Bani was stunned looking at the arrangements around her.The room looked beautiful with the floral decoration and the lights hung on the top. It was a mesmerizing sight.

Everybody said" HAPPY BIRTHDAY "! in unison with a wide smile across their faces but Bani didn't react. She just stood still with a blank expression across her face. Nobody had ever celebrated her birthday so grandly. She had herself formed a view in her mind that this day was wretched. That she was a culprit. Tears pooled in her eyes and she ran away from there .

Mahir - Bani.. (He says with a worried expression)

Veer - Mahir.. Main dekhta hu.. Aap sab chinta mat kijiye.. (He says and follows her towards the garden)

In garden Veer - Bani....

Bani doesn't listen to him and keeps moving forward.

Veer - Bani.. Please meri baat suno... (He says and pulls her closer to him by holding her hand )

Veer - Meri baat suno...

Bani - Kya sunoo.. Ye sab tumne kiya na . .. Kyun kiya???... Bolo kyun kiyaa?.. Tum jante ho ki main ye din nahi manati.. Jante ho na.. (She says holding his collar while her tears were dropping through her eyes) . .. Kyun kiya.. (She cries loudly and Veer holds her in his embrace. He knew she wasn't upset from him,she was upset from the game which destiny had played with her)Aaj ke din unhone mujhe chhor diyaa.. Veer.. (She sobs).. Chhor diya...

Veer - Sweetheart... Sweetheart ek baar meri baat suno.. (He says cupping her face).. Jo bhi hua usmein tumhari koi galati nahi thi.. Woh ek hadsa tha... Maine ye issi liye kiya kyunki tumhare maa baba bhi yahi chhate ki unki princess humesha khush rahe.. Muskurate rahe.. Socho woh maaa baba jo apni bachi ki sari khwaishen pura karna chahte the.. Kya unhe accha lagega tumhe iss haal main dekhkar.. Tumne hi kaha tha mujhse ki tumhare maa baba abhi bhi yahaan..tumhare dil main zinda hein.. Toh jitni baar tum apne aap ko.. Apne dil ko taqleef pohouchati ho, utni hi baar dard toh unhein bhi hota hoga na...

(Bani keeps looking at him just like a small child while trying to register his words. )

Veer - You are a beautiful soul sweetheart. Ek acchi beti , acchi behen, acchi dost, acchi insaan tum sab ho, sari khubiyan hein tum mein. I want you to be happy, you deserve to be happy. Main janta hu tum mein ye dar kyun hein, Sumi mami ki baton ne, uss kache umar ke jazzbaton ne tumhare andar iss dar ko, iss guilt ko create kiya hein.. Par Bani tum guilty nahi ho.. Yahann sawal kisi aur ka nahi bas tumhara hein.. Jab tak tum khudko iss bojh se, iss guilt se dur nahi karogi.. Tab tak ye tumhe andar hi andar khata rahega...

Bani - Meri galati sach mein nahi hein..?

(She asks it like a question, Veer's heart was aching by seeing Bani in such condition, but he was determined to make her overcome this burden which she was carrying in her heart since a very tender age)

Veer - Ye Sawal tumhe mujhse nahi puchna hein sweetheart.. Kyunki ye sawal tumhare dimaag ne tumse pucha hein.. Aur apne dil ko uska jawaab dena do..

Bani - I didn't hurt them.. I ... I didn't... I love them Veer.. I love them.. Then how could I hurt them.. It's impossible.. It's impossible...

(She says and hugs him tightly. Her tears were flowing through her eyes but this time every drop of tear which she was shedding , she was feeling light headed, she felt as him her soul was regenerating with every passing second. Veer also hugged her back with equal passion. He kept caressing her hair. His eyes were wet too, he had never seen her in such a condition. Today the one in front of him was not the strong headed Bani sharma which he knew cause today he had met that five year old Bani who was wiped off the childhood love and care which every child deserved. Though somewhere he was happy too as today finally she had vented out all her pain.

Kabhi kabhi dard ko khatam karne ke liye, uss dard ko bayan karna bohot zaruri ban jata hein. Jab hum apne dard ko bayan karte the... Usse bat te hein toh uss dard ka kuch hissa humare lafzon ke sath bahar nikal jata hein aur humare dil ka bojh kam kar deta hein.)

Veer - Accha suno.. (He says wiping her tears).. Ye aasun pocho.. Aur andar chalo.. Tumhara sab intezar kar rahe hein.. Tumhare apne tumhara intezar kar rahe hein...

Bani nods with a soft smile on her face. Veer extends his hand and Bani holds it. They come back inside the mansion.

Mahir - Mujhe pata tha ki Bani ke liye aaj ka din kitna tough hota hein.. Phir bhi mujhse galati hogayi..

Bela - Mahirji... Veer gaya hein na.. Dekhiyega sab sort hojayega.. Problem se dar kar agar hum usse dur bhagte rahenge toh kya woh problem, woh pareshani kabhi solve hogi?.. Nahi na.. Toh bas ye humara pehla kadam hein Bani ke dil se uske Sare bojh kaam karne ka..

(They were talking when Veer and Bani entered)

Mahir - Bani.. Tu thik toh hein na.. Tujhe rest karna hein toh kar sakti hein...

Bani - Bhai... Main thik hu..Aur Aap sab ne itna kuch kiya hei.. Toh mera pura faiyda uthana banta hein.. (She says laughing a little)

Mahir also laughs a little and hugs her.

Arnav - Abb cake kate.. Mujhse toh abb control hi nahi ho raha hein..

Everybody chuckle. They bring the cake. The cake looked lavishly beautiful. Bani blows the candle and cuts the cake . She was about to give the first piece to Andy but he stops her.

Andy - Mujhe nahi beta.. Iss par pehela haq kisi aur ka hein.. (He says eyeing towards Veer)

Veer - Main..

(Before Veer could complete his statement, Bani forwards her hand with a piece of cake in her hand. She had a genuine smile on her face.Veer eats the cake and Bani wantedly smears some cake on his face while giving a naughty smile. Veer also feeds her the cake and smears some cream on her nose.Everybody smile looking at their cute antics.)

Bela - Accha okay abb Cake cutting hogaya hein.. Toh it's time for GIFTS! Toh batao kon start karega..

Arnav - Main start karungaaa..! (He says excitedly and gives the gift to Bani.She unwrapped the gift.)

Bani - Dost ye..(she says as a smile forms on her face)

Arnav - Mere Angel ke liye.. Angel special chocolates!!.. Waise main apne chocolates kisi ke sath share nahi karta par tumhare sath karunga..kyunki tum inn chocolates ki tarah hi bohot bohot bohot sweet ho(He says grinning cutely ).. Also ye decorations maine khud kiya hein...

Bani - Thank you so much Dost.. I love it.. Chocolates bhi aur aapka decorations bhi..

Bela - Accha okay abb meri bari... Ye lo Bani..

Bani opens the gift box . It was a customized coffee mug with their picture and #Bestsisterever written on the other side.

Bani - Bela.. This..

Bela - Thank you Bani.. Mujhe ek behen ka sath dene ke liye.. Meri itni khaas dost banne ke liye... I love you bestiee..

Bani - I love you too Bhabhi..

Veer smiles looking at Bani's equation with everybody. He felt like his family was complete now.

Mahir - Abb tumhara hogaya ho toh main gift de du..

Bela - Bani lagta hein someone is jealous of our bond..

Bani - Very true.. (They laugh)

Mahir - Accha..Toh tune abb team badal li.?

Bani - Main toh kabse ek hi team mein hu..

Mahir - Kismein?

Bani- Team Behir (she says and giggles)

Mahir - Badmash... Accha ye le...

Bani opens Mahir's gift. It was a pendant with a lotus design.

Mahir - Tujhe pata hein ye lotus.. Kamal.. Sabse khubsurat phollon main se ek hein.. Par usse khichad se nikal kar hi khilna padta hein.. Tu bilkul uss kamal ke hi tarah hein.. Lakhon pareshani se guzar kar bhi.. Tu khili hein.. Aur teri pyar Ki khusbu se tune sab ko khush rakha hein, unka khayal rakha hein.. Khudko itna kabil banaya hein.. I am proud to be your Brother Bani..

Bani - I love you Bhai.. (She says and hugs him while Mahie kisses her forehead)

Vivaan - Bani bhabhi...

He says and Bani feels a very different kind of emotion while hearing him call her Bhabhi. For a second she and Veer have a eye contact.

Vivaan - Ye aapke liye..

Bani opens it and finds a T-shirt.

Vivaan - Bhabhi main aapko zyada toh nahi janta par itna zarur janta hi ki you are a very talented digital marketer..aapne aaj tak kitne prizes jite hein and office mai toh aapko kaam karte dekha hi tha ...So this one's for you..

Bani - Thank you Vivaan . . Par tumhe prizes ke barein main kaise pata hein?

Vivaan - Woh sir ne pata lagwaya tha na..

(He says in a flow. Veer glares at him and everybody laughs along with Bani giving a small smile)

Andy - Mujhse gift nahi legi?

Bani takes the gift from his hand and opens it. It was a tiara.

Bani - Mamu ye..?

Andy - Abb meri princess ke pass uska taaj to hona hi chahiye na...

Bani - Mamu.. (She hugs him)

Andy - Sorry beta.. Itne salon main.. Main tujhe shayad woh pyar de hi nahi paya jo didi aur jijaji tumhe dete.. Shukrandaaz hu main Veer ka.. Aaj uske wajah se hi mujhe meri galti ka ehsaas hua

Bani - Nahi Mamu.. Aesa kuch nahi hein.. Aap mere strength hein.. Meri family hein.. Aur aapke pyar main kabhi koi kami nahi thi..

Sumitra - Woh.. Ye...

Bani looks at Sumitra. She had no expectations from her but today she surprised her as well.

Sumitra - Ye tumhare liye.. (She says lowering her gaze)

Bank takes the gift from her hand. It was a bracelet with Shivji's Rudraksh embedded in it.

Sumitra - Tu shivji ko bohot manti hein.. Toh ye tere liye...

Bani hugs Sumitra .For the first time she had done something for Bani and that made her emotional.

Bani -Thank you mami..

Manyata - Accha abb meri bari... Ye tohfa bohot khaas hein.. Kyunki ye sirf meri taraf se nahi hein..

(She takes out the gift and Veer instantly recognises it.)

Bani - Mausi ye..

Manyata -Chandrakala ke kangan hein.. Usne mujhpar bohot badi responsibility di thi.. Ki jiss din iss ghar ko uski lakshmi mil jaye.. Uss din main isse ye du.. Aur aaj mujhe woh mil chuki hein.. Isiliye ye tohfa.. Chandrakala ke taraf..

Bani - Maasi par mein.. (She says looking at Veer)

Manyata - Veer.. Ek kaam kar tuhi pehna de ye isse.. Haq hein tera..! (She says teasing them)

Veer comes forward and takes the bangles from Manyata's hand and takes Bani's hand in his. Bani just keeps looking at him. He gently
puts the bangles in her hand and everybody claps.

Bela - Uff.. Itna sundar.. Lag raha hein bilkul tumhare hathon ke liye hi bana ho..

Veer couldn't agree more. Those bangles , his mother's bangle looked perfect on her. She looked beautiful too,just like a princess and these bangles added on to her beauty. He so wanted to make her his. He wanted to marry her and spend his entire life with her by his side but this time he planned to do everything properly, he wanted to rectify his mistakes. He decided that he would ask for her approval and if she didn't want him in her life, he would tell everybody about what he had done previously.

Bela - Accha dekhiye abb hum sabko chalna chahiye.. Thoda time inn dono ko bhi akele bitana banta hein.. (She says teasing them)

Veer/Bani - Bela..!

Manyata - Haan Haan bilkul chalo chalo.. (She laughs and they all leave).. . Ye log apna khana pina dekh lenge.

Veer - Mujhse apna tohfa nahi mangogi?

Bani - Tumne aaj mujhe itne bade nade tohfe diye hein.. Usse zyada main aur kya hi mang hi sakti hu..

Veer - Maine konse tohfein diye?

Bani - Tumhare wajah se mujha ek itna bada parivaar mila hein, usse bada tohfa aur kya ho sakta hein bhala.. Yehi nahi tumne mere andar se aaj ek bojh kam kar diya and I know ki ye princess themed party bhi tumhara hi plan hoga.. Mujhe maa baba se jodne ke liye... Aur mere favourite lavenders.. Woh bhi sirf tumhe pata hein..

Veer - Sach kahu toh maine ye tumhare liye nahi kiya.. Ye sab maine apne liye kiya.. Kyunki..

Bani - Kyunki.. ?

Veer - Baat puri karne ko puri raat padi hein..

(He says softly.. Melting Bani's heart)

Veer - Mera tohfa.. (He says giving her the box and Bani opens it)

It was a beautiful red saree.

Bani - It's beautiful.. (She says tracing her fingers over the fabric)

Veer - Not more than my sweetheart.. (He says making Bani blush. Both of them look at each other with a warm feeling.)

Veer - Waise ek baat puchu?

Bani - Pucho..

Veer - Aaj tumne birthday wish mein kya manga..?

Bani - Wishes batane par puri nahi hoti Mr.. Toh ye sawal ka jawab aapko tab hi mil sakta hein jab meri wish puri ho..

Veer - Ms Bani sharma being Bani sharma..(he chuckles )Toh abb terrace chale..?

Bani - Terrace?

Veer - Haan woh dinner wohi lagaya hein..

Bani - Mujhe thoda waqt do.. Main abhi aati hu..

Veer - Par tum kahan..

Bani - Bas thoda intezar... Tum chalo main aati hu

Veer - Thik hein par jaldi aana.. Main tab tak khana laga ta hu.. Sab tumhari favourite dishes hein..

Bani - Okayy! (She says with a smile)

The terrace was decorated. There was a cute tent standing there, lit up with fairy lights. Inside, there were tiny tables and pillow.He arranged all her favourite dishes Aloo ka partha, Dum Biryani ,Gajar ka Halwa and many more.He was eagerly waiting for her to come and see the arrangements.

Veer - Ye Bani ko itna time lag gaya.. (He was about to go downstairs to check on her when she came upstairs and Veer breath was taken away.)

She was dressed in the red Saree which he had gifted her.When it came to her, his choice of outfits was spot on. The saree had shining sequins all over it, but for him, it was she that stood out. Her hair flew as the breeze from outside brushed past them. She just looked stunning. Stunningly unreal.He then noticed that she had also wore his mother's bangles.He keeps looking at her.

Bani - Acchi nahi lag rahi hu kya..?

Veer - Itni khubsurat lag rahi ho ki lafz kaam pad jayenge...

Bani - Tum bhi na..

Veer - Sach kahu toh jis pal maine ye saree kharidi thi, ussi pal main tumhe ismein dekhna chhata tha.. Jisna imagine kiya tha ussi bhi zyada khubsurat lag rahi ho..

Bani - Kya baat hein.. Itni tareef kar rahe ho.. Badle mein koi tohfa chahiye kya..?

Veer - Tohfa toh chahiye.. (He says moving closer to her)

Bani - Accha.. Kya?

Veer - I want another chance Bani! I know I messed up. I destroyed everything and maybe somewhere subconsciously I even know that I dont deserve you but I can't live without you...

Bani - Veer..

Veer - Nahi Bani..mujhe aaj bolne do.. Tum uss kyunki ka jawab puch rahi thi na.. Toh jawab ye hein ki abb tumhari muskurahat hi mera sukoon ban chuki hein, tumhari taqleef dekhkar mujhe dard hota hein, tumhare sath hone par aesa lagta hein mano main pura ho gaya.. Tum mere rooh ka hissa ban chuki ho Bani.. Aesa hissa jiske bina jeena mumkeen hi nahi.. Main humesha mohhabat se dur bhagta aaya hu.. Mujhe woh ek kamzori laga karti thi.. Par tumhein chah kar jana.. Ki mohhabat se badi taqat toh iss jahan main kisi ke pass nahi.. Main future ke barein mein sochte sochte ye bhul gaya ki manzil tak pohouchne ke liye humein sabse pehla ,pehla kadam chalna padta hein... Aur tum ne mujhse woh pehla kadam chal waya hein..

Tumhe peheli baar dekh kar hi mujhe aesa laga manlo kisi ne meri dhadhkano ko rok liya ho, meri sanson ko tham diya ho. Tum voh peheli ladki ho jo mujhse roz ladti thi par tumhara dant tak mujhe pyari lagne lagi.

Tum duniya ki sabse acchi ladki ho Bani. Samajhdar ho... Khubsurat ho... Dusron ki jazzbaton ki kadar karti ho aur jab apno pe baat aayi toh...toh unke liye lad bhi jaati ho par main ek perfect insaan nahi hu ,mujh mein bohot khamiyan hein par main hamari zindagi ko aur hamare future ko perfect banana chahta hu. Tumhare saath ye puri zindagi bitana chahta hu.

Bani - Veer... ( Bani was overwhelmed. Veer's each and every word was echoing in her ears)

Veer - I know tum shayad mere liye ye sab feel nahi karti... Par main apni feelings ko tum par kabhi bojh nahi banne dunga.. Agar tum mujhse dur jana chhati ho.. Toh iss shadi ke sach ke barein mein bhi main sabko bata dunga..

(Veer was continuously speaking not giving Bani a chance to say even a word . Before Veer could complete his sentence Bani crashes her lips on his. Veer was definitely taken aback, his mind had a thousand questions but his heart just wanted to live in the moment. This moment.

Iss pal Veer ko bas yahi lag raha tha manlo Bani nahi balki puri kainaat uski baahon mein ho. Aur Bani..Bani ke liye ye pehela lamha tha jab uske dil aur dimag mein bas ek hi cheez chal rahi thi...koi sawal nahi...koi bandish nahi...koi duri nahi. Bas ek khayal.VEER.

Veer holds her waist and pulls her closer, trying to get her closer to him...trying to take her in...all of her. Bani cupped his left cheek with one hand while the other held his shirt's collar. They had longed so long for each other...this longing rushed in all of their passion...passion that had been held within till now...

They slowly pull away... gazing into each other's eyes. )

Veer - Bani..

Bani - Jawab mil gaya...? (She says and turns controlling her heart which was beating rapidly and her face which was red.)

Veer - Ye toh nainsaafi hein.. Mujhe woh teen lafz sunne hein..

Bani - Konse teen lafz?

Veer - Abb zyada bano mat..

Bani - Accha baba thik hein bolti hu..

Bani - I...

Veer looks at her anxiously.

Bani - I AM HUNGRY !

Veer - Kya..?

Bani chuckles.

Bani - I am hungry Veer..

Veer - Tum na ek din jaan lekar chodogi meri..

Bani smiles naughtily.

Veer - Aao... Ye rahe aaj ke dishes...

Bani looks at all her favourite dishes.

Bani - Wow.. Veer ..(she says opening the lid of the Casserole)... Hayee.. I really Love... (She looks at Veer for a second).. Food.

Veer - Tadpalo jitna tadpana hein Bani sharma.. Humara din bhi aayega.

Bani chuckles.Bani then haves the food while Veer keeps looking at her.

Bani - Ye lo.. (She says feeding him a piece of paratha)

Veer smiles and opens his mouth while bani feeds.

They have the food together vibing with the atmosphere and celebrating their togetherness.

Veer - Ek baat bolu..

Bani - Hmm.. Bolo..

Veer - Bani tumhein mujhe jitna satana hein satalo, jitna waqt chahiye ye lo par mujhe bas itna bata do ki tumne mujhe sach mein maaf kiya na.. Kahi tum family ke pressure mein..

Bani - Veer itna sochna band karo.. (She says holding his hand) Maine ye faisla kisi pressure main nai apne dil se liya hein.. Ye mauka tumhe isiliye diya hein kyunki tumhe apni galati ka ehsaas hein aur tumhare jazzbat sache hein.. Tumne mere liye jitna sab kuch kiya.. Woh aaj tak mere liye kisi ne nahi kiya.. Main inn sajavaton ki baat nahi kar rahi.. Main baat kar rahi hu unn lamhon ki jab tumne mujhe sambhala.. Mera sahara banne... Bas happy moment mein sath rehna relationship nahi hein Balki unn lamhon main jab dusra kamzor pad jaye, tab uska sath nibhana, asli mohhabat hein..

Tum ek bohot acche insaan ho Veer, bas ye nafrat ka mukhata liye ghumte ho.. Tum dikhate nahi ho par tum sab ki bohot zyada parwah karte ho.. Kisse apne ko taqleef main dekhkar.. Tumhe bhi taqleef hoti hein.. Bina kissi ke kahe tum sabki zaruratein samjh jate ho..Maine tumhe ek baar kaha tha ki mohhabat mere liye izzat se ibadat tak ka safar hein.. Aur main tumhari izzat karti hu Veer.

Tumse dur rehene ki bohot koshish ki maine Veer lekin tumhare taraf khichti chali gayi..

Veer smiles and hugs her tightly while. Moving her around.

Bani - Kya kar rahe ho Veer main gir jaungi..! (She laughs)

Veer - Aur tumhe lagta hein ki main aesa hone dunga.. Tum toh kya.. Tumhare aakhon se ek aasun girna bhi abb allowed nahi hein.. Tumhe abb bas muskurana hein..

Bani smiles hearing him.

Bani - Toh desert khaye abb..?

Veer chuckles

Veer - Tum khalo.. Mera toh hoga ya.. (He says hinting towards the kiss.)

Bani - Veer... (She says slightly hitting his shoulder)

He then extends his hand as he plays the music.

Veer and Bani interlock their fingers. Veer holds her waist, pulling her closer to him. Bani was blushing and was facing down while their bodies moved with the rhythm of the music. He suddenly pulls her closer to him.

Veer - Look at me Sweetheart!

Bani lifts her eyes and looks into Veer's eyes. They were filled with love and adoration.

Veer then swings bani backward and kisses her cheek. He could smell the lavender in her hair. This always drove him crazy. They continued dancing, losing themselves in each other.

Veer cups Bani's face, caressing it. He tucks a strand behind her ear. He moves forward and kisses her forehead, then her nose, and then he touches her lips with his.

This kiss was very different from the kisses that they had shared earlier because this time it was about the feelings that they had hidden within their hearts. Veer kisses her neck while Bani closes her eyes. Veer moves down and kisses her stomach, while Bani's grip on his shirt tightens. She turns around, feeling shy. Veer moves her hair to the other side and kisses her back.
She turns and hugs him.

Veer then lifts Bani and carries her to the room.

He starts kissing her neck while her heart beats rapidly. She turns and presses her lips against his. Their kiss slowly turns into a passionate one and they reach Veer's room consumed in each other. As they enter his room, they pull away trying to catch their breath. Veer then moves towards her while she stands there looking at him with her dote eyes..

He then moves forward, but she takes a step back and falls on the bed. He moves on top of her and kisses her on her forehead, then on her lips, and slowly moves down, she shuts her eyes.
Bani felt ethereal. She couldn't even look into his eyes as she felt shy yet radiant.

Veer - Good Night Sweetheart! (Veer says kissing her forehead).. Mujhe pata hein ki tumhe abhi thoda aur waqt chahiye.. Aur iss rishte main aage badhna ka kadam sirf aur sirf tumhara hoga.

She looks at him with love and caresses his face, running her hand through his hair. His statement made both her love and respect for Veer reach new heights. Veer knew that Bani wanted to take their relationship further only after they had been married and he respected her decision.

Veer - Waise ek tohfa aur hein jo main tunhe dena bhul gaya..

Bani - Ek aur tohfa.. ?

Veer nods his head and puts her hand on his heart.

Veer - Aaj ke din ka tumhara aakhiri tohfa..
