Next morning

Bani was getting ready to meet Arnav. They had decided to meet somewhere outside and Bani didn't complain as she wasn't ready to face Veer. She was feeling a voidness in her heart. Suppressing her emotions she leaves from her house and reaches the same park where she had met Arnav and the new side of Veer.

Arnav - Angel.. Tum aagayi.. (He says with a smile)

Bani - Haa dost (she says with a smile hiding her pain)

Arnav - Angel... Ye lo chocolates.. Main especially apne hisse se lekar aaya hu.

Bani - Thank you Dost (she says with a soft smile)

Arnav - Ek baat puchu..

Bani - Haa puchiye na..

Arnav - Tum aur Veer katti ho kya ek dusre se?

Bani -(a bit shocked from his question) Na.. Nahi Dost.. Par aap ye kyun puch rahe hein?

Arnav - Veer kal bohot sad tha... aur woh bas sad tab hi hota hein jab usse koi bohot close usse katti karle..

Bani - Veer..

(The name rolls out of her mouth as her heart gets filled with mixed feelings. Yesterday after seeing Veer beating Jay that brutally she was shocked and a bit terrified by this side of his. She would have panicked if it was some unknown person too.Moreover Jay was her friend,atleast thats what she considered him as unknown of his disgusting mindset.

She did ask Veer Why he did that.. And he didn't answer it clearly.. So she got confused and angry and vented out all her emotions. In their very first meet Veer had sent Bani to Jail over a misunderstanding and practically threatened her to take her job later on...she hated him at that moment but then after spending time with him Bani had started discovering that Veer wasnt the heartless guy which he portrays himself as but again his hot and cold behavior have been hurting and affecting her very much. So she is vented it all out yesterday.

Jab koi apna dard pohouchata hein toh gussa bhi zyada aata hein aur takleef bhi zyada hoti hein.

And somehow we always end up hurting people that we love.)

Arnav - Kahan kho gayi Angel..?

Bani - Na.. Nahi kuch nahi Dost.. Chaliye andar chalte hein..

They get inside And they find the same kids over there who were present their on the very first day. Arnav starts playing with them and suddenly memories hit Bani. Veer playing with those kids, their dance and their banters, everything was playing in her mind. She was feeling very dejected as yesterday's memories were clashing with the present ones.
She suddenly gets a call.

Bani -Hello..

Guy- Hello.. Am I talking to Ms Bani?

Bani-Yes, can I know Who I am speaking to?

Guy- Bani I am Ritesh, Jay's friend. Can you come to the hospital please.. Actually Jay ki tabiyat bohot kharab hein.. And yahaan uska koi hein bhi nahi.. So please can you?

Bani - Yeah.. Yeah.. Sure.. I am coming.

(Bani cuts the call. She was feeling guilty. She felt everything that happened to Jay was her fault.She decides to leave immediately)

Bani- Dost!!

Arnav -Haa Angel (he comes towards Bani)

Bani- Dost I am sorry par mujhe abhi jana hoga.. Kuch bohot urgent hein.. Mera ek friend hospital mein hein.. Toh isiliye..

Arnav - Okay Angel.. Aur ye lo.. Ye candy apne friend ko de dena.. Dard gayab hojayega ..

Bani smiles

Bani -Okay Dost par aap gussa toh nahi ho na?

Arnav - Nahi Angel (he says with a goofy smile)

Bani - Chaliye aapko Car tak drop kar deti hu..
Arnav follows her.

Bani - Raj uncle (driver) aap Arnav Bhai ko ghar chod dijiye .

Raj - Ji beta..

Arnav gets inside the car and Bani leaves.

The driver suddenly gets a call and he goes towards a corner. Meanwhile a kid comes near the car.

Kid - Arnav Bro.. Chalo na khelna

Arnav - Tu ja mujhe abhi ghar jana hein..

Kid - Arey please Bro chal na..

Arnav sneaks out of the car while the driver was busy on the call.

Bani reaches at the hospital.

Bani - Jay..

(She looks Jay's eye which was black and swollen along with his neck which had a collar around it. His head was bandaged.
He looked pathetic.)

Jay - Ba.. Bani..

Bani - Jay.. You will get well soon.. Don't worry.I am sorry about whatever happened...

Jay - You don't have to apologize Bani..

(He says holding Bani's hand but Bani felt a bit uncomfortable by his touch and she pulls her hand back in a subtle manner. )

Jay - I don't even know.. Why he did that to me (he says with his crocodile tears).. I care so much about you Bani.. I can't even imagine hurting you.

Bani - I know Jay.. You are just like Mahir Bhai for me.. You can never hurt me.
Jay shuts his mouth and Ritesh controls his laughter.

Bani - Abb main chalti hu.. Tumhein koi bhi help chahiye toh i will be there for you. (She says with a small smile)..

Jay - Bani ek chota sa help chahiye tha..

Bani - Haa bolo Jay..

Jay - Tum.. Mere liye canteen se meri favourite coffee la sakti ho.. Tumhein toh pata hein na Ritesh ko koi idea nahi hein.. So please..

Bani - Okay Jay..

Bani leaves to get the coffee while Jay smirks.

Veer was in his torture cell and venting out his anger on this bastard who was selling women on Veer's name.

Goon - Sir... Please.. Chod dijiye... Mere bache hein..

Veer - Tune jin bachiyon ko becha woh kisiki betiyan thi... Unn maa bapon ke dard ko tu samjh sakta hein.

Goon - Sir.. Please..

Veer - Unn ladkiyon ne bhi aese tujhe madad mangi hogi.. Tune ki (he says kicking him as he falls on the chair)
The goon shivers as his end was standing in front of him.

Veer - Aurat ki izzat karna aur kabhi kisi ko dhoka na dena, meri maa ne mujhe ye do chheze sikhaiyi thi. Aur tune aaj woh usul toda hei.. Toh tere jeene ka kya faida.

(Veer directly shoots this guy on his head and now his lifeless body was in front of Veer.)

Veer - Vivaan.. Body aesi milni chahiye jaise accident hua ho.. Taki iske family ko insurance ke paise mil paye aur unn ladkiyon ko jald jald se chudwane ki koshish karo..

Vivaan - Yes sir!

Veer gets a call from one of their drivers.

Driver - Si... Sir.. (He says shivering)

Veer - Kya hua hein..? (He says in a calm yet deadly tone)

Driver - Si.. Sir woh Arnav sir nahi mil rahe hein!

Veer - VIVAAN! Car nikalo jaldi...

Vivaan takes Veer to the location which the tracker showed but it took them to the same spot where the driver was.
Veer gets down from the car in a panicking manner.

Veer - BHAI KAHAN HEIN? (He says holding the collar of the driver)

Vivaan - Sir.. Ye.. Arnav Bhai ka watch..

(He calls him out showing the watch on the ground)

Veer leaves the drivers collar in a violent manner.

Veer - Vivaan tum uss taraf jao aur main dusri taraf jata hu aur tum (he says to the driver) wapis se pura park check karo.

They go in their respective directions. Veer was searching here and there madly. He was extremely concerned. His only weakness was his family and he was concerned that some people might take advantage of this situation. The driver assigned to him was also his bodyguard and after he finds about Arnav's whereabouts, he was in no mood to spare him.

With each minute Veer's concern was increasing. He hears a temple's bell and looks in its direction. Veer's faith in God was over after everything that he witnessed in his life. His toxic father, his mothers death, the incident with Arnav and his dark world had left no scope for it.

Veer (in mind) - Aapne mujhse mera sab kuch humesha se cheena hi hein par mere bhai ko main aapko mujhse cheene nahi dunga.. Main apne bhai ko bachaunga bina aapke samne hath jode. (He says with moist eyes that were filled with agony)

He moves forward , looking here and there and finally looks at a figure in between the road. The vehicles crossing him while the person seemed scared and lost. It was Arnav.

Veer - BHAI!!

Arnav looks in Veer's direction. The horror in Arnav's eyes along with his tear stained cheeks was hurting Veer's hurt and he was in no mood to spare the person responsible for it. Arnav starts running in Veer's direction and at the same time a car was coming full fledged in his direction. Veer runs swiftly in his direction. The car was about to hit Arnav when Veer holds his hand and both of them fall at the other end.

Veer - Bhai aap thik hein..? (He says looking at Arnav who was panicking)

Arnav - Veer khoon..! (He says looking at Veer whose head had hit something and it was bleeding along with few scratches)

Veer - I am okayy bhai.. (That's when Vivaan comes from the other end )

Vivaan - Sir.. Bhai.. (He helps them get up and take them to Singhania mansion)

They reach Singhania mansion. Veer and Vivaan take Arnav to his room. Arnav was still shivering. Veer pacifies him.

Arnav - Veer.. I got scared..

Veer - It's okay Bhai.. Main hoon na..

Arnav finally sleeps but the devil in Veer had awakened. Yes, when it came to his family and people who try hurting them Veer was a ruthless devil. Veer along with Vivaan reach the study room.

Vivaan - Sir.. Aapne first aid..

Veer shows his hand to stop Vivaan from speaking further.

Veer - Why was Bhai there?

Vivaan - Sir.. Actually..

Veer - GET TO THE POINT DAMMIT!

Vivaan - Sir.. Arnav Bhai Bani se milne gaye the..

Veer face suddenly gets covered with a placid expression. He picks his phone and makes a call to Bani.

In hospital

Ritesh - Jay.. Tere dimaag main chal kya raha hein?

Jay smirks . He was about to answer when Bani's phone rang. Bani had forgot her phone in his room while going to bring the coffee. Jay got another evil plan in his mind. He picks the call.

Veer (on call ) - Bani...

Jay - Bani dekho tumhara phone baj raha hein.. Babyy.. Kaha tha na tumhe silent par rakhne.. Sab humare pyar ke dushman hein matlab.. (He says and cuts the call )

Ritesh - Ye tune kya kiyaaa??

Jay gives an evil smirk.

Veer drops the phone . He gritted his teeth while he clenched his fist with the anger building in him. Vivaan was noticing Veer and he knew that things were going to take a deadly turn now.

Bani was returning with the coffee but that's when she hears something which fills her with anger and guilt.

Ritesh - Tu kya kar raha hein.. Kyun kar raha hein.. Mujhe kuch samjh mein nahi aaraha hein.

Jay - Bhai ye sab samjhne ke liye Jay Mathur jaisa dimaag hona chahiye , jo bohot rare hein. Woh kya hein na ki uss din woh Veer Singhania bohot uchal raha tha..gusse main dekh mere handsome chehre ka kya haal kar diya.. I mean is that girl even worth it..

Ritesh - Tune bola kya tha..?

Jay - Kuch nahi bas yehi ki kaise uss Bani se badla lene ke liye main usse pyar ka natak karunga, aur jab woh iss jaal main phas jayegi tab uske jism ko apna banakar.. Usse apni zindagi se out kar dunga... Masterplan you see.. Par uss Veer ko bich main ghusna tha.. Toh dekh maine kya kiyaa..

Ritesh - Par Bhai woh Veer Singhania hein..mafia.. Tujhe dar nahi lagta..

Jay - Naa.. Kyunki ladai hum dono ke bich abb rahegi hi nahi.. Ladai toh uske aur Bani ke bich hogi... My sweet friend Bani.. College ke time se hi aesi hein.. Usse toh parayon tak ke dukh dene nahi jate.. Toh apne dost ka dard kaise dekhti.. Isiliye janbujhkar maine usse wahan bulaya.. And i am sure my plan worked aur maine jo abhi kiya.. Uske baad toh confirm hi baat badhegi..

That's when the cabin opens and he hears a clapping sounds.

Bani - Wow.. Jayy.. Wow..

Jay - Bani.. (He says in horror)

Bani - Kya hua chup hogaye... Masterplan ke barein mein kuch aur nahi batana..?

Jay - Bani.. Tum woh.. Galat..

(Ritesh starts sneaking away but Bani holds him)

Bani - Arey aap kahaan ja rahe hein? Puri picture sunli aapne.. Climax dekh kar jaiye.. Okay bhaiya..?

Ritesh nods

Bani - Yeah.. So where were we.. Masterplan.. So Jay . . Why don't you continue the story..

Jay - Bani.. Woh

Bani hits on his fracture mightily, making him wince in pain.

Bani - I SAID CONTINUE THE STORY!!

Jay - Yes.. I wanted to do it... Take my revenge... So what...??? You deserve it bitch..

Bani - (pressing his wound even more harder) You know people like you are sick.. Who take rejection like a massive hit on their so called self created male ego. Feelings ka revert back nahi hone se taqleef hoti hein, par agar hum kisi se sacha pyar karte ho toh uss rejection ke wajah se hum unhein tabah karne ko nahi nikal jate.Aur tumne toh mujhse kabhi pyar kiya bhi nahi tha.. Apne iss obsession, lust whatever it is ko pyar ka naam toh.. Kyunki tumhare jaise ghatiya insaan ke muh se pyaar gali lagti hein... Aur kya keh rahe the tum..

Haa Bani bholi hein..Let me enlighten you The great Jay Mathur ki Bani acchon ke sath acchi aur buron ke sath usse bhi zyada buri hein.. Got it (she says giving a last hit on his fracture)

Iss baar toh tumhein galti se Veer se bacha liya par agli baar mere ya kisi bhi ladki ke barein mein itni ghatiya baat sochi toh Veer se pehele main tumhari Jaan le lungi.

(She starts leaving but turns)

Bani - And also a last gift... Tumhare liye (she says and puts some money on his hospital bed ) .. Tumhara kaam aayega..

Jay - Matlab..?

Bani - Matlab ki ye... (She says and throws the hot coffee directly on his face)

Jay - Ahhh..

Bani - Oops.. Galti se fisal gaya.. Hospital charges meri taraf se .

(She says and leaves)

One week had passed. Bani was completely consumed in guilt. Veer had left the office, so she couldn't talk to him there. She even spoke to Bela and she told her that Veer since few days was completely engrossed in his work. There was an unsettling feeling in her heart. She really wanted to apologize to him. As she was lost in her thoughts, she gets a call. It was from Andy.

Bani - Andy Mamu.. Kaise hein aap?

Andy - Main thik hu Baccha.. Tum kaisi ho?

Bani - Main bhi thik hu mamuu.. Shayad...

Andy - Accha yahaan humare ghar koi aaya hua hein!

Bani - Kon?

Andy - Veer...

Bani - Veer!? (She says being very shocked)

Andy - Haan Beta.. I know tum shocked ho.. Aur naraz toh main hu.. Tumne humein sab kuch bataya kyun nahi.. Itna old fashioned manti hu mujhe..?

Bani - Mamu..? (She was confused)

Andy - Veer yahaan rishta lekar aaya hein..

Bani (in mind) - Rishta??.. Ohh Veer zaroor Bhai aur Bela ke barein main baat karne gaya hoga..

Andy - Toh beta tum khush toh ho na..?

Sumitra - Usse kya puch rahe hein obviously khush hogi.. Mahir bhi khush hoga.

Bani hears sumitra speaking from the
other side confirming her doubt.

Andy - Tum chup raho gi..(he tells sumitra)

Bani - Mamu mami ko mat datiye.. Sahi hi toh keh rahi hein.. Main kyun khush nahi hogi.. I am really really happy.

Andy - Toh tumhare taraf se haan hein.. ? Woh engagement issi weekend par karna chhate hein..!

Bani - Agar Mahir bhai ke taraf se haan hein toh mere taraf se bhi Haa hein. Mamu..

Andy - Par ..

Sumitra - Abb kitna baat karenge.. Mehman.. Actually nahi humari hone wali Ameer family .. Wait kar rahi hein.. Chaliye..

(Andy rolls his eyes listening to his greedy wife.)

Andy - Thik hein Beta.. Main chalta hu.. And i am really really happy today.
They cut the call.

Bani (In mind) - I am really happy for Bhai and Bela. And issi party mein main Veer se maafi bhi mangungi... Aage jo woh faisla le mujhe manzoor hoga..

Weekend

Today was the day of the engagement.And all of them leave for Singhania mansion . Singhania was paying for the entire event. Mahir had insisted that he wanted to do it himself but Veer had convinced him saying that just this one event he would like to carry out completely. Mahir respecting the brotherly love of Veer towards Bela agreed to it.

All of them reached the singhania Mansion. Bani eyes we're continuously searching for Veer but she couldn't find him. She almost stumbles near the stairs but Bela holds her.

Bela - Arey rey Bani sambhalke.. Aaj tum gir jaogi toh kaise chalega.. Veer toh ghar ko hi sar par na chada de (she says and chuckles)

Bani - Matlab..? (Before bela could answer Manyata comes there)

Manyata - Bani bacha.. Bela.. Tum dono nahi janti ki main aaj kitni khush hu... (She says and hugs them).. Abb jao dono jaldi se jao tayar ho jao.. Woh dono aate hi honge..

Bani was getting even more confused with everything happening around.

Bela - Chalo Bani... (She holds her hand and takes her upstairs)

Bela - Ye rahi tumhari dress.. Now Go go get ready..

Bani - Accha par pehele main tumhe tayar kardu uske baad..

Bela - Par..

Bani - Please.. (She says with puppy eyes)

Bela - Sahi kehte hein Mahir ji.. Tumhari puppy eyes ke samne kisi ka bhi chalna mushkil hein...

Bani chuckles.

After some time Bela was ready. She looked absolutely gorgeous in her pink lehenga and kundan jewelleries.

Bani - Uff.. Bhabhi..aapko toh kahi meri hi nazar na lag jaye..

Bela blushes.

Bela- Accha abb meri bari hein.. Dekhna aese tayar karungi ki woh toh dekhta hi reh jayega..

Bani - Kon..?

Sumitra - Bela ..meri pyari bahu .. Kitni beautiful lag rahi hein ye jewelries.. Mera matlab hein tumpar kitni beautiful lag rahi hein..

Bela - Thank you aunty..

Sumitra - Aunty.. Abb toh tumhein maa bulana chahiya beta..

Bela - Thank you Maa.

Sumitra - Abb chalo Mahir wait kar raha hoga.

Bela - Haan maa bas Bani ko tayar kardu.. Phir chalte hein..

Sumitra - Arey usse sab kuch khud manage karna aata hein.. Tum chalo na..

Bela - Par Maa. ..

Bani - Bela tum jao.. Main manage kar lungi..

Bela - Okay Bani.. But koi bhi zarurat ho toh turant bula lena.

Bani - Sure(she says with a smile)

After sometime Bani changes and comes out. She wore a cream and orange lehenga. Her hair was left open, complimenting her over all looks. She applied minimal make up and few ornaments. She just had to tie the knots of her blouse. She was trying to tie it but she couldn't do it.Suddenly she felt a pair of hands holding her from back. It was Veer.

Bani - Veer... Tum yahaann..

Veer - Kyun nahi aa sakta..

Bani - Mera matlab hein.. Veer mujhe tumse bohot zaruri baat karni hein.. Uss din ke liye i am really... Sor..

Veer - Shh.. (He says slightly grazing his finger on her lips).. Bohot bolti ho tum. Main madad kardu...

Bani - I will manage.. (She says being a bit intimidated by his gaze)

Veer - Kabhi kabhi madad le leni chahiye sweetheart.. Dusro ki batein sun ni chahiye..

(He says holding the knots while still looking into the mirror. Bani had an awry feeling in her heart. His gaze was different. It felt like something else was playing in his mind. She couldn't comprehend what it was.

He ties the knots . There faces were very close to each other. Bani could feel his breathe on the crook of her neck.There intense eyelock was adding on to the heat clearly building up between them.)

Bani - Veer.. I really want to talk to you about.. And ye chot.. (She says pointing towards the scratch on his head)

(Bani was about to turn but veer holds her, making them remain in the same position)

Veer- Kahan na sweetheart.. Bohot kuch keh diya tumne (he whispers slowly in her ears).. Bohot kuch kar diya.. Abb meri bari hein.. It's my turn now. (He smirks and leaves her)

Bani didn't understand what he meant. She was confused and that gaze.. His gaze was adding on to her worriness.
She comes down and sees Arnav sitting with Mahir. A smile forms on her face, looking at both of them bonding but that's when Bani notices few scratches on Arnav's hand as well.

Bani - Dost aapko ye chot kaise..

Arnav - Woh Angel.. Uss din main unn monster cars ke bich phas gaya tha. .

Bani - Monster car..?

Mahir - Woh Bani.. Jis din tu Arnav se milne gayi thi uss din unka accident hote hote bacha tha.. Driver ko call aagaya and he didn't lock the car... So..

Bani - Omg Bhai it's all my fault I should have made sure that the car left safely.. Why didn't you guys tell me.. It's almost two weeks now.

Mahir - Isiliye nahi bataya tujhe.. Cause you would start blaming yourself. Teri koi galati nahi hei Bani.. Hadsa tha.. And sab thik hein..

Bani - Par bhai.. (She says her eyes filled with tears)

Mahir - Bani please.. Abb ro mat.. specially not aaj..

Bani wipes her tears.

Mahir -Good.. Accha ek baat bata.. You are pakka pakka happy with this na.. Tujhpe koi force toh nahi.. Mere rishte ke wajah se..?

Bani - Nahi Bhai..!
That's when the announcer takes over the Mike.

Announcer- Hello everybody, aaj ki shaam Pyar ke naam hein . Humare pyare couple ke naam. So guys iss shaam ko aur khaas banate hein. Let's welcome our groom and bride to be...

Mr Veer singhania and Ms Bani sharma!!!

The announcer announces and everybody claps while Bani's gets shocked.
It was just the silence before the storm
