I hate wearing glasses man. I'm ugly with these damn glasses on. They to big for my face. Ugh. Why me?

I had to leave first block, because I had an eye doctors appointment. Just because I couldn't see three little letters I have to wear glasses. That's bullshit.

"Okay Mister Davis these look like they will work for you." The man told me.

"Yeah okay, can I go now?" I said with an attitude.

"Yeah sure, be sure to keep those glasses on all day so your eyes can get used to do." He gave me a smile and left out the room.

Keep the glasses on all day my ass. I'm not about to be looking like a nerd. That man have me fucked up. I put my hat back on.

I think I'm going to keep these glasses on after all. I'm getting mad love. Let me get the hell out of here, got to go get Sky from school. I know she wants to go see her mother at the hospital. I don't get why she still wants to see that lady anyway. She lied to her her whole life. I wouldn't want to talk to her no more, or have anything to do with her.

Phone Convo:

Me-Wassup ma.

Sky-Hey, I'm just calling to let you know you don't have to come pick me up from school. Lil C going to bring me home.

I can of felt disappointed, I was looking forward to talking to her.

Me-You sure? I'm right down the road.

Sky-Well since you right down the road come on.

I smiled to myself.

Me-Alright see you when I get there.

I arrived at the school just when Lil C, Naenae, and Sky walked out the cafeteria doors.

Lil C and Sky looked like they was arguing like always. I got a good look at them both. They look alike but Lil C was just darker. So much darker. Don't tell him I said that. Naenae looked like she was glowing. What Lil C done did to that girl?. That got her skin bright like that.

"Wassup my nig--" Lil C stopped to the car and stared at me. Next thing you know he busted out laughing. I already knew what he was laughing at. I'm not going to say anything. "They gave your ass glasses. I got a new name for you Professor Kenny."

"Well with your dumb ass you won't make it to college. So I won't have to teach you." I said back to him.

He stopped laughing then, the girls busted out laughing.

"Man fuck you nigga." He glared at me.

Sky got into the car and put on her seatbelt.

"Nothing to say now any?. Get away from my car, so I can go." I said to Lil C. He backed up and walk towards his car with Naenae beside him. I saw him lean over and gave her a kiss on the cheek. She stopped walking , he kept walking til he saw she wasn't following him. He turned back around gave her a kiss on the lips. They started back walking... I drove off. They so cute together. I hope Lil C don't hurt her. He have a temper out of this world when he mad.

"You hungry?" I asked Sky.

"No. I ate the lunch today, they served Chinese food. Oh yeah by the way you look cute with your glasses on."

I blushed but tried to hide it. That compliment made me feel good. I know for sure I'm going to keep my glasses on for real.

"Thanks ma. You going to the hospital today?" I asked her.

"Yeah." She said quietly

"Okay well I'm going to drop you off. I have some work I need to do in the trap house."

She frowned her face up. What that about?

"Okay. I will never go back to the dirty dirty."

Hell I don't blame her.

"Word. Well I have to go back I have work to do."

"I guess." She said then took her cellphone out her bookbag and started typing away.

Guess she not talking to me at the moment.

I dropped her off at the hospital and tell her to call me when she ready for me to pick her up.

She need her own car or something. I'm going to look into that. I'll buy her a little Honda or something.

When I pulled up to the trap, I saw Lil C Hummer in the driveway.

I walked in. I heard moaning. Oh damn. Bad timing. Right?

"What's my name?" Lil C groaned out to the girl.

Oh hell no, I don't want to hear that shit. I was about to walk out..

"Lil Ccccc." The girl yelled out.

I stopped dead in my tracks. That don't sound like Naenae. Who the fuck he fucking in here?

I walked back outside. Fifteen minutes later a dark skin girl came out, she had her head down. I look harder. I know not!!!! I know fucking not!!!! No way.

Tara!!!!!!!

I walked back in the trap house as Lil C walked out the bathroom.

"Nigga you stupid or something?" I mugged him.

He looked at me like "What you talking about?"

"What?"

"I know you did not just fuck that psycho ass girl."

He walked away from me. Yep he's guilty.

"Naenae not giving me none. She keep talking about she don't want to fuck in my mother house. I was horny as shit. Jacking off not helping."

TMI my nigga TMI!!!

"Uhh that was just too much info bro. What you going to tell Naenae?"

"Nothing nigga. What she don't know won't hurt her any? You ready to count this money?" He asked me walking in the money room.

Is this nigga serious right now? He's not the type to just fuck around on girls. I don't get his stupid ass sometimes.

"Damn man, what you going to do when Tara, tells Naenae? You know she not going to just keep quiet" I looked at him.

"She not going to tell, I gave her $100 to keep her mouth shut."

Am I hearing my nigga right? Something is bothering him. This not him.

He continue to count the money. Like he didn't just tell me that bullshit.

"What's up with you man?"

"Nothing man, I'm straight." He lied to me. I can tell he lying, because he rubbed his ear.

"You can't lie to me man, how long I know you man? Since ninth grade. I know when something bothering you."

He sighed then looked at me.

"I feel lost man. First finding out that I have a father out there, he wasn't shit. Took my baby sister away from my mother. My mother crying and shit every night. She look lost man. Like since finding Sky. She not the same. She's putting on a front like she happy, but I know she's not. I don't like seeing my mother like that. Then Sky still seeing that lady in the hospital. I know that eating up my mother inside. Then Sky still not talking to my mother like that. I think it lifted her spirit a little bit when Sky beat the fuck out of Tara though that Sunday though. She been smiling a little from time to time, but she still look unhappy."

Damn that was a lot. I didn't know he was feeling down like that, over that. What could I say to make my friend feel better? He's like my big brother too. Since he is older then me.

"Man look its going to be okay, just give Sky some time. I'm pretty sure she will come around. As for mama, she's good. She just been hit with too much. Don't stress it."

How I do? Did I say positive things? I think I did okay.

"Thanks man. Now I feel guilty for fucking Tara. Damn man I done mess up. I know Naenae and I not dating yet, but still I like her a lot. Damn." He shook his head.

We finished counting the money, got our cut, then lock up the place. As soon as I got in the car my cellphone ring. MySky❤

Me- Hello.

She sound like she crying.

Sky- Kenny c-can you c-come ge-get m-m-me.

Me- yeah I'm on the way.

I speed down the road to the hospital. What's going on with Sky? Why she crying?

I arrived at the hospital and jumped out my car and rushed to Sky mother room.

I walked in and saw a white sheet covering Sky mama face and Sky crying hugging onto her mother. Damn. She was gone.

"Mama come back. I need you. Please mama, I'm sorry. Please I forgive you mama, just come back to me." Sky cried.

I walked over to Sky and pulled her into my arms. She hold on to me and I hold her tight to me, while she cried her eyes out. Damn man. This shit seem unreal. She lost the only person who was like a mother to her. She didn't even get to say goodbye.

"Sky we gotta go." I said into her ear.

"Noooo I don't want to leave her. She needs me and I need her. She can't leave me Kenny. She can't. What am I going to do without her?" Sky cried into my chest.

I just hold her as she cried. I swear we was holding each other for about 20 minutes, until a doctor came in and told Sky. She need to leave. I swear this hospital suck ass. The man was being disrespectful.

"She will leave after she say her goodbye. So get out!" I yelled at the man and pointed to the door.

Sky walked over to her mother and pulled the cover from off her face. Give her a kiss on the cheek.

"I love you mama. I will always love you. Until next time. Bye mama." She said as tears fall down her face. She covered her mother face back up and ran out the room. I followed her and find her outside her mother door, her knees touching her chest, crying her eyes out. I picked her up in my arms. Walked her to the car, put her in, then got in my self. Drove us home.

Damn what a day.
