Today was the day of vibrant colour and emotions. It was Holi. Khushi was getting ready while her mind was still lingering to yesterday's event.

The way Arnav had made her feel.
Meanwhile Arnav was also getting ready for the celebration while his mind was still thinking about her. Khushi who seemed like a light in his dark world.

Arnav looked at Khushi and pulled her closer giving her a warm smile, melting her heart. He twirls her and their hands fit into each other's

(Khushi turns towards the other side. Arnav holds her waist while her breath becomes uneven. They keep grooving with the music. His fingers lightly brush at her waist and a heat builds up between them. )

Arnav takes a step back but Khushi turns holding his hand, gazing at him.They both move closer to each other and their forehead touches.

The room gets filled with applauses , making Arnav and Khushi to come out of their trans.

Khushi turns listening to his voice.

Arnav - Chale..?

Khushi - Haan chaliye..(She says not looking into his eyes as she was feeling really shy.)

Khushi and Arnav go to the place where the celebrations was being organised.
Khushi was interacting with everyone while she had left Arnav with NK, who was continuous speaking.

NK - Waise nannavji...

Arnav - It's Arnav..

NK - Aap humesha aese gusse main kyun rehti hein..

Arnav - Main gusse main nahi rehti.. Wait a minute.. Main nahi rehta.. What the..!!Tumhare sath rehte rehte... Main pagal ho jaunga..

NK - Waise aap chinta mat kijiye.. Aapka secret safe hein mere pass.. Aap America mein humare company mein ek baar aaye the.. And maine aapko wahan dekha tha.. So I know you.. Waise ye Khushi apne duniya mein rehti hein.. Pata nahi ussne aapko kaise nahi pehchana..

Arnav - Usne mujhe asli mein pehchana hein.. (He says slowly)

Nk - What..?

Arnav - Nothing

NK - Waise Thank you kal aapne sab sambhala..

Arnav - Bigaada bhi maine hi tha.. (He mumble)

NK - Aap itni dheere kyun baat kar rahi hein..

Arnav - Kar rahe hein!

NK - Same thing

Arnav - Really..? (He says glaring at him)

NK - Haan Khushi.. Main aa raha hu.. (He says trying to run away from his side)

Nk leaves. Khushi had not spoken much to Arnav since yesterday.

Arnav - (in mind) Did I do something wrong..?

After sometime everybody were applying colours on each other but Arnav was standing in a corner. It had been a long time since he celebrated Holi and somewhere he wanted to be painted in her colour today.

He was still thinking about her when suddenly someone applied colour on his cheek from behind.

Arnav - What the..!

(He was about to scream on the person but his gaze softens while his tone lowers as he looks at the person. It was khushi.)

Arnav - Khushi ...

Tujhko dekh kar, Tujhko dekh kar Aankhein muskurane lagti hain
Tujhko mill kar Dhadkne gun-gunane lagti hain Aisa hota hai kyun?

Mujhko khabar nahin Pehle kabhi hua, aisa asar nahin!

Khushi - Haan Hum hein... (She says smiling like a child)

Arnav - Tumne mujhe kyun rang lagaya.. Tum toh mujhse baat bhi nahi kar rahi thi..

Khushi - Aapne kaam hi aesa kiya hein.. Ismein humari kya galati hein.. (He agains in a childish tone and Arnav had made it out that somehow Khushi ended up drinking Bhang.)

Arnav - Accha maine kya kiya...

Khushi - Aapne humare dil ke sath kuch kar diya hein.. Aap jab bhi pass hote hein na..

Arnav - Main jab bhi pass hota hu.. Toh..?

Khushi - Aap pass hote hein toh.. (She puts her palms across his cheeks).. Toh humari dhadkane tez ho jati hein.. Aur aapki inn aakhon ko dekh kar pata nahi kya hojata hein humein.. Aesa kabhi hua nahi tha.. Humare sath pehele. ...

Arnav - Mere sath bhi nahi.. (He says tucking her hair behind her ears)

Jo mere dil ke paas hai

Arnav - Abb andar chalo.. Tumne bhang pi rakhi hein..

Khushi - Nahi hum nahi jayenge..

Arnav - Toh phir main tumhe lekar jaunga..

Khushi - Pehele aap humein rang toh lagaiye..

Arnav- Abhi rang hein nahi.. So please let's get inside..

Khushi - Jhuthe.. Rang toh hein !

Arnav - Kahan?

Khushi - Yahaan.. (She says and touches her cheek with his. Arnav was taking a back and right now his heart was beating very fast.)

Arnav - Toh chale abb?

Khushi - Nahi.. Aap hi le chaliye...

Arnav - Khushi!!!

Khushi - Laad governor ji!

Arnav - Mera naam Arnav hein.. (He says as he knew that she wouldn't remember a thing )

Khushi - Arnavji.. (She says with an innocent tone, melting Arnav 's heart. Her voice was like music to his ears. A smile forms on his face)

They reach inside Khushi 's room. Arnav places Khushi on the bed.He kisses Khushi on her forehead as she falls asleep.

Arnav - I really never ever thought that I would fall in love Khushi.. Par tumhare sath unn kuch hi dino main ek gehra rishta sa jud gaya hein.. And I really can't deny my emotions anymore.Tumhein dekh kar maa ki yaaad aati hein.. (He says as he wipes the tear slipping from his eyes)

Next day

Khushi gets up with a pathetic headache. That's when Arnav 's enters inside her room with

Khushi - Aap yahaan kya kar rahe hein?

Arnav -Main nashta laya tha..

Khushi - Par aap..?

Arnav - Come on Khushi.. I thought kal ke baad humare bich itne formalities nahi rahenge..

Khushi - Kal kya hua tha..? (He asks with a shocked expression)

Arnav - Humari dosti huyi thi.. Kyun tumne kuch aur socha kya? (He asks teasing her)

Khushi - Hum kyun kuch aur sochenge(she says sheepishly)

Arnav internally chuckles looking at her red face.

Arnav - Accha ye lo pehele ye lemonade piyo... Sar halka lagega..

Khushi takes the glass and starts drinking the lemonade.

Arnav - Waise mujhe nahi pata tha ki tum mujhe apne rang mein rangna chahti ho..

He says and Khushi spits out the juice on Arnav.

Arnav - What the... !

Khushi - Aap ye kya keh rahe hein? Hum kyun aesa karenge..

Arnav - Par tumne toh khud hi kaha tha khushi..

Khushi - Hum.. Humne . Woo.. Woh..

Arnav chuckles.

Arnav - Relax mazak kar raha tha..

Khushi - Aap bhi na..

Arnav - Main aaj ja raha hu Khushi.. (He says and Khushi feels a prick in her heart. She didn't want him to leave for some reason.)

Khushi - Ohh.. (A monosyllabic reply was only something which would come up with)

Arnav - You won't mind if I come to meet you again right..?

He says and a soft smile forms on Khushi's face.
Khushi nods.

Arnav reaches Singhania Mansion that evening.His family was his heart while khushi was now its beat.

Veer - Bhai..!

Arnav - Veer..! (They hug)

Veer - Bhai aap thik hein.. Do dinon se no contact.. Aesa toh kabhi nahi hua..

Arnav - Bohot urgent kaam tha...

Bela - Humse zyada kya important.. (She says with a scoff)

Arnav - Aa gayi nakchadi..

Bela - Haww.. I heard it..

Arnav - I wanted you to hear it...

Veer laughs while Bela glares at him.

Bela - Maa ko lautne do.. Tum dono bhaiyon ki shikayatein.. Unse nahi ki na.. Toh naam badal dena..

Veer - Arey Bela hum toh mazak kar rahe the..

Bela - I don't like jokes..

Arnav - I don't like you...

Bela - Ohh yeah..

Arnav - Yeah..

Veer - Am I smelling a enemies to lover troupe here.

Bela/Arnav - No Way!

Veer - Thank god.. You guys agreed on something atleast

Bela - Anyways he isn't that lucky to have me.. Maybe in some other life time i guess.

Bela - Accha Bachu..

(She says and throws a pillow at him. Veer throws a pillow at Bela too. They continue their pillow fight but one of the pillow hits Arnav. Veer looks at Arnav in horror but that's when Arnav hits Veer back with a pillow. They all were laughing and giggling.Manyata reached the singhania mansion then)

Manyata - Mere bacchon aese hi muskurate rahe.. (She said with a smile)

(Veer was holding a gun, posing with it in different styles. He was dressed in all black with shades on.)

Arnav - Tu kar kya raha hein Bhai, woh bhi meri gun ke sath?

Veer - Bhai bas yunhi.

Arnav - yunhi ke bache... (he says holding Veer's ear) Bata kyun kar raha tha..

Veer - Arey bhai woh kya hein na ki aaj kal ye mysterious bad boys bohot trend kar rahe hein... Soo...

Arnav - Tera kya hoga Veer...

Veer - No seriously Bhai, the aura around you is so cool.. I still don't know how you are single though (he winks)
(Arnav turns away, smiling.)

Veer - Wait.. Wait.. Aapne smile kiya.. By any chance.. Does that mean... ?

Arnav - Abb apne dimag ke ghode zyada mat chala aur sun.. Ye sab bas dur se dekhne par cool lagta hein par iske andar bohot andhera hein aur main chahta hu ki tum iss duniya ki roshni ko batoro aur andhere ke pass bhi na jao. Samjhe..?

Veer -Ji bhai

Arnav - La meri gun de(he says extending his hand)

Veer hands it over to him - Waise bhai Woh kon hei (he smirks)

Arnav - Veer! Go

Veer starts moving but again turns back and tells.

Veer runs away from there laughing. Arnav had decided to visit Khushi today and finally tell her about his feelings but little did he knew that things were going to mess up soon.

It was evening time and Arnav was getting ready to leave for Khushi's house and finally tell her about his identity and his entire truth but that's when he got a call.

Arnav - Haan Vivaan bolo..

Vivaan - Sir...

Arnav - Bolo Vivaan..

Vivaan - Sir.. Par.. Woh..

The entire Singhania Mansion was getting decorated with lights and flowers. A very vibrant atmosphere was spread across the house. They were planning for Arnav Singhania's wedding with his bussiness partners daughter Lavanya Mathur.

Balwant had promised their business partner that he will get married Arnav with his daughter within one month. And nobody wanted to mourn for a monster.

Arnav was on a conference call when Veer suddenly barges into his room.

Veer - Bhai.. What are you doing.. !?

Arnav - Veer.. You stay away from all this..

Veer - Bhai.. Abb main itna chota bhi nahi hu.. Aap ye shaadi kyun kar rahe hein!? Hum sab jante hein ki ek mahine se aap kis haal mein hein.. Aap kisi aur se pyar karte hein toh phir ye shaadi..

Arnav - Veer... Ye pyar ko main kya naam do jismein usse sirf taqleefein milenge.. Uss par har waqt maut ka saya bhathakqta rahega.. I have so much of past.. I am broken somewhere after everything and I don't want her to fix me.. She deserves a partner who she would grow with and not a one who she has to fix..

Veer - Bhai.. Aap aesa kyun soch raha hein...?

Arnav - Veer maine kaha na.. Aur ye shaadi waise bhi nahi hogi...

Veer - Matlab..?

Arnav - Woh main tujhe baad main samjhaunga.. Abhi ja aur mujh par yakeen kar .. Main kisi ladki ki zindagi barbaad nahi karunga.

Veer nods and leaves.

Arnav comes out of his room and sees a girl standing in the hall. He could only see her from back but as she turned everything halted around him.

It was khushi wearing a red saree with white earrings and her hair left open. She looked mesmerizing. Arnav felt like he was dreaming.

Khushi - Aap..?

Arnav - Tum sach mein ho..?

Khushi - Aap milne nahi aaye usse mera wajood toh khatam nahi hoga na.. (She says with anger evident on her face)

Arnav - Kya bol rahi ho..

Khushi - Kuch nahi. Waise aapne humare sawal ka jawab nahi diya.. Aap.. Yahan singhania ke yahan

Arnav - Woh.. Main.. I am Veer Singhania..

Khushi - Dulhe ke bhai..?

Arnav - Yeah.. (He couldn't let her know that it was his wedding. He didn't want her to misinterpret anything but didn't he want her to stay away from his darkness was what he wondered.)

Arnav - Tum yahaan..?

Khushi - Main wedding planner hu.
She says and colour from Arnav's face fades away. How would he manage to keep her away from all this haphazard if she was the one who would arrange everything. Arnav hears lavanya's voice and he decides to leave from there at that moment.

Arnav - Mujhe abhi jana hoga.. Baad mai milte hein..

Khushi - Aese wada na karein jo aap pura na kar paye.. (She says with a hurt expression piercing Arnav's heart)

Lavanya - Here you are.. Kahan kahan nahi dhundha tumhein..

Khushi - Lavanya ji aap..

Lavanya - Waise maine apni dress select karli and you look really lovely in this dress.

Khushi - Shukriya..

In evening

Today was the Sangeet. Khushi had very well organised everything. She was now getting ready herself. She got ready in lehenga and as she was about to leave one of her payal fell on the ground. She quickly picked it up and tried putting it back around her ankle.

Khushi - Ye lag kyun nahi raha hein..!

Arnav - Main madad kardu.. (Khushi looks at Arnav who was dressed in ethnic wear. It reminded her of the day they shared a dance)

Khushi - Ji nahi . .

Arnav - Waise kisi bohot hi samajhdar insaan ne mujhse kaha tha.. Ki kabhi kabhi dusro ki madad le leni chahiye..

He says and takes the anklet from her hand. He puts it across her ankle while Khushi just keeps looking at him.

Veer - Bhai..

Both Arnav and Khushi come out of their trans.

Khushi- Ji aap..

Veer - I am Ve..

Arnav - That's Arnav.. My brother

Veer looks at him puzzled while Khushi feels some sort of connection with the name.

Khushi - Ohh toh shadi aapki hein..

Veer - Ji.. (He says playing along )

Khushi - Mai lavanya ji ko dekhkar aati hu.. (She leaves)

Veer - Bhai.. Full story.. Right now.!

Arnav tells everything to Veer.

Veer - So conclusion yeh hein ki currently mujhe aese act karna hoga manlo shaadi meri hein.. Bhai ye kaise hoga..! Woh wedding planner hein aapki.. Aaj ya kal usko pata lag hi jayega..

Arnav - I know Veer aur main humesha ke liye usse ye nahi chupaunga.. I will tell her everything myself par abhi nahi..

Veer - Okay bhai..!

The sangeet ceremony started. Everybody were dancing joyously. Khushi went towards the pool area as she felt her work was done here.

She was standing near the pool when she felt two strong arms holding her.

Arnav - Main hu..

Khushi - Aap kya kar rahe hein yahaan.. Aapko apne parivaar ke sath hona chahiye..

Arnav - Abhi naraaz ho..?

Khushi -Parayon se koi naraaz hota heinn bhala..

Arnav - Isliye toh mujhse naraaz ho.. (He says and sways with her with the music)

Khushi - Aap ye kya kar rahe hein?

Arnav - Maafi mang raha hu.. I am sorry Khushi.. (He slowly whispers in her ears).. I shouldn't have given up on us.

Khushi - Us ki koi baat hein hi nahi..

Arnav pulls khushi towards him.

Arnav - Sachi..?

Khushi - Sachi..

Arnav - Toh phir ye kya hogaya..

Khushi -Kya?

Arnav - Naak lal hogayi hein.. (He says touching her nose with his index finger)

Khushi - Aap..

Arnav - Please mujhe maaf kardo..

Khushi - Nahi karungi.. Aap jante hein humne aapka kitna intezaar kiya aur agar hum yahaan nahi aate toh aap yahaan bhi humse nahi milte.. Aap jo kar sakte woh hum bhi kar sakte hein isiliye humse baat na kare..

Arnav - Main jo kar sakta hu woh tum kar sakti ho..

Khushi - Ji!

Arnav - Lagi shart

Khushi - Lagi

Arnav comes forward and kisses Khushi 's cheek while Khushi gets shocked.

Khushi - Aap.. Ye.. Woh.. Kaise..

Arnav - Kaha tha nahi kar paogi..

Khushi leaves from there being flabbergasted.

Bela sees khushi coming out from the pool area all red.

Bela - Kya hua Khushi tum thik ho?

Khushi - Ji.. Main thik ho..

Bela - Toh phir chalo tum yahaan kya kar rahi ho.. Tum bhi abb meri dost ho aur functions main dost itne dur thodi na rehta hein..

Khushi smiles.

Khushi - Tumne kisi ki yaad diladi.. Woh bhi bilkul aesi hi pyari batein karti hein..

Bela - Kiski..?

Khushi - Meri ek kareebi dost hein.. (She says thinking about Bani and her bond)

Today was the mehndi and haldi ceremony.

Everybody were busy with the arrangements.Arnav told everybody that he didn't have time for all these rituals and it was only Lavanya for whom this ceremony was bring arranged.

Khushi wondered which groom foes this during his wedding. She was walking towards the living hall where Lavanya was being seated. She collided with a lady carrying the haldi and the haldi fell on her.

Woman - Sorry beta..

Khushi - Koi baat nahi aunty.. (She says trying to wipe the haldi but the haldi had already left it's colour on her attire and her hands)

She goes downwards.

Lavanya - Arey Khushi ye.. Ye kaise hua?

Khushi - Woh Aunty se galti se gir gaya.. Sorry..

Lavanya - It's alright.. You don't have to apologize...

Manyata - Khushi beta.. Lavanya beta .. Main soch rahi thi shaadi main kyun na tumhare aur Arnav ki kuch tasveere lagayi jayee...

Khushi - Ye toh bohot aacha idea hein maasi.. Kyun Lavanya ji?

Lavanya - Ye.. Yeah.. (She says slowly)

Khushi found it a little odd. Lavanya didn't seem that excited and the groom was not even involved in rituals. What kind of marriage was even this.

Manyata - Khushi beta ye lo photo . ..
(As Khushi sees the photo , she gets shocked. )

Khushi - Maasi.. Ye toh Veerji ki photo hein na..?

Manyata - Nahi beta ye Arnav hein.. Aur ye Veer hein.. (She shows her Veer's picture and Khushi feels like something was broken inside her by the mere revelation.)

Khushi - Hum aate hein maasi..

She was going towards the garden as she collided with someone. It was Arnav.

Arnav - Khushi kya hua.. Are you alright? (He asks in a concerned tone as she looked really upset)

Khushi - Hum thik hein.. Humein kya hoga Arnavji!

Arnav - Par... (He stops mid way when he realises that she had just called him Arnav)

Khushi - Kya hua kuch bol kyun nahi rahe hein? Apni Shaadi ko chupana ka irrada tha? (She says in a taunting manner)

Arnav - Look Khushi I can explain... It's not what you think! You know who I have feelings for .

Khushi- Paise toh aapne kama liye par apne liye choti si muskurahat tak nahi la paye. Aur mohabbat, uske liye dil chahiye! Par afsos, tumhare seene mai toh pathar hein!

Socha nahi tha aap mujhe iss kadar dhoke main rakhenge.

Arnav - Khushi...

(He was hurt by her accusations but he knew that the last month was hard for her as well .He wanted to explain everything to her himself but when truth comes out from a third person then misunderstanding are bound to arise.He could read her emotions through her eyes.)..

Khushi - Hume aapse koi baat nahi karni hein..

Arnav - You have to listen to me.. You can't go like this.. Dekho ye shaadi mere liye ek..

Lavanya - AS... Aap yahaan.. I thought you won't come.. (She says holding his hand sideways)

Khushi -Humein andar jana chahiye . . (She says being hurt)

The whole day she avoided Arnav . The mehndi ceremony had started.

Manyata - Arey khushi beta aao na.. Tum bhi mehendi lagao..

Khushi - Nahi.. Maasi.. Woh

Bela - Arey aao na Khushi..

Khushi gives a small smile and sits with the mehendi wali. Her gaze fell on Lavanya who looked beautiful and some where she started feeling that maybe a girl like Lavanya was best for him. Someone of his standards and environment. He hid the truth from her and this was hurting her.

Bela - Arey Arnav.. Tum aagaye..

Khushi - Arnavji.. (She says slowly)

Mehndi wali - Hogaya madam..

Khushi looks into her mehendi which had Arnav's name written on it. Her eyes filled with tears and she left towards upstairs. Arnav saw her and followed her upstairs.

Arnav - Khushi... (He makes her face him)

Khushi - Aap yahaan kya kar rahe hein?

Arnav - Khushi meri baat suno.. Mai tumhe sach batana chahta tha.. Par meri koi majboori thi... Main nahi chahta ki humare bich kuch bhi badle.. Jald pura sach tumhare samne hoga..

Khushi - Humare bich kuch nahi hein Arnavji..

Arnav - Toh kalai par mera naam kyun hein..

Khushi - Woh ek galati hein..

Arnav - Chalo man liya ye mehendi ka chap galat hein par apne man par jo chap hein.. Usse kaise bhulaogi..

Arnav questions but Khushi just leaves from there.

Today was the wedding. Everything was ready. From the outer perspective everything looked perfect but little did people knew about the inner turmoil happening in Arnav 's heart.
Arnav came and sat on the wedding mandap.

Pandit ji - Dulhan ko mandap pe bulaiye..

The bride comes and settles beside Arnav.

Veer (in mind) - Ye shadi nahi honi cha hiye..

Bela and Veer looked at each other with tensed expression.

The bride and groom take the pheras. Arnav was about to fill the bride 's hairline with Vermilion when the voice of gunshots echoed in the hall.Everybody panicks.They were on gunpoint right now.

Goon - Good job Lavanya... Tumne mere expectation se better kaam kiya..

Arnav smirks

Arnav - Are you sure ki pallu ke piche tumhari lavanya hi hein.. (He says and the bride lifts her veil. It was khushi)

Goon - Tum!?

Arnav - Yes.. Abb apni Lavanya ko zinda chahte ho toh inn sabko chod do..

Goon - Mujhe woh Zinda nahi chahiye... Mere liye tumhe harana usse zyada zaruri hein..

Lavanya enters clapping her hands.

Lavanya - Toh ye hein tumhara pyar.. Tumne kaha tum Arnav ko arrest kar waoge aur humare liye sab thik kardoge par tumne toh ye sab apne liye kiya..

Goon - Tum iss sab se dur raho.. Warna tumhein marne main bhi.. Mujhe ek minute ka bhi intezar nahi karna padega.

Arnav - Tujhe sach main laga ki sab kuch pata hone ke baad.. I won't do anything...

Goon - Wha.. What do you mean?

Arnav - Look behind you..

(All the goons were on gunpoint of Arnav's men along with the goon who was on gunpoint of Vivaan.)

Arnav - Hunting the hunter is a really good feeling...

Arnav - You are alright.. (He says looking at Khushi with concern in his eyes).. Ye shaadi...

Arnav was talking to Khushi when the light went off . Everybody was shocked and when the lights came back Vivaan was on the ground with his head bleeding while the goon was in front of Arnav with a gun in his hand.

He was about to hit the trigger when Lavanya came in front of Arnav and the bullet hit her.

Arnav - Lavanya !!!

Khushi - Lavanya ji!!

Lavanya - I am so.. Sorry.... Arnav.. (She said and became unconscious)

Arnav - Veer!

Veer - Ji bhai..

Arnav - Take her to the hospital..

Arnav - Aur isko pakad kar humare Godown mei le jao.. Yaad rahe ki ye so na paye.. Jab bhi aakh lage toh aakhon ko hi khol dena .. Taki yaad kare ki inn jaison ki nazre jhuki reheni chahiye.. Sharmindagi se nahi toh dar se hi sahi...

Veer takes Lavanya to hospital along with Vivaan. Bela on the other hand was with Manyata who was very shocked with all the events. The guest had left.
Now just Arnav and Khushi were standing on the mandap. Khushi looks at Arnav with her eyes filled with tears and suddenly holds him in her embrace. She hugged with passionately reflecting all her emotions for him from care to affection. Arnav also hugged her back with equal passion. They stood still like that for few minutes.

Arnav - Thank You Khushi... Kal phone par meri baat sunkar.. Mujhe ek mauka dene ke liye.. Mujh par bharosa karne ke liye..

Yes ,he had called her and told her that if she trusted him for even a second then she should once listen to him and Khushi gave him that chance.Now,Khushi was just looking at him .

Kayi baar Aakhein toh bohot kuch keh jati hein par lafz kaam pad jate hein. Khushi ke sath bhi kuch aesa hi ho raha tha.

Khushi - Mujhe abb ghar chalna chahiye..

Arnav - Ye tumhara ghar hein khushi..

Khushi -Humari shaadi adhuri hein Arnav ji..

Arnav - Humen phere liye hein Khushi.. Tum apni devi maiya ko manti ho na.. Toh phir kya ye phere jhute hein.. Aur raha sawal sindoor aur mangalsutra ka toh woh main tumhe tab bhi lagaoga jab tum mujhe dil se manogi.. Apne dil main mujhe jagah dogi... Please dont go.

Khushi looks at him for a second and nods.
Arnav -Really? You will not? (He says with a brightened smile on his face)

Khushi - Nahi Arnav ji..

Arnav - Apne kamre main chale..

Khushi follows him and they reach his room which was decorated with petals and candles. Khushi again gets conscious thinking that all this didn't belong to her. He deserved somebody like Lavanya.
She was moving forward thinking about all this when she ends up falling on bed, Arnav tries holding her hand but he falls along with her, with him on top of her.
Arnav looks at khushi who looked like a fairy. Her green saree and those jewelleries were adding on to her beauty. He slowly caresses her head while looking into her eyes. Khushi also looked at the man in front of her who she had lost her heart to but she moves away.

Arnav - Khushi...

Khushi - Dekhiye Arnavji humein iss shaadi ko nahi aage badhana chahiye.. Hum bohot alag hein.. Aur hum ek dusre ke liye nahi banne.. Aapne apne parivaar ko bacha liya hein.. Sab kuch perfect hein.. Toh koyi wajah bachi nahi hein..

Arnav - Look into my eyes and talk Khushi.

Khushi - Dekhiye koi wajah nahi hein.. (She says still not looking into his eyes )

Arnav - Wajah sunni hein tumhe.. Toh sunno..

Khushi starts leaving when Arnav holds her hand making her face him.

Arnav - I LOVE YOU DAMMIT!

Few days later

Arnav and Khushi didnt talk on the topic further. Arnav had confessed his feelings that night but he never tried forcing his feelings on her. He was ready to give her time. Khushi on the other hand loved him but was not ready to accept it. Today they were going to move to Arnav's farmhouse. Manyata had planned this to give them some alone time.
Khushi and Arnav come out of their room.

Manyata - Aao khushi beta,baitho. Aur tu, tu jaake hamare liye cold coffee bana ke le aa. Mujhe meri beti se batein karni hein.

Arnav - Beton par itne zulm.. Uff.

Khushi chuckles

Manyata - Bas kar tu.. Aur ja..

(Khushi and Manyata continue talking.Arnav returns with the cold coffee. As Arnav enters, they stop.)

Arnav- Arey, mere aate hi aap dono maa-beti chup kyun hogayi?

(Manyata smiles at khushi)

Manyata -(taking the cold coffee) Kuch nahi...Hamara secret hein.

Khushi - Bilkul.

Khushi-Waise Arnavji, mujhe aapse kuch bohot zaruri baat karni hein. (she straightens up seriously.)

Arnav- Haan khushi, bolo (He says noticing the change in her tone)

Khushi - Dekhiye Arnavji.. mujhe sach mein nahi pata ki main aapko ye sab kaise batau... (She says turning away)

Arnav - Aesa bhi kya hogaya khushi? (he says, turning her towards him.)

(He was worried. He had no idea where this was coming from or what she was referring to.)

Khushi- Woh Arnavji, humein maaf kariyega par...

Arnav- Par..?

Khushi -Humne aapko bina kapdon ke dekh liya!

Arnav- What!!?

(Khushi shows him a childhood picture of him on her phone and starts laughing. He realizes that Manyata and khushi were looking at his childhood pictures all this while.)

Manyata - Toh tum aur maasi ye kar rahi thiii!

Khushi- Hehe... Aapki shakal... Arnavji. (she continues laughing)

Arnav- Abhi delete karo isko..

Khushi- Nahi karungi! (she laughs, sticking her tongue out, and tries running away).

Arnav- Khushiii!! (he follows her) Abhi karooo!!

(She runs around the whole house and he runs behind her. Both of them giggling and laughing. She finally enters her room and he follows. She stands on the bed to avoid him from taking away the phone from her hand. Arnav tries taking it from her but she tiptoes her way. He finally jumps on the bed, trying to reach it.

And then, guess what happens! XD. The bed breaks and both of them fall. They look at each other, raising their eyebrows at the mess, and then break into laughter. She looks at Arnav and caresses her hair.)

Arnav- Tum pagal ho (He laughs)

Khushi - Aap bhi.. (She says and they both laugh)

Arnav and khushi had shifted to the farmhouse. Things became very better for them as time flew. Khushi finally decided to confess her love to him but she even wanted to trouble.
So she decided that she would ignore him throughout the day and then give them surprise in the night.
She was ignoring him while he was trying to figure out what was wrong.

Arnav - Khushi.. Woh nashta..

Khushi moves forward not responding to him

Arnav - What the..! Did she just ignore me.

Arnav - Khushi.. Woh nashta tum.. (He says again following her to the kitchen)

Khushi - Aaj mausam hein suhaana.. Kuch logon ko What the.. What the bolna.. Aaj mausam hein suhana... (She sings trying to irritate him)

Arnav - Thik hein mat karo baat . . Maine kha na office main kha lunga.. (He says and leaves)

When he opened his bag in his office, he sees the lunchbox along with a note and packet inside it. The packet had a white shirt in it. And the note read -

Shaam ko inhi kapdon mein aapko dekhna chahte hein hum
- Khushi Gupta singhania.

A smile formed on his face.

That evening he reached the farmhouse and as he entered he sees the decoration all around.The house was looking beautiful but he was waiting to see his sunshine , the source of his happiness, his Khushi.

He was still looking around when khushi hugs him from back. Arnav holds her hands and turns to face her.

Arnav - Khushi ...

Khushi - Arnavji.. Aapne kaha tha ki jab iss dil main aapki ek jagah ban jaye.. Jab iss dil mein aapke liye jazzbat aa jaye.. Uss din hum aapko ye haq do aur aaj hum aapko ye haq dena chhati hu.. (She shows him the sindoor dibi and mangulsutra in her hand).. Kyunki hum aapse bohot zyada pyar karte hein..Aapke pass hone se humare dil ki dhadkane tez ho jati hein ..Gakat sahi nahi bas aap dikhayi.dete hein aur humare jazzbat sunai dete hein...I LOVE YOU ARNAV JI...

Arnav - Tum mere zindagi main ek nayi kiran ban ke aayi thi.. Jisne mere berang zindagi mein rang bhar diye..I love you too Khushi.. And we will be together till death do us apart.. (He says with a smile and puts the Vermilion in her hairline and ties the mangalsutra around her neck)

Arnav and Khushi lips then meet each other.This was a soft, emotional and heart touching moment for them. That kiss was reflecting their love towards each other which was unexpressed since a long time. They finally hug each other and Arnav kisses on her forehead.

Few more days passed . Everything was going well.

Par log kehte hein na ki mohhabat ko buri nazar lagne main waqt nahi lagta. Ek aag unke darmiyan thi aur dusri aag abb unke rishte ke bich lagne wali thi, unke rishte ki Agni pariksha lene wale thi.

Arnav had arrived home earlier today. He was doing something in his room and had asked Khushi to not come inside the room. Khushi wondered what the reason could be. After sometime he called her in the room. Khushi was surprised to see the room decorated .

Khushi - Arnavji ye . .

Arnav- Main tumhare liye ye lekar aaya hu.. Pehnogi.. (He says looking at her but something was different about him today and khushi could notice it)

Khushi - Haan.. (She takes the dress from him and gets inside the washroom)

Khushi - Arnavji.. Woh.. Iski chunni.. (She says shyly as she couldn't find the chunni in the cover)

Arnavji shows her the dupaata which was in his hand. Khushi looks at him with anticipation and takes few steps forwards. Arnav also comes near her but she turns again feeling shy.

Arnav makes her face him and puts the chunni on her head. He looks at her through her mirror. She again turns to face him while looking downwards. Arnav caresses her cheek and she blushes. He suddenly hugs her tightly.
This hug was very different, why did it seem like he was hugging her for the last time was what Khushi thought.

Arnav then lifts her and puts her on the bed. Khushi keeps looking into his eyes.

Arnav - I love you Khushi!
