So I love harley so much it's usually a really easy look I do all the time but I wanted to put a twist on her look so I did the pop art version!

I made the entire costume myself. I just cut off an old pair of jeans, ripped them, and painted them. I also just painted the shirt and bat.

The makeup only took about 30 or 45 minutes.
