Your POV

I hugged my mother,hoping her worried ranting would soon come to an end,her face etched in worry and concern as she tried to distract me from my goal,explore that forest. Her (E/c) eyes shone in concern,a concerned look in her eyes,I molecules her spine and smiled,waving goodbye,an adventurous look on my face. This was my big chance! After so many weeks of nagging,I had finally gotten a chance to go into the forest near my house,I was looking to debunk or prove the rumors about this place. I sighed,why do people always think such beautiful places are haunted or have dark history,though this one has been proven by the few cases of bodies found in the woods by campers or hunters,their bones crushed to dust.

Whilst I was walking,the emerald scenery breathtaking,I saw a rabbit's den,I knelt down to look inside but when I did two vicious jade orbs with slits met my eyes,a low growl admitting from the wolf. Pearly white teeth glinted in the low light,snapping at my face,a grey muzzle snarling at me. Realising my mistake,I scrambled to my feet, turned on my heel and sprinted away,the scurried sound of paws hitting the hardened mud a haunting thing,the howl of the wolf echoing in my ears. I ran,adrenaline was pushed into my veins as I let out ragged breaths,my trainers a blur of white and black,the wind trying to force me back into the maw of the wolf but I stayed Brave,for my mother.

My mind was in a panic,I wasn't going to die just yet,I thought as the wolf gave a chase,not even daring myself to look,I saw a clearing and as it came more into sight,I heard the wolf whimper and I heard the scrambling of paws and turned around to see the wolf retreating into the darkness of the woods. Exhaustion was on my mind,I wasn't the type to run in the school running team,I saw a patch of beautiful golden buttercups and went over,I felt their petals,they were soft and durable,a tired smile passed over my face as I laid on the bed of flowers. Small golden petals tickling my face was the last thing I saw before I fell into a deep slumber.

As I was looking at the forest from on top of the highest point I could go without being spotted,I saw a kid being chased through it,I was glad the wolf knew this was my turf and stopped chasing that kid,veering away in fear, rightfully so. They must have been so tired because I saw them fall into a deep sleep on top of the golden yellow buttercups that had sprouted from the ground,I was sure that the wolf wouldn't be coming back soon though,every animal in this woods fears me. Creeping closer to the sleeping child,I saw they were only about the size of my end digits,they looked only about (Y/a) (your age) years old,it seemed like the kid was prepared by their backpack set to their side.

I didn't know what to do so I took a small step forward into the clearing,my concern for the child getting lost to much,before taking a few more steps I made sure the kid was asleep before I gently placed myself on the ground not far from them. My mind was whirling with possible scenarios of how I could play this,I decided to try and take the kid to a safer place because I knew the wolves were never away from their potential prey for long,me being personally able to confirm. Reaching towards the human,I realised two things,one:I would have to be extremely careful with them cause they would be delicate and two:I would have to take incredible caution so they wouldn't wake up and freak out.

As I picked them up,I saw their eyes twitching and I immediately placed them on my hand,fitting snugly into my palm,which they snuggled up into,I smiled a little at their adorably unintentional actions. Then I heard the distant howl of the wolves returning and I decided to go,did want more mysterious bodies I stood up slowly and walked at a steady pace,trying to keep my hand steady,I couldn't prevent the slight rocking of my hand as I headed deeper into my turf. As the howling of the wolves faded,I sighed in relief,I stopped at a clearing and slowly lowered myself down onto the ground,I tried to think of what to do. It would be easy to put the kid here but I didn't feel comfortable with leaving them here alone so I pondered on what to do,not realising a certain human wasn't as sleep as they seemed...

Your POV

I cracked my eyes open and realised I was on a rough white surface,my eyes widened slightly,not enought to look like I was awake,looking up I was amazed to see a giant skeletal face twisted in a thoughtful expression,so this is what was the route of the rumors. Quickly I closed my eyes and pretended to still be asleep,an art I had perfected at home,I felt myself being brought down towards the ground and laid on a bed of flowers similar to the ones I was on earlier. Fearing the skeleton would vanish forever,I acted as if I were just waking up and rubbed my eyes,a real yawn escaping my mouth,moving my hands away from my eyes I was exposed to a giant skeleton's fearful face.

I wondered why the skeleton would be afraid when I realised that if I ran away and told someone,the military would probably try to use it for experiments. My eyes were glued on the giant skeleton ahead of me,his and my gaze were interlocked until his loud booming voice echoed into the mostly empty woods,"Uhhhhhh......Kid?"I winced at the volume but,his voice was,calming,in a way. Somehow I felt no fear towards him and shakily stood up,I slowly walked towards the skeleton and kept my eyes concentrated completely on his surprised expression.

My mind was racing,wow! So the giant is real,I was right,I did a mental victory dance,though the eating part isn't true or else I would probably be dead,I could see that the skeleton really didn't want people to fear it but rather wanted to be alone,this was enough to dampen my mood slightly but I soon chinned up,looking straight at the skeleton. My eyes sparkled as a small smile came up to my face,I stopped right in front of the skeletal face,"Thanks "I said softly, making the skeleton confused,my smile growing bigger.

Sans' POV

I was confused. Why was the kid thanking me? What did I do? As if sensing that I had no clue what they were talking about they gestured to the clearing I had brought them to and said,"For bringing me away from those wolves!"a wide grin stretched across her face. "You also gave me the chance to see something I haven't ever seen before,something even cooler than the thing I wanted to find!" A small blush formed on my face,blue radiating off of my face slightly,gosh,I just met this kid and they already have me blushing,I grinned and laughed,a little quieter than I normally would 'cause I know humans find my voice loud.

The kid laughed with me and their laugh was like chimes,a beautiful sound,I felt the heat in my cheeks increase as I looked at the kid properly. They had sparkling (E/c) eyes,light (H/c) hair that framed  their face perfectly,a small smile on their face as they laugh with me,they were wearing a barely visible (F/c) shirt with a darker (F/c) jacket with a gray trim. They actually kinda looked like one of the damsel in distress characters from Paps' toys,the thought bringing a sad smile to my face,I bet he would've loved to meet this kid,they probably would both just be to innocent. Thinking of Paps gave me a blow to the chest,I really miss him,if only I could erase all of my involvement in building that cursed machine...
