This is 2016 version of Chill Dahlia..... I hate it :)
Even her uniform, I hate it
So I decided to change almost everything of this, and probably make her clothes as her work uniform.

This is now! Hooray!

I was thinking of blood since in the old version of her theres blood everywhere :/
I'm not use to doing blood stuff but I tried my best! I may work on some gore probably? Maybe?
