The reality
It was lunch time, Abhishek Sharma was nowhere to be seen. "Hey" Shubman said when Sameeksha stood up to leave, "Shubman Gill" He forwarded his hand, "Sameeksha Nair" She did the hand shake.
"Nair? Arey waah, hamare lecturer bhi Nair hai na?" He asked, "mere bade bhaiya hai" She smiled, "really?" He asked surprised. "Vese mene tumhari batting dekhi hai, you're great" She said. "Thank you" He smiled looking down.
"Yaha itni bheed kyu hai?" Sameeksha said as they walked toward the canteen, "chalo dekhte hai" He said.
The crowd was going crazy, but Shubman was catching every girl's attention. Finally, Sameeksha and Shubman managed to see the reason behind that crowd: Abhishek Sharma.
Sameeksha's body froze, she was standing still like a statue. It was her crush, her dream boy, her everything in front of her. He was giving autographs to fellow students with a smile was plastered on his face.
Shubman hugged him and they talked for a few moments. "Abhishek I'm a huge fan of yours!" A girl ran to him, making Sameeksha realise where she was.
Abhishek smiled a little and nodded. "Abhishek you are the best cricketer in the world!" Another girl said, Abhishek ignored all the comments and kept talking to Shubman.
"Real life me kitna akdu hai" Someone said from the back, "sachme yaar! Kese ignore kar raha hai sabko" Someone else said. Sameeksha was listening to this, she was about to reply when Shubman called her.
"This is Sameeksha, my new friend" He introduced her to Abhishek. "Cricket ki boht badi fan hai" He said, Sameeksha forwaded her hand for a hand shake but Abhishek looked away to click a selfie with a girl.
Shubman noticed this, "tumhe bhook lagi hogi na? Kucch khaae?" He asked, Sameeksha nodded with a heavy heart.
She never expected Abhishek to be arrogant, egoistic and selfish like that. He was her hero, she used to support him always. On meeting him, she realised he was totally opposite from what he looked on Instagram or television. She was highly upset with herself that she liked someone like Abhishek.

Karan was walking through the jungle, it was extremely hard to find clues about the elephants that were killed. There were no CCTV cameras in the jungle, except in Gurukul. For the sake of her elephants, Devaki decided to help him.
"Last body yahi pe mili thi na?" Karan asked when they reached an area near some trees. Devaki nodded. "Mere khayal se haathi daant ke lie yeh sab ho raha hai" Karan said, Devaki made a poker face, "obviously?" She said. "Haathio ki dead bodies me daant gayab hote hai" She said, he nodded.
"Mostly attacks kaha pe hue hai?" He asked, "har jagah hote hi rehte hai" She replied. "Kabhi kisi ko dekha hai?" He asked, she shook her head.
"Ese kese ho sakta hai? Crime hote hue koi na koi to dekh hi leta hai" He said looking here and there. "Jo records tumne dikhae the, haathio ke shikaar ke, mujhe woh wapas dekhne hai" He said.
They went back home and started looking at the records. "Matlab weekly ek haathi ka shikaar hota hai" He said, she hummed.
"Lekin koi specific din ya jagah nhi hai jisse ek pattern saamne aa sake" He said tapping his foot on the floor.
"Ek ajeeb baat hai vese, mostly shikaar raat ko hota hai" He said, "isme ajeeb kya hai?" She asked. "Haathi to raat ko so rahe hote hai, to woh shelter homes se nikalke bahar kyu jaate hai?" He asked. She started thinking, he had a point.
"Raat ko jaagna padega, bina kisi ko batae" He decided, "Vidyut Bhaiya ko to batana padega" She said. He shook his head, "kisi ko nhi bataenge, sirf tum aur me honge" He said. She looked at him, "I mean...sirf tum aur me jaag ke chowkidaari karenge" He smiled, she rolled her eyes.
