Veer was totally lost in the moment but that's when something strikes him and he pulls back.

Person : You are a curse Veer Singhania! Jis cheez ko chute ho woh barbaad ho jati hein. Tum aaj mujhe Maut toh de doge par yahaan main bhi janta hu aur tum bhi jante ho ki ghut ghut kar har lamha kon mar raha hein.

Veer loosens the grip on her waist and takes a step back. Bani keeps looking at him with contemplation. Both of them look at each other and realise what had just happened. Veer rushes from there towards his cabin while Bani turns around composing herself .

Bani - What did I do!???

Veer enters in his cabin. He was angry! He was very angry but this time on himself . How could he give into the temptations, how could he involve a pure soul like her with him who was a curse.
If she was a flower, his world was filled with thorns. If she reflected innocence, his world reflected tormentation.
He started throwing things in his cabin, here and there.
That moment which he shared with Bani made him feel a thousand of emotions, it was not just a Kiss, it was something more, something Real.

He was about to hit his fist on the glass table but somebody holds his hand stopping his action. Veer looks at the person with an angry gaze.

Vivaan - Sir, aap ye kya kar rahe hein!???

Veer - Vivaan, leave my hand.

Vivaan doesn't leave his hand

Veer - Vivaan I am fucking telling you to leave my hand.

Vivaan - Boss, aap khudko kis baat ki saza de rahe hein.

Veer - Insaan banne ki saza, jazzbaton ko apne andar panamne deni ki saza, masumiyat ko andhere main jhokne ki saza.

Vivaan - Sir, aap uss insaan ki baton ko dil se kyun laga kar baithe hein.

Flashback

Yesterday

Veer reaches singhania mansion along with Arnav. Arnav was very happy after meeting his angel and seeing his brother's playful side. Where as Veer was grinning like a fool. A fool in love.
Bela opens the door for both the brothers. She looks at the smile on both their faces and her heart gets filled with a serene feeling.

Bela - Arnav tum thik ho? Tumne toh hum sabko dara hi diya tha.

Arnav - Main thik hu bestie. (He says with a smile)

Bela - Waise bestie aaj suraj kahan se nikla hein?

Arnav - Wohi se jahan se roz nikalta hein.(he says innocently)

Bela - Arey mera matlab hein, dekho toh aaj Mr Veer singhania smile kar rahe hein matlab kuch toh gadbad hein.

Veer - Bela...

Arnav - Ye toh sab Angel ka kamal hein!

Bela - Angel..?

Arnav - Haa meri dost Bani AKA Angel.

Bela - Ohhoo.. Bani (she says slightly teasing Veer )

Veer - Main apne room main ja raha hu(he says trying to avoid the further conversation)

Bela - Tumhe pata hein bestie aaj kal na log sach se bhagne laga hein.

Arnav- Sachi..?

Bela - Muchi

Veer leaves from there, clearly understanding who Bela was referring to.

Veer was still lost in her thoughts. This day was one of the best days of his life. Today was the day when he felt alive again after a long time. He felt resurrected.

Dil toh tha par usmein dhadkne ki wajah usne kho si di thi, muskurahat toh thi par usmein koyi sachai nahi thi, taqat toh tha par zindagi main sukoon nahi thi. Par aaj, aaj Veer ko ek Sukoon sa mehsus ho raha tha. Aesa lag raha hein mano aaj ek insaan uska Sukoon aur Junoon dono ban chuki thi.

Veer - Am I falling in Lo.. (He was about to complete his sentence , affirm his feelings but that's when his phone rings)

Vivaan (on call) - Sir.. Woh shukla..

Veer - I am coming Vivaan!

Veer reaches the special cell where Shukla was kept. As he enters , all the men bow down with respect for their leader. Now, he wasnt just Veer, he was Veer singhania, the Mafia lord, cruel and ruthless.

As he enters, he sees shukla who was covered in bruises. He had various burn marks all over his body, his eyes we're swollen while his hands had just four fingers left in total. It was a horrible sight.

Vivaan - Sir humne sab kuch try kar liya, sari koshish kar liya par.. Ye kuch bolne ko tayar nahi..

Veer- Shukla.. Shukla.. Shukla.. I didn't know you were so adamant... Will you really not tell us what your Boss is planning next?...

Shukla doesn't respond

Veer - Come on Shukla, your Ex Boss is talking to you, will you not talk to him.

Shukla - Your destruction is riveted. Barbadi tay hein tumhari.... Hahahhaaa(he laughs like a maniac)... Tay hein..

Vivaan - Sir, I think ye pagal hogaya hein.

Veer - Shukla, ye pagal pan, itni nafrat, yun hi toh hogi nahi.. Bas paison ke liye tum ne ye sab nahi kiya.. Kyun kiya..wajah kya hein?

Shukla - Tera Baap. Tera Baap hein wajah.

Veer hears it and his fist tightens.

Veer - What about him..?

Shukla - Tumhare Baap ke kehar ki ek shikar meri behen bhi thi... Bohot pyar karti thi woh tere Baap se... Aur tere Baap ne kya kiya janta hein... Usse thukra diya.. Uska faida uthakar usse dhuthkar diya .. Aur pata hein phir usne kya kiya... Hahhahaa... Usne.. Meri behen ne khudko mar diya... Apni jaan leli.. Hahhaaa.. Hhaaaa

Veer just stays at his place, with a pale expression, he doesn't utter a single word. He could sense that Shukla wasn't lying and moreover he knew about his late bastard father and his evil deeds. A father who could even kill his own children for the sake of his business, for whom his wife was just a business deal. Remembering about the past, veer died a thousand times within himself.

Veer - Take him to the doctor. I am going back to the mansion.

Everybody were shocked would be an understatement. They clearly expected today to be the last day of shukla's life .

Shukla - Ja rahe ho..? Bhag rahe ho..? Maut nahi doge mujhe..?

Veer halts at his place.

Vivaan moves towards shukla in anger.

Veer - Vivaan I said we are leaving.

The conversation with shukla gave Veer a reality check. Made him realise how the actual world works. A actual world didn't have tint of innocence. He again started believing how love, warmth and cohesion was not meant for his world.

Veer (in mind) - How could I even think about it..?.. How could I even think.. Ki main.. Main kabhi pyar karunga ya phir ki meri zindagi main kabhi mohhabat apni jagah bana payegi. Meri duniya sirf nafrat ke liye bani hein, meri duniya main roshni ki koi jagah nahi aur Bani ki zindagi mei main apne andhere ki chau bhi nahi parne dunga. Aaj se hum kabhi nahi milenge.. Kabhi nahi..

They all leave from there and reach Singhania Mansion. Arnav and Bela were having a conversation there.

Arnav - Aur pata hein Angel ne Veer ko pakad liya aur Veer toh Angel jo dekhta hi reh gaya..

Bela - Sachi?

Arnav - Ekdum.. Phir pata hein humne Movie movie khela, tug of war aur seven stones bhi. Bohot accha din tha aur Veer aur Angel ne dance bhi kiya...

Veer was again thinking about his day with her, the pull which he felt towards her and her flustered face when he had kissed her cheek. This was irritating him to some extent, he knew he couldn't be a part of her world, he knew she couldn't be his...

Veer -Bhai uska naam mat lijiye (he says with a pale expression)

Arnav - Par Veer Angel sachi bohot bohot acchi hein....

Veer - KYA ANGEL ANGEL LAGA KE RAKHA HEIN BHAI ??? MAINE KAHA NA USKA NAAM BHI MAT LIJIYE!

Arnav shivers with Veer's sudden high pitched tone . Veer had never spoken to him like that. Tears pool up in his eyes and he leaves towards his room and locks himself.
Veer realises what he had done.. How could he speak to Arnav like that?.. His big brother , the nearest he could associate with a fatherly figure was his brother and today he raised his voice on him..

Bela - What the hell Veer !??? Do you realise what you are doing?

Veer - I... I didn't.. I didnt mean to... Bhai....
(He goes running towards Arnav's room)
Bhai.. Suniye .. Please darwaza kholiye . .. Bhai (he says banging on the door but nobody answers)

He finally breaks the door and what he sees makes him feel even more Guiltier. Arnav was lying on the ground, fainted.

Veer - VIVAANN!! CALL THE DOCTOR NOW!

Vivaan - YES SIR!

Bela rushes towards Arnav with a glass of water in her hand, she tries sprinkling it on him but he still doesn't get up. The doctor came after sometime and examines Arnav.

Doctor : Sir

Veer : Yes Doctor... (He says with a worried expression)

Doctor : Sir maine aapko pehele bhi bataya tha ki inhein emotional stress nahi hona chahiye... Aur inhone shayad kuch khaya bhi nahi hein..

Veer - Khaya nahi..?

Bela - Arnav keh raha tha ki woh tumhare sath khana khayega ...

Veer was drowned in the feeling of guilitiness.

Doctor - Take Care Sir.

Veer - Yes doctor

The doctor leaves. Veer comes and sits near Arnav holding his hand.

Veer - I am sorry Bhai... So.. Sorryy(he says his eyes almost tearing up)

Arnav - Ve.. Veer... Angel.. Angel is not bad (he says murmuring due to the affect of the medication)

Veer - Bela, Bhai uthe toh unhein khana khila dena.

Bela - Tum kaha ja rahe ho..?

Veer - Bhai meri priority hein aur unka khayaal rakhne ke liye mujhe jo karna padega main woh karunga. (He says and leaves from there, vivaan follows him)

Bela - Pata nahi Veer ke dimaag main kya chal raha hein.

Veer- Vivaan..

Vivaan - Yes sir

Veer - You remember we bought the shares of a company , maa ke naam se..

Vivaan - Yes sir..

Veer - I want us to completely take over that company by tomorrow.

Vivaan - Yes Sir... (He nods without any further questioning and leaves)

Veer had seen the name of the company which Bani was going to work for through her Id card. Coincidentally he was a major shareholder of that company.

Veer (in mind) - You have to come here Sweetheart and I will make sure that happens..by Hook or crook. You might hate me but I think that's better for both of us, I can't give into these emotions, these temptations.

Flashback ends

We make thousand of rules in our lives. We will do this, we will do that, we won't do this, we won't do that but at the end of the day it's our destiny, our fate and our Karma which determines the rules of the game called life. Veer was facing something quite similar to that. He had set rules but his emotions was not favouring it.

Vivaan - Sir dekhiye..

Bani - Mr Singhania...

(Bani suddenly enters the cabin , her formal tone was clearly indicating that she regretted it and Veer for some reason didn't like it. The scenario was a perfect example of feelings being very complicated.)

Bani - Sir.. Aapke meeting ka time hogaya hein.. (She says without facing him)

Veer - I am coming (he says expecting a response from. Her)

Bani doesn't say anything to him and leaves from the cabin gathering few files.

Veer was angry. He was angry for two completely different things. Angry with himself for giving into his feelings and angry at her for acting indifferent. He was also questioning himself again again, wasn't that right of her being indifferent to him, her hating him, this is what he wanted right?.. This is what was Right.. right?

Veer goes to the meeting room along with Vivaan. Bani was already present there.The company comes up with certain proposals and the presentation ends . Bani had not looked at him even once, not even a single glance.

Veer - I want all the work of this project to be completed by midnight.

Employees - Sir but that's impossible !

Veer - Nothing is impossible Mr singh. I want this work to be done by today and that's final.

Bani - Sir, we are done with only 45 percent of the work, how are we going to complete the entire project. .?

(She finally looks at him .)

Veer(in mind) :Nigahein nafrat se chahe dekhe mujhe, par kaam se kaam dekh toh rahi hein.

Veer - My decision is final Ms sharma, please get on with the work.

Everybody were worried but who would defy the boss's order. All of them start working meticulously. It was almost 10:00 PM and everybody were almost at the end of the work which they were delegated with.

Bani was the first one to get done with her work . She sees an employee who was very tensed.

Bani - Sia you alright?.. Kuch problem hein kya?

Sia - Bani woh suddenly maa ki tabet kharab hogayi hein.. And I still have a lot of work left.. Samjh nahi aa raha hein ki kya karu?

Bani - Sia chill, it's alright Family comes first.. Aur tum yahan ki chinta mat karo.. Mera kaam khatam hogaya hein.. I will help you out..

Sia - Par Bani..

Bani - Trust me Sia.

Sia - Thank You So much Bani. You are such a sweetheart! (She says and leaves)

She hears the word sweetheart and his face flashes across her mind. She had tried her level best to ignore him after the incidence. She was embarrassed, not because she didn't like the kiss but more because she actually liked it. She couldn't even look into his eyes anymore.

She tries terminating her thoughts and gets back to her work.

It was almost 11:45 PM and Bani was almost done with Sia's work too. Everybody had already left the office. She was way too tired and doesn't realise when she doses off on the working desk.

Veer's POV

I was working in my Cabin. I know I went too harsh on everybody but what can I say.. My anger is both my strength and weakness. Strength at times when I am with my opponents and weakness when the very same anger of mine hurts my loved once. Wait did I again use the word Love.. I seriously need to stay away from this four letter word which is messing with both my both my heart and brain. I tried focusing on my work and ignoring these thoughts

It was almost 12:00 AM when I got done with my work.i tried researching on this company euphoric but not even a trace of it was seen anywhere.

I decided to leave for Singhania Mansion. Honestly, after yesterday I can't even look at Arnav Bhai's face directly. I am so embarrassed and ashamed at the same time.

As I come out I look at my angel who was sleeping on the work desk. She looked really cute. Her long eyelashes, her hairstrands and her pouty lips, She looked damn beautiful . Veer bends over and looks at the laptop open in front of her, she had completed all the work.

That's when Bani wakes up.

Bani's POV

As I open my eyes, I look at the same grey eyes piercing my soul. I felt it was a dream , a handsome one though. And I chuckle on hearing my own thoughts.

He looks at me, we were just inches apart.

Veer - What's so funny sweetheart?

Bani - Sapne main bhi Sweetheart hi bulaoge (she says innocently)

Veer - Kyun tumhe nahi pasand? (He says playing along)

Bani - Pasand toh hein

Veer - Toh phir mana kyun karti ho?

Bani - Darr lagta hein..

Veer - Darr..?

Bani - Haan, Dar lagta hein.. Tumse.. Tumhari inn aakhon se. Inhe thodi der dekhkar hi aesa lagta hein manlo inn main bohot gehraiyan ho.. Sachai ho.. Tanhai ho aur masumiyat bhi...

He keeps looking at me. This dream was indeed very beautiful. He wasn't in his cranky mood and was looking at me.. Sorry romantically gazing me like I was the only one for him. His gaze had a special effect on me. It made my heart flutter. I look at his lips which had captured my lips and my soul few hours ago.

He also keeps looking at me. His eyes travelling from my eyes to my lips. He was thinking about something, this is what he always does . I never have a clue about what goes on in his head. My dreams get broken as I hear somebody's voice and Veer moves back.

Peon - Bani beta...

Bani - Ramu kaka aap kya kar rahe hein mere sapne main...?

Kaka - Beta...main woh puchne aaya tha ki agar tumhara kaam hogaya ho toh main office band kar dunga.

Bani - Office band..

Bani realises that it wasn't a dream and the person standing in front of her with a smirk on his face was the Real Veer singhania.

Bani (in mind) - Ohh Shit . ..
