This is basically a "What if"/AU. Caramel Cupcake is still Kim's pet and puppy dog at the end of the day. So I imagine that if Caramel was human,he would be a child or an adult with child like personality traits. If Caramel was a shapeshifter, he would definitely still have certain behaviors of a dog displayed differently when in human form.

If Caramel Cupcake was somehow part or fully human then he would be treated as Kimberly's son by both Kim (especially) and everyone else. Kim might slip up and revert back into old habits from time to time (for Shapeshifter Caramel Cupcake) but, she would still  love him regardless of what form he had.

On and Selene would be his Aunties who spoil him. Selene is the fun adventurous Auntie while On is the Auntie that gives the best presents and makes sure Selene doesn't lose the child.

I think Taehyung would become Caramel's father figure but, Kim would never force him into parenthood for a child that wasn't his.
