After that small meeting I decided to follow the boy. I followed him for a while until I got slightly lost  in the trees but I was rescued by singing. 

" Natsuhiboshi naze akai

Yuube kanashii yume wo miita
Naite hanashita
Akai me yo

Natsuhiboshi naze mayou
Kieta warashi wo sagashiteru
Dakara kanashii yume wo miru" 

I finally found my way out by the singing, it was the boys'. He started again in english.

" Natsuhiboshi why are you so red?

Because i had a sad dream last night.
my eyes are red from the tears i shed,
swollen as I cry.
Natsuhiboshi why've you lost your way?
I'm searching for a child whose gone afar.
he cant be found though I've searched all day,
My sad dreams come once more. "

When I heard the first verse I pictured my brother alone and crying at night, not being able to sleep or dream.  

The second verse made me think of when i woke up that morning and I searched for my lost friend. I remember losing my way in the labyrinth of halls that make up all of his bases. I remember how long I searched, trying to save my friend from going down an un-changable path.

"Natsuhiboshi why've you lost your way? 

I'm searching for a child whose gone afar.

he cant be found though I've searched all day

My sad dreams come once more." I sang quietly in the trees behind the boy. He turned around  to see who sang. He layed his eyes on me for a second before Naruto caught his attention.

" Hey! Sumaru! What are ya doing way out here!?" Naruto said grinning and catching up to him at the edge of the cliff. I quietly stood next to them, coming out from my noticed hiding spot.

"Oh just passing the time. Who are you?" He said glaring at me before noticing my headband and relaxing.

"Im airi, im on this mission too." He nodded with a faint smile. "What are you passing time for?" I asked timidly. I'm not so used to being in other peoples villages and working with them. Konoha is such a welcoming place, it was home the minute I got there, but here is not so welcoming. Maybe I can make a friend.

"Im waiting for the stars." He said turning back to the orange and yellow sky.

"Waiting for the stars? Ya no kidding the night sky sure is clear around here huh." Naruto replied looking at the sky smiling too. "Take a look at that red one, pretty isnt it?" I nodded. It reminded me of my hair.

" Natsuhiboshi, never alone a star on high watches over me." Samaru replied looking down slightly. Probably staring over the cliff.

"Whats that?" Samaru turned around and started walking away. I followed Naruto and him slightly slowish because I wanted one last glimpse of Natsuhiboshi. 

"Huh? Hey hold on a second! Wait up where ya going? I wanna go pay your friends a visit!" We were just inside the clearing when he spoke again, naruto that is, samaru is pretty quiet.

" Hey check it out I brought along some of the leaf villages world famous chessnut bean jelly!" Samaru sighed.

"Look whatever, you'll find them at the training hall." Rawr hissss, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed mr. Puss-in-boots.

Oh crap! Did i feed demon this morning? Oh well, he'll find food.

"Man, that guys about as warm as an iceberg." I nodded staring after him.

" Maybe something happened to him when he was younger." He nodded before looking at me. 

"C'mon lets go." 

"Ya." I replied and we were off to visit samaru's friends. When we arrived naruto knocked on the door.

"I hope this isnt a bad time!" After no reply we walked in to see no one.

"Hey is anyone here?" I asked cautiously.

"Hey are you awake?!" Naruto asked trying to wake the boy in the corner up. Naruto made sure I was behind him, which I gladly abliged to because no one home was a little scary, it feels like something bads gonna happen.

And just to prove me right Naruto jets roped by chakra.

"Naruto!" I shouted. 

"Airi! Get out of here!" I shook my head.

"No way I dont leave friends!"

"And I dont let friends get hurt!" I shot a kunai through the chakra while naruto pulled on it making the girl controlling it fall down. Even the boy asked her to stop and she didnt! She had it coming for her!

"ow my butt!" How classy, i think i like this girl!

"Your a girl!?"

"Ya! Thats right!" I picked up from the boy earlier that her name was Hokito. 

"Hey im naruto uzumaki of the leaf village!" Guess it's my turn!

"Im Sabku no Airi, but im a shinobi of the leaf village." She nodded and naruto started freaking out about his jelly.When the girl got up she had jelly on her but.

"There it is!" I started laughing at her luck today. I must've zoned out awhile back because apparently she knew about us keeping an eye on the star. Oh well thats cool. She blushed.

"Sorry....again." And there's another answer! She apologized earlier from ATTACKING naruto.

We sat down for food but I certainly had other plans because I was slowly drifting to sleep on Naruto.

"I think your friend is falling asleep." He nodded and I could hear shuffling before I was lifted into the air in a cradle and set back down onto soft blankets. Hokito must have made a bed for me. Before I knew it I was asleep.

I dreamt of fireflies and stars mixed in with each other in the night sky. On the same cliff and I could hear a woman singing Natsuhiboshi. I started singing along and all of my friends joined me happily, nothing was wrong, even sasuke was there and smiling, his headband un-scratched and he was right by naruto's side. Sakura smiling at the stars and Gaara right next to me, with a faint happy smile of his own. Temari and Kankuro were by me as well, getting along and kankuro had an arm around gaara like i've seen many brothers do. 

" Natsuhiboshi why are you so red." I quietly sang along. The fireflies came closer and closer to us. One landed on my hand and it was burning hot. They all started to come to me and I became hotter and hotter. Then a loud bang sounded and I woke up, sitting up quickly, panting and sweat on my forehead.

"I guess he left then huh?"I asked out of breath. She turned around to me. You can tell that they were sitting in the middle of me and the boy, mizura if im correct. She nodded and looked at me, mizura watching.

"Are you feeling ok?" She put her hand to my forehead. "Oh my gosh! Your burning up!" I sighed while she pushed me back down. "You have to rest!"

"Hokuto! Did I get her sick?!" Mizura asked in a hoarse paniced voice.

"No, you didnt get me sick. I have a twin named gaara, and I'm the weaker one, so I tend to get sick alot."

"Oh, you poor thing, he must've gotten most of the strength when you two were born." Hokuto exclaimed.

" Ya, probably, im the younger one so it makes sense." she grabbed a chilled wash cloth and put it on my head.

"Well since your friends are doing so much for us I'll take care of you." She smiled and I nodded.

"Im Mizura. Your Airi right?" I nodded.

"Originally of the sand, now im from the leaf." 

"What happened? Did you run away?" He asked concerned.

"No, I went on an important mission for the leaf, failed, and when I got back early they replaced my old un-readable head band with a new one from the leaf. I guess the person who is filling in at the moment for Kazekage granted Tsunade's wish for me to be a leaf shinobi and leave in Konoha." I explained.

" Tsunade's the new Lady Hokage right? And Filling-" he took a moment to cough and hokuto gave him more water. " And filling in? Where is the Kazekage?" He finished with a cough afterwards.

" The kazekage was killed not to long ago before the chunnin exams."  Hokuto gasped.

"But why?" she asked surprised.

" Orochimaru, he attacked the village using Suna's ninja, they knew it was him, but they just...didnt know Orochimaru was the "Kazekage" at the exams. They just knew that Orochimaru had teamed up earlier with the Kazekage." I said sadly.

" Thats terrible. Did you know him as close as you seem to know Lady Hokage?" Right, I used her first name. Although I have become really close with her and shizune this past week.

" Actually...he was my father." Mizura gazed at me with shock and sorrow and Hokuto quickly replaced my washcloth, and gave me a drink of water from another tea thing. 

"Im so sorry." She whispered while I drifted off into sleep again.

I was once again woken up by the door.
"Naruto!" Hokuto exclaimed surprised.

He and neji brought in four Star Village Ninjas.

"Its ok, they just passed out, no ones injured." I quickly got out of bed and helped put them in bed.

I feel so left out! Everyones doing something and Im here all...bleh.

"Airi! Sit back down."
"Im fine Hokuto. Im not as bad as Mizura. Besides im on a mission." Neji came and felt my forehead.

"You have a tempeture." Naruto looked at me worried.

"Im not gonna die over some stupid little fever Neji, And naruto there is no need to worry, I've done this plenty of times! Like in the forest of death. That really sucked." Naruto nodded in agreement.

" Wheres Sumaru?" I asked.

"The person who stole the star got away with him." Naruto answered slightly frustrated. Then an idea popped into my head.

"Ok, Im gonna go after him!"

"Its impossible he flew away in the valley of death." Neji answered smartly. Still my plan works!

"Which is why Im perfect for the job! Neji you may not have seen it but Naruto, you remember my fight at the exams right? I used water and all of that crazy stuff." Naruto brightened up.

"Ya ya! I remember you controlled that water and everything! It was so cool!" I nodded.

"Thats how I'll fly. I'll just ride along a strip of it and keep it moving, like gaara does with his sand!"

" What about the poison? And how are you going to find him?"

"I can pick up tiny little scents of blood from a long ways away. And and i can just borrow one of those gas masks."

"How will you smell the blood then?" Neji asked getting a more and more interested and hopefull.

" It only get rids of the toxic gas, you can still breath, and the smell of blood isnt a gas. I'd  be able to get it perfectly!" He nodded and Hokuto gave me a mask.

"Be careful Ok your still sick." She warned me cautiously. I nodded and ran out of the door. Picking up water from the air and waving my arms backwards so i could surf the water quickly.

When I got to the valley I put the mask on and jumped right into it, bringing water to my feet and quickly riding it again.

I follow the scent of his blood, he mightve cut himself when he fell or something.

When I got to the building I quickly took of the maske and floated on water inside as to not make any sounds. When I found him he was hooked up to wire and cords and a breathing mask.

"Your friends ok now." I jumped and lost control of the water, letting it splash onto the ground. I quickly re-picked it up and threw it out of the door all the way outside.

"Your from the village. W-why are you doing this to kids who are part of your family!" The "hoshikage" walked in and smiled such a familiar smile, the one a certain snake gives me when he's about to hurt me or do something Im not going to like.

" Your the one who stole the star!" I gasped as I looked at him.

"Oh. Im afraid you've learned far to much." I felt a hard punch on my back, neck? I couldnt tell, but it sent out shock all over my body. And in three seconds I was out.

I woke up in a crouched position. What happened?

Your SO lucky I was here for you, you little brat! Zenaku's been working on keeping you awake and Anaastasia normally goes to sleep when your sick because its too much to work for! And shukakus busy with Gaara! This is a once in a life time thing you twerp!

Kyuubi!? Havent heard from you in a while buddy! Hows it goin'?! Still locked in a cage!? 

Watch your tongue! Your just lucky Anastasia's my little sister or I would let you DIE!

Ya but if I died would that mean anastasia died or what?

She's still too weak to become a demon by herself which is why she is sealed inside you with Zenaku.

You can be too weak to not be able to go without a host?

She's a young demon, besides I think she enjoys your company.

Wow, this conversation got really normal, this is the first one I feel like i've ever had with a demon......huh, well take care of Naruto all right? I dont want to lose any more friends.

Well i guess he got bored. Hey look people!

"Ten Ten Lee! Whatsup?!" They shushed me and I walked into the room with Sumaru.

"Mother."I backed out slowly.

"Im not your mommy!" I sqeauked and hid behind lee. My forehead felt like it was on fire and my eyes watered. My neck turned cold along with the rest of my body and I was a mixture of hot and cold. I heard Kyuubi sigh.

Why dont you become stronger so you dont get this sick?

I shook my head and leaned against the wall. I heard faded voices calling my name franticly. But before I blanked out I saw something, what is it? What is that? Its blue...black.....white?

When the image became more focused I saw the sillouhette of a certain someone's brother, Sasuke Uchiha.

Maybe I did pass out, the image blew away and I was in a dark dreary, familiar place. For anyone it would be scary, with the bars, and the cold water, but to me it was a second...third home.

" Nice to see you again Airi, considering I live inside you." I grinned at the demon.

"Hey Zenaku! Whatsup?" My body felt perfect, no fever, or cold, or aching chest, or sore throat nothing!

"I let you pass out, your body needs to re-couperate or...whatever. Shukaku said to just let you drop, so i did. How are you?"

"Im not sure. I feel fine my fevers gone-"

"No i meant with the Uchiha gone you idiot." I nodded adding an 'oh'.

" Im ok, I think of him sometimes but....i've cooled down alittle. im not as mad, infact I understand. I was going to slow him down anyways." He glared.

"Dont think of yourself inferior to him. Im sure in a couple of years you could kick his butt without the help of any demon whatsoever!" I nodded.

"Ya! Your right!"

"But for now lets just rest." He grinned and I sweatdropped. But I was all pumped for a fight~!

I guess I'll see what happens with the stars when I wake up....if I wake up in time that is.....
