6 months earlier

Bani was as usual working on her laptop, drowned in her euphoric world. Well, that was why she named this company as Euphoria as it was her passion.

Euphoria was a top level ethical hacking agency. At times it also lured criminals. It was confidential deal between the company and the Indian government.Hence no one knew a thing about it . Bani was also supposed to keep her identity as the creater of Euphoria as a secret.

The day this company officially signed a pact with the Indian government, Bani felt like ahe reached a milestone . The only person who came in her mind was her.. Her best friend who was more like a sister to her. The one who inspired her to do something for her country. It was Khushi.

Bani, khushi and Jay were friends during their college days.Khushi was someone who always stood by Bani. She was the one who was her support system. The one who told her that she had the right to dream . Khushi was also the one who had told Bani that Jay might be harboring some feelings for her and she should clear it out before it worsens. Basically she was the sister figure in her life.

She really tried contacting her but she used to be busy with her missions. Khushi was an inspector who usually took over undercover cases.

Everything was going well until that phone call.

Bani picks up the call.

Bani - Hello..

Karan -He.. Hello Bani.. (He says his voice breaking)

Bani - Karan bhai.. Kya hua?.. Aap pareshan..

Karan - They killed her Bani.. Those singhania's killed her..

Bani -What Bhai.. Who... Who got killed?

(She asks controlling her emotion)

Karan - Khu.. Khushi.. (He says sobbing)

Bani felt like she lost a part of herself. Karan who was a very strong person was sobbing continuously. Khushi was his only family left and today God even took her away from him.

Bani went to meet Karan.

Bani - Bhai ye sab kaise hua?

Karan - Khushi, Singhania's ko investigate kar rahi thi..uss din woh humein report dene wali thi.. Par woh jis car main aa rahi thi woh kh... Khai main gir gayi.. I am sure bani ismein unn singhania's ka hi hath hein...

Bani - Bhai.. Sambhaliye khudko.. Khushi ne mujhe humesha bataya ki aap uske pillar hein toh aap kaise kamzor pad sakte hein.. Uske sath kya hua ye main pata laga kar rahungi..

Karan - Par tu..

Bani - Main ye karna chahti hu bhai.. Khushi ke liye.. Bani sharma ek aam ladki.. Us par kisi ko koi shak nahi hoga.

Karan - Par unhein lure kaise karenge..

Bani - Lure unhein Bani nahi Euphoria ki deal.. Euphoria ki Rani karegi.. Par unke head tak pohouchana ye aapka kaam hoga..

Karan nods with vengeance clear in his eyes.

Bani - Unka head hein kon?

Karan - VEER SINGHANIA!

For months they planned all their plans. It didn't take Bani much time to find information about the singhania family. She got to know about Balwant singhania, was indeed a very cruel person, Chandrakala singhania a poor lady who died due to the emotional pain which she was suffering.

She got to know that Arnav Singhania had step down from his position due to an accident and now Veer Singhania was it's head. She didn't want to come to a conclusion without investigating.
Mahir wanted her to shift to mumbai since a long time and she hence got herself into a company as a digital marketer. Creating fake documents and briefing herself with the job a little, she was good to go.

*After few months *

Today Bani was travelling to Mumbai. Her mission was going to begin. She met a girl in the plane, Riddhima who she really bonded with. She recognised her the very moment , she was the wife of Veer's cousin Vansh Rai Singhania but she genuinely liked her. They even spoke about their aspirations and dreams.
As she reached, she moved towards Hotel kohinoor where Veer was having a meeting. Karan and Bani had planned the bag exchange to get Veer's focus on Bani. The bags got exchanged and her plans first step was done.

As she was moving towards exit she collides with somebody and her eyes focus on those dark black eyes. Those eyes that had a thousand stories trapped within them. She felt the person's gaze upon her, piercing her soul.

It was Veer Singhania , her target, her suspect yet she felt something deep within her at that moment.

Veer- Tum...? (He said in his deep, husky voice. Bani was still looking into his eyes maybe trying to read him, comprehend him. )

Vivaan - Sir!

(Vivaan catches Veer and Bani's atttention.Bani recognized him. Vivaan Kapoor,Veer's most trustworthy companion.)

Veer - Yes Vivaan...

As Veer looks at Vivaan, Bani picks her bag up and starts leaving. Before stepping out she gives him a last glance thinking it to be the beginning of something big.

When the goons came to attack her, they didn't know who they were messing with. She was herself trained to fight in such situations.

Bani immediately jerks her hand out from one of their grips and pulls out a pepper spray from her bag. She sprays it in the eyes of one of the goons. The goons are left in shock. She frees their hold from her other hand, hitting one of them right onto their weak point.

That's when a guy from the back turned her around and was about to slap her in rage.Thats when Veer arrived and looked at that guy with a murderous gaze.

She wondered why would a ruthless person like him help her out. She and Veer then had a verbal spat. She gave back answers to Veer with equal fire and Veer called for Karan later. An internal smirk formed on Bani's face, thinking that this plan was executed very well.
Karan came and took her to the police station.

Karan - Bani Tu thik toh hein?

Bani - Main thik hu..

Karan - Uss Veer ne kuch kiya toh nahi tere sath?

Bani - Nahi Bhai usne mujhe bachaya.. Uska naraz hona lazmi tha par usne mujhe bachaya kyun?

Karan - Ye bas natak hei uska.. Bani Tu ismein mat ulajh samjhi.. Maine Mahir ko phone laga diya hein woh kabhi bhi aata hoga aue Veer ko kal tak CCTV footage pohouch jayegi.. Which will prove that you are innocent phir woh khud aayega dekh lena.. Aur agar nahi toh plan B bhi ready hein..

Bani (in mind) - Why do I not feel good about this?

After sometime Mahir came and fought with Karan. Bani tried calming him down.

The next day Veer came to the station. And him and Bani again indulged in a fight. The moment instead of apologising, he told the word compensation. Bani's anger got fueled. She felt that maybe Karan was right. The singhania's were materialistic people who would go to any extent for power and greed.

Karan saw all these events and opened khushi's picture in his wallet.

Karan - Did you see..? (He says talking to the picture and tracing his fingers on the picture).. Things are getting really interesting here. And very soon I will get what I want and what you deserve... Justice for you.

Bani wanted fresh air. All these events were messing with her brain. Why didn't she had this weird intuition about Veer. She told Mahir to drop her at a park for sometime.

As Bank entered she saw Arnav in the park. Arnav was their Plan B. They knew he was Veer's weak spot. Bani didn't like involving innocent people into all this mess but she didn't have any option and coincidentally she met him earlier.
Arnav wasn't a suspect because his accident spot was being located when Khushi got murdered and her murderer wasn't him for sure. Bani interacted with him . She was feeling a bit guilty somewhere.His innocence and pain adding on to her misery

That day after a long time Bani gave time to her inner child and played with the kids.

Bani was playing blindfold with the kids when she moves towards Veer and ends up holding him in her arms. She instantly realises that it wasn't one of the kids and unties her blindfold. As she looks up, a gasp escapes her mouth.

Bani-Veer...

(This was the name which had it's own mysteries and charm)

That day Bani saw another version of Veer. She didn't see a devil in him anymore, rather she encountered a child in him who was scared from this world's fake love and emotions. She somewhere also felt a spark which she clearly denied and never wanted to admit to herself. She had exchanged number with Arnav and that was her next step.

Getting justice to khushi and catching her culprits was her priority now and no one was going to change that.

Next morning she got ready and left for her company. She had thought of interacting with Arnav after some time, so that nobody would suspect her but Veer bet her on that and appeared as her new Boss.

They had a big fight again.Everytime she would encounter his dark side, she would feel a sting in her heart. Why did she desperately want him to be innocent was the only question which she asked herself.

She had taken her next step already Euphoria but Veer didn't accept it so fast. He was smart and he could make it out that something was wrong.

Bani then went to the store room. The rack unbalances and almost falls on her. Bani's back gets slightly bruised but soon somebody switches over the positions with her .The rack was now supported on that person's back. It was Veer.
Veer had again saved her and as soon as she saw him bleeding she panicked. She couldn't see him in even slight pain.. Her motive was no longer in her brain for that moment.

Veer - Meri parewah kyun heii tumhe.. Tumhari life main filhaal sabse zyada koi problems create kar raha hein.. Toh i am sure ki woh main hi hu..

Bani didn't have an answer to his question. That was right, why was she getting affected so much by him? Why was she always searching for innocence in the eyes of a devil? She had many questions in her mind but she decided to change the topic and abstain herself from answering them.

They were conversing when suddenly Veer said something.

Veer - You can never hurt me Sweetheart.(he says with a slight smile )

Bani - Aesi galatafahami nahi palni chahiye Veer ..Aksar humein jinsein umeedd nahi hoti Zakhm wohi dete hein. (She says in a serious tone looking after him blankly.His comment had brought her back to reality.)

She starts putting the first aid on his back. As her finger touches his skin, a sudden feeling gushes into him. She also felt something building up in her. She bandages his wound while Veer just keeps looking at her.

Later he also puts ointment on her.

Veer slowly traces his fingers on her back, putting the ointment.She whimpers as his fingers touch her back, he slowly blows on it while Bani's breathe becomes uneven and her hold tightens on first aid kit in her hand. Bani turns around and looks at him.

They both were lost in the moment and the very next second their lips were in sync. Veer pins Bani to the wall. Both of them breathing heavily. He presses his lips against hers. They both share a passionate kiss, forgetting all the tensions between them . Bani was shocked. For a minute she couldn't register what was happening, but also didn't want it to end. Veer bit Bani's lower lip gently and Bani gasped. She melted in and ran her hands through his soft hair. Veer cupped Bani's face with one hand while their tongues battled for dominance. The warmth they shared was pure magic. Soon they pulled away, catching their breath. Both of them gazing into each other's eyes, lost in the overwhelming feeling.

When Veer suddenly left. Bani realised what she had done.

Bani - What did I do!!!! How could I do that... (She says her eyes tearing up) .. He might be a murderer.. My khushi's murderer and here I am harbouring feelings for him. How can i be so pathetic...

(Her heart and Brain were having a fight going on. One side was her feelings and other side was her mission and her fight for her friend)

She came out composing herself and didn't look at Veer even once. But Veer didn't let that remain for more time. He gave them a hefty workload.

That night she didn't knew that her feeling were going to complicate further their first Non- date as she termed it as.
Their talks, that dance, those romantic moments had a drastic effect on her. A soft corner had developed in her heart. The deal was still on and she did try many times to track any clues but she didn't find them.

Later when she saw chandni with Veer . She did feel a bit jealous but she acted like she didn't. Of course she was not supposed to feel jealous or infact any emotion towards him but like a moth she was getting consumed in his flame, in his flame of love.

After meeting his family her heart said that Veer wasn't the one and now she wanted to not only find out about Khushi's culprit but also prove Veer innocent.

With time they were coming more and more close to each other.

One day karan called her.

Karan - Bani.. .!?

Bani - Haan Bhai..

Karan - Koi evidence mila Veer ke khilaaf?

Bani - Humein Veer ke khilaaf hint nahi dhudhna hein bhai.. Khushi ke khuni ke khilaaf dhundhna hein..

Karan - What do you mean?

Bani - I mean how can you be so sure it's him Bhai.

Karan - And how can you be so sure that it isn't him?.. TELL MEE BANI!

Bani - Bhai..

Karan - Kahi tumhe usse pya..

Bani -Bhai yahan baat mere jazzbat ki nahi hein.. Baat ye hein ki khushi meri jaan thi aur uske liye main kisi ko maaf nahi kar sakti... Chahe woh kitna bhi apna kyun na ho.. Bharosa rakhiye mujhpar...

Karan cuts the call .

This was the day when diwali party was organised by Manyata. Veer had again started ignoring Bani confusing her.

Later she encountered his and Jay's fight. She saw his beast side and misinterpreted his intentions.

That day her anger also had a fear hidden within. Fear of Karan being right. Fear of losing him forever. Fear of loving a tormentor.

Bani got to know about Jay's intention and she felt even more guiltier. Since day 1 she had misjudged Veer. This misunderstanding between them seperated them. They were very near yet far. Few days had passed now

Bani - Bhai koi sabbot mil bi nahi raha hein.. It's like uss din ko kya hua woh kisi ko bhi nahi pata hein.. But kuch toh hua tha.. I tried hacking the Cctv par specifically ussi din ki Sare roads ke surveillance camera work nahi kar rahe hein which is not at all normal.

Karan - Dammit..! (He says hitting his hand on the table) .. Bani sach uss ghar mein hi milega.. Mujhe aesa hi lagta hein.. Aaj Mahir ki sagai hein.. You have to search for evidences.

Bani - I will Bhai..

Bani went to the engagement unawarred of what Veer had planned for her. When she got to know about their engagement she was extremely shocked. For the first time though she wasn't angry during their fight, she was hurt, deeply and immensely hurt.

When the engagement started she saw the the red light on Veer's chest, it was of a laser gun. She immediately pushed Veer and the bullet hit her. She was slowly losing consciousness bug she could see how scared Veer was.
Veer Singhania who feared no one was scared of losing her and she was too. She was also scared of losing him.

When she got up and finally had an emotional confrontation with Veer. She for the first time felt that somebody could understand her after khushi. Khushi was the only friend she had who could comfort her to this level but today in Veer she found a great Friend as well.
Veer and Bani both cared for each other.

After few days Bani came to live in singhania mansion. She thought that this was good as she would get access to the whole mansion easily . She didn't doubt Veer not anymore but there was definitely someone from the mansion or someone related to them who was involved in it.

The next day Bani went to the temple along with Veer, as she returned Karan co fronted her.

Bani - Bhai... Woh shooter mila ?... Kisne Veer par hamla karwaya???

Karan - Tu pagal hogayi hein....!!!

Bani - Par Bhai..

Karan - Pyar main andhi hogayi hein.. Pagal hogayi hein..

Bani - Nahi bhai..

Karan - Kya sochkar tune woh goli khayi???

Bani doesn't say anything.

Karan - Aaj tune sabit kar diya ki khoon ki rishte hi bas sache hote hein..

Bani - Bhai.. (Bani says her eyes tearing up)

Karan - Aur jis Lakde ke liye tu ye sab kar rahi hein.. wohi ek din tera yakeen aur tera bharosa todega.. (He says and leaves. Leaving a heartbroken Bani)

That's when Veer sees karan coming out of anger from Bani's room.

Later that evening Bani was busy stargazing as she really missed her parents. Karan's comment had hurt her but again she knew that he cared for her and he was hurt as well.

That's when Veer came and sat beside her. That night they spent a good time with each other by watching movies and obviously Veer's flirtatious talks making her blush.

The next day was her birthday, a day which she hated the most. She felt that all her near ones would always leave her . Her parents and later khushi. She had planned to meet and apologose to karan today.As she came down, Bela told her that she was taking them to a farmhouse.

Bani (in mind) - Farmhouse!? What if something is there!

Bani agreed to her request and they left. The whole day she vibed really well with Bela. She almost remembered those college days with Khushi. Bani indeed found a sister today.

They later left for the farmhouse and here Bani encountered a room which was locked.

She wondered if breaking this lock would unlock all the mysteries around her.. Only if she knew that the revelation would turn her world upside down.
They left from there. Bani got welcomed with an unexpected party. She felt overwhelmed. This day was her weak spot and this celebration made her even more emotional.

Veer confronted her and made her face her fears. Today was the day when he made her feel Imperfectly perfect. He made her feel complete. He made her realise that she had the right to feel loved. And today was the day when Bani realised that she was madly in love with him. She celebrated her birthday with her family. One big family.

Later she got dressed in a saree which he had gifted her. Veer confessed his feeling for Bani but she didn't speak rather she tried pouring her emotions through the kiss. She wanted to confess her feelings only after telling him the truth. They spent romantic moments with each others, enhancing their emotions towards each other even more.

Few weeks later

Bani met Riddhima. She was happy meeting with her gain. Today Bani was meeting Veer after two weeks and she wanted to surprise him. While coming she got a call from karan.

Karan - Bani.. Uss farmhouse ki room ki key bana chuki hein par tujhe Veer Singhania ko kuch time ke liye iss sab se dur rakhna hoga..

Bani- Bhai par kyunn?

Karan - Tujhe uspar bharosa hoga par mujhe nahi hein.. Isiliye..

Bani - Toh thik hein Bhai.. Jaisa aap thik samjhe..Par iss baar agar koi sabbot nahi mila toh aap Veer par shak karna chorr denge.. Wada kijiye ..

Karan - Manzoor hein.. (He says half heartedly)

Bani and Veer went to Riddhima's baby shower and involuntarily Bani confessed her feelings for him. She didn't know what got into her but she wanted to vocalise her feelings and her emotions.
She was in his embrace and her mind was filled with his thoughts.

Bani (in mind) - Mujhe pata hei ki tum gunehgar nahi ho aur mujhe tum par pura bharosa hein. I love you Veer (she says kissing his forehead)

2 weeks later.

They had their Sangeet. Karan had informed Bani that they couldn't crack his security system and hence Bani had to see that room herself.

She gave the idea of having the remaining rituals of the girl side at the farm house.

And finally on the day of her haldi she found the key through a old worker who said that all the keys are kept in the store room. For a second she felt a scared.

Bani - Tu dar kyun rahi hein Bani.. Tujhe pata hein ki Veer ne kuch nahi kiya... Woh aesa kar hi nahi sakta.

She went inside that room locking it from inside. She searched for any clues and finally found a diary along with a phone. It was khushi's phone which meant that this was her room.

Bani flips few pages and finally reads something which was clearly in Khushi's hand writing.

Pyar aur Farz ke bich ka chunnav sabse mushkil chunnav hein. Aaj ek taraf meri mohhabat hein toh dusri taraf mere desh aur mera farz. Samjh nahi aa raha hein ki kise chunu.. Kisi chorru. Meri haar toh tay hi hein bhale main kisi ka bhi chunnav karu....

Bani continued reading her diary as she was flipping the pages, the story was getting more intensified. Something which she didn't even expect... As the last pages came..

Woh taqleef main hein aur main bhi .. You know passion always comes with pain and this is that phase of my life or should I say ours but today everything will become right.

Main sab sahi kardungi. Sab thik hojayega. Woh meri baat sunne ko man gaya hein. Mujhe ek mauka dene ko man gaya hein aur aaj usse milkar humare bich ki ye sari galatafahamiyan dur hojayengi... Humesha ke liye.

Manyata - BANI! Kahan hein Bani.. Rasam shuru hone wali hein..

Bani heard Manyata's voice and decided to go out. She wiped her tears which was flowing from her eyes now.

Bani sneaked back to her room. They had the haldi rasam and then Veer came to meet her.

Bani - Please mera bharosa kabhi mat todna.. Mera yakeen nahi todna.

She says being all serious all suddenly. She didn't know why she was feeling so restless.

Veer - Kabhi nahi sweetheart. I love you and tumhare yakeen mujhpar main kabhi nahi tutne dunga.

Next day

Bani and Karan were going to meet today . Bani had already sent him the phone for its data recovery.

Bani - Bhai .. Bhai Khushi kisi se pyar karti thi aur woh ussi shaks se aakhiri baar milne gayi thi.. We have to catch that person.

Karan doesn't say anything.

Bani - What happened.. Bhai?

Karan - Listen to this.. (He says playing a recording from khushi's phone and turning away)

Khushi - Bhai aapko pata hein ki maine apni zindagi ki koi baat kabhi aapse nahi chupayi.. Toh ye baat toh meri zindagi ki hein toh ye aapko kaise nahi batati.. Mujhe pyar hogaya hein bhai.. Aapki khushi ko pyar hogaya hein.

Jab peheli baar usse mili thi toh laga hi nahi ki kabhi usse bhi mohhabat ho sakti thi par huyi.. Hum dono ki duniya itni dur thi par phir bhi hum pass aahi gaye... Humari bich galatfahamiyon ne jagah zarur bana li hein lekin jahan mohhabat ho wahaan zyada din tak koi galatfahami tik hi nahi sakti.

Jald sab thik hojayega aur main aapko usse mil waungi Bhai... VEER se.

She says and Bani's whole world shattered just like that.

Karan - Dekh liya Bani... Main tujhe yehi galati karne se rok raha tha .. Jo galati khushi ne ki..

Bani couldn't register Karan's words and she left from there just like that. The whole day she couldn't pay attention to anything.

Bani (in mind) - Mohhabat ne mujhe bhale dagah dedi ho.. Par mere farz aur meri behen ke liye insaaf main zaroor hasil karungi. (She says with moist eyes. Anger and pain filled in them)
