Y/N: They said nothing about moving.

It was now the next day. By the time you had woken up, your Mother had all of your things packed for you. You didn't know why, but she then told you that doing anything at a school like Luna Nova would mean you would have to move into a dorm room.

Of course you couldn't bring all of your stuff along with you, but you had everything that you needed. Clothes, body wash and other shower related stuff, etc. However you had managed to sneak in a few snacks and stuff to munch on along the way.

In one hand you had a suitcase carrying all of your belongings, rolling against the ground with it's wheels as you dragged it behind you. In the other hand, a bag of potato chips.

Both of your hands were occupied, so with your magic, you used telekinesis so move the chips to your mouth and eat them.

Y/N: Mom really said "You're grown up, pack your shit"...

On a related note, she had also informed you that one do the Professors of Luna Nova would be awaiting your arrival at the local ley line portal, as if you knew what that was.

After what felt like hours, you had finally reached your destination according to the map your Mother had given you.

The place had looked like it had been abandoned for years, maybe even decades. It consisted of a singular tall structure, and had trees and other plant life growing on it.

Y/N: Are you serious...? This can't be the place...

Regardless, you walked over to see if it was, even though you had hoped that it wasn't. To your disbelief, it was indeed the right place.

Upon getting closer, you noticed a lady standing by the front. Just by looking at her outfit, you could tell that she was the Professor you had been told about. Her Uniform had "Magic Witch" written all over it.

Eventually she noticed your presence and greeted you properly.

???: Oh! You must be the new employee! It's a pleasure to meet you!

Y/N: Likewise.

Although she had the proper attire, she looked rather young to be a Professor or a Witch. Let alone both. She had long blue hair and glasses that covered her eyes. Though with your magic you could see that her eyes were of a bright red.

???: I'm Professor Ursula. We'll likely be seeing each other quite often around the school! 

Y/N: My name is Y/N. Y/N Moro. Thank you for having me. It will be a pleasure to work with you.

Ursula: The Pleasure's all mine, Mr. Moro. Anyway, we must be going. Classes start again pretty soon and I need to get to my own class!

Y/N: Alright then, lead the way.

Ursula: Well...if we want to get to Luna Nova, we have to take this Ley Line, and unless you have your own broom, you'll have to be my passenger if you don't mind.

You were more than aware of how Witches tended to travel, and you really didn't want to ride a broom with one. Luckily for you, you had recently learned your own method of flight. You still have to perfect it, but you can navigate just fine.

Y/N: Oh No, you don't have to do that. I can get around my own way.

Ursula: Oh, I'm sorry but...we'll have to fly to travel through the Ley Line...

Y/N: I'm aware. Observe.

With that you walked into the building by yourself. Ursula ran after you to make sure that you didn't hurt yourself. Of course you knew what you were doing.

Ursula: M-Mr. Moro! Please be careful!!

Y/N: You don't need to hold my hand through this process, Professor. I told you, I can navigate just FINE!

With that you suddenly blasted off like a rocket ship and flew head first into the portal above. Ursula, while shocked, hopped on broom, and flew after you.

While you could navigate properly in the air with little trouble, actually taking off was the hardest part for you, hence why you screamed upon taking off.

Ley-Line Portal

You were now soaring through the portal dimension like a hot knife through butter. Moving at even higher speeds than Ursula and her broom.

Ursula: This kid is something else!

Eventually the both of you were engulfed in a bright golden light, reaching the end of the portal and arriving at your new work place.

Luna Nova Academy

Upon exiting the Portal, you now found yourself hovering above the Academy. And if you were being completely honest, the place didn't look nearly as crummy as you thought it would.

Y/N: Hm...not bad...

You then noticed something in the distance that looked like that of a sky scraper, and at the top was a bright cyan light, shining like a star.

This caught your attention as you could sense the amount of magic energy emitting from it. But to you, it was like a little kid smelling the scent of freshly baked cookies from downstairs.

Y/N: My My! What spectacular energy! Coming to this place might not have been such a bad idea after all!

Being able to eat energy and magic like some sort of snack was one of your most basic abilities, yet it was one that you rarely used.

Y/N: I'll have to get my hands on that thing at some point...even if it's but a taste...

It was here where Professor Ursula had caught up to you. She was surprised that you managed to get here so quickly, but was more blown away by your ability to fly without the use of a broom.

Ursula: That's incredible! You can fly on your own! How do you do it?!

Y/N: That will have to wait for another time. I'm sure you're eager to get me settled in?

Ursula: Oh! Yes, of course! If you could come with me!

With that, Professor Ursula then flew on down towards the academy as you followed her.

Ursula: Maybe you can be more than just a janitor here, Mr. Moro!
