo.. Panditji muhurat nikalne ke liye aane wale hein..

Bela - Okay maa..

Manyata- Par andar.. (She peeks inside)

Bela-(covering her view) Andar kuch nahi hein Maa aap jaiye... Main aati hu..

Bela sighs as Manyata leaves.

(Bela goes inside and sees Mahir standing in the washroom.)

Bela- Aap bhi na Mahirji .. Aawaz karna zaruri tha.. Maa ko pata chal jata toh..?

(she takes a step forward but slips in the water, Mahir tries holding her waist from one hand while his other hand goes on the knob of the shower and it opens, soaking both Mahir and Bela in it.)

(Mahir and bela keep looking at each other, while the water keeps falling on them.Mahir tucks the locks falling on her face behind her ear.He slowly traces his fingers on her cheeks and then on her lips. Bela's grip tightens on his shirt. She keeps looking at him with anticipation. Mahir then kisses Bela passionately. This kiss was bridging all the gaps.Both of them were lost in each other.)

Next day

All the girls go for the mehndi ceremony.

Bela and Bani were sitting together

Mehndi wali - Konsa letter likhna hein Mam?

Bela - M(she says with a smile)

Mehndi wali - Madam aur aapp..?

She asks but Bani doesn't answer. It's as if she was lost in her own thought process.

Bela - Bani..

Bani - Ha.. Haan..

Bela - Kahan khoyi huyi ho..?

Bani - Wohh.. Main..

Bela - Dekho woh tumse pehela letter puch rahi hein..

Bani - V (she says with a feeble smile)

Bela could sense that something was upsetting Bani. She thought of questioning her after these rituals got done.

Later that evening.

Bani went back to her room and got a voice call from Veer.

Veer - Hello honewali gharwali..

Bani - Hii Veer..

Veer - Itna rukha sukha Hii.. Matlab bande ka dil hi tod diya..

Bani gives a soft laughter.

Veer - So humein mehndi dekhne ko milegi ya nahi..

Bani - Nahi.. Manyata masi ne sakht mana kiya hein..

Veer - Thik hein mat dikhao.. Waise bhi mujhe pata hein ki mehndi ka rang gehra hi hoga.. Tumhara pati tumse itna pyar jo karta hein..

Bani - Zindagi jeene ke liye bas pyar aksar kafi nahi hota hein...

Veer - Kya...?

Bani - Kuch nahi.. Good night.

Veer - Areyy..accha suno ..

Bani - Bolo..

Veer - I love you!

Bani - Goodnight.(She says and cuts the call)

Veer - Arey jawab bhi nahi diya.. Mujhe akdu bulati hein par khud bhi kuch kam hein nahi..Pagal ..Bas kuch waqt aur... (He says with a smile )

Guy - And the countdown begins... (The guy says with an evil laughter)
